Love it. They give great coupons and have great prices. I love it. Since I was a kid I have been eating at Baja Fresh and I still love it ! The salsa bar is yummy. Also nice employees and good service.

Had catered lunch. Everything was packaged nicely and tasted fresh and delicious. Great for events and parties.

Tostada shell

I wish I could give them no star! I just got back and had the worse experience of my life. Ben who took our order wasn't paying attention to us because he kept going back and forth to other guests. My husband ordered chicken lime tostada salad (mind you it was supposed to be 2 different salad which we didn't know abd BEN didn't say anything when he took the order and I ordered) I ordered chicken Baja bowl with black beans BEN kept saying no sauce for you I said no I want everything except I want black beans. The place is empty and very hot to sit inside. We went outside and our food showed up like less than 5 minutes. BEN's fingers were in our plates because he didn't put them on a tray to bring them. My husband just had the salad and we both look at each other said that's not what you ordered. I told him go and change it. That's when they told him that those two different salads so they gave my husband a Tostada shall with some black beans and told him to make the salad yourself. My husband doesn't like to sent things back he just took it and ate. I start eating it mine but there was no flavor to mine I kept putting salsa to it still no flavor. So I went I asked BEN did you give my bowl with no sauce he said nope everything is in it. And if you feel like there is nothing in it there is the salsa bar and go put some in it. I was shocked at the answer and I told him he just walked away.

Extra Sauce: Salsa Mango & Pico De Gallo

I tried their "Dos Enchiladas Rojas" with black beans, Salsa Mango and Pico de Gallo sauces. It's apart of their new $10 bundle deals. I'd say the Enchilades were very good. The chicken was a little burned. But eating the Enchilada with beans and chips really helped bring all the flavor together. I truly enjoyed this meal! Kids meal - chicken taquitos with pronto guacamole & chips
Stacy S.

This is one of my favorite fast food Mexican restaurants in the area. I come here at least once a month when I'm craving taquitos. It sounds crazy, but they have really good chicken taquitos. They also have outstanding nachos! I always order the kids meal taquitos, and it comes with 2 rolled taquitos and your choice of 2 sides. I always get the black beans and rice. It also comes with a drink, and I always select the boxed apple juice. All of this for just $6.99! Not only does it fill me up, but it's also delicious! I also get a side order of Pronto Guacamole, because you gotta have guac with taquitos, amirite? I usually place my order online and request curbside pick up. It's always ready when I arrive, within 15-20 minutes. I've also eaten inside before, and it's spacious and clean. Staff is usually friendly and service is efficient. If you love taquitos and nachos like I do, definitely check this place out!

This Baja Fresh location now serves a few breakfast items. Its the only one that I know of that does. I have only ordered the Baja breakfast burrito. Super fresh ingredients, however the grilled veggies weren't all the way grilled. But I would order again. The regular menu is very good. I like the chicken Caesar burrito which isn't on the menu, it never disappoints. Their fried fish tacos are among the best in the area. They have increased their prices sort of, which I think has turned some people away. Service here is great

The food is always great. The place is really clean. But what's best of all is the service. Every worker here seems to remember you by name, and your favorite orders. The service is above and beyond when they also add a few free chips here and there. I'm really not a Baja Fresh kinda guy, but I will definitely pull over for this particular location, just because the service is so great here. Good job.

From the outside, it doesn't look that large but inside,it's very spacious and clean. The prices were about the same as most other Mexican restaurants. To start, we really liked their red salsa and chips. Not too spicy, not too mild - just right. I ordered the green chicken enchiladas plate, the husband ordered one of their omelettes. Usually get red enchiladas but after talking to our server, decided to try the green. We both enjoyed our chicken enchiladas, omelette and beans which were all amazing and outstanding. The chicken in my enchilada was just how I make my own enchiladas, using breast meat. The rice was a tad undercooked, but we were there early, just when they opened. Am guessing it just needed bit more time to be perfect. The plate portions were good sized and we could only eat half our plate. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. Overall a great choice for some amazing Mexican food. Would definitely come back when in the area.

The portions are absolutely massive -- the tacos are easily 2-3x bigger than what you'd get most places, and they come with a huge plate of rice and beans. Definitely no complaints on value. The meat was where it fell short for me though. It wasn't tender enough and didn't taste authentic -- and that's really what you're going for when you eat out, right? You want something that tastes like you couldn't have just made it at home. Unfortunately this didn't quite hit that mark.

We both had leftovers, with about half of our plates remaining. The salsa bar was awesome, and the chips (vegetarian opton) and guacamole were well seasoned. She was so rude and unwelcoming every time we went there. It was such a turn off that it wasn't worth going there. We decided to return recently, but this time we ordered our food online. The food was ready when we picked it up. The prices have increased and they seem to be more expensive than other Mexican restaurants nearby. I ordered the Asada con Huevos for $19.85. That's pretty pricey for a breakfast plate. The chilaquiles were soggy by the time we brought the food home. The meat was chewy and seemed like a cheaper type of meat. And I was disappointed that they had changed the potatoes. They used to offer tater tots but now they have roasted potatoes. My husband got 2 ala carte salmon tacos. They were $7.95 each. Yikes! Talk about pricey. He also got chips for $2.95 and guacamole for $7.95. Our total meal came out to almost $50 when all was said and done. Unfortunately I don't feel that the price reflects the quality of the food.

The moment I walked into the restaurant, I was welcomed with smiles, amazing smells, and great service. After looking over the menu, we decided on a few different things. When I go out to eat, I like to let the cooks do what they do best and experience their dishes through their own style, creativity, and personal touch. That is part of what makes dining out special. For my meal, I ordered the "Fish de Veracruz," and it was truly delicious. First off, there was a generous amount of food, which for me is never a problem! (Ha ha.) The olive tomato sauce with capers paired with the red snapper was excellent. The fish was cooked perfectly tender, moist, and flaked apart with ease. The flavor was all there, and I didn't even need to ask for limes, salt, or hot sauce because honestly, it didn't need anything added. My wife ordered the breakfast burrito with green sauce on top, served with rice and beans. She chose the pinto beans, and she also really enjoyed her meal. She especially loved the sauce on top, saying it was very flavorful without being spicy. She felt it really completed the burrito by adding another layer of texture and flavor. My daughter, being a toddler, can be a little picky, so she kept it simple with rice, beans, guacamole, and chips. However, she absolutely enjoyed her meal, along with the fresh lemonade they made for us, which she couldn't get enough of. I will also add that eating my dish brought me back to memories of being at my grandmother's house in Puerto Vallarta as a child, enjoying a home cooked meal while she made me laugh and served me food with love. That feeling of comfort is something special that good food can bring back. I did take some time to read through other reviews online to see if they matched my experience, and I noticed they were very mixed. Some customers mentioned concerns about prices, wait times, incorrect orders, or feeling that they did not receive enough value for what they paid. At the same time, others shared experiences like mine and described it as some of the best Mexican food they have had. I can only speak from my own experience, and based on how my family and I were treated, the quality of the food, and the overall atmosphere, our visit was a very positive one. Every restaurant can have an off day, and everyone's expectations are different, but I can only share what happened during our visit. For us, it was a good experience filled with great food, kindness, and hospitality. Olamedies may not be the biggest restaurant, but it is full of warmth, heart, and incredible flavors. I would definitely recommend giving it a try based on my own experience, and I personally look forward to coming back again soon!

We were sweating to the oldies while waiting for our food, which made the experience very uncomfortable. We ordered two Big Dave (who's dave?) burritos, two tortas, and three taquitos. Unfortunately, the food was very bland overall. The carne asada in the burritos lacked flavor, and the burritos themselves were pretty tasteless. The tortas were soggy and also lacked flavor. The taquitos were extremely small, and the guacamole on the side was dark and didn't look very fresh. The restaurant was only semi-clean, and there is no salsa bar. They gave us only two small salsas for the entire order, and additional salsa costs $0.50 each. That was disappointing, especially when many other Mexican restaurants provide plenty of salsa or have a salsa bar. I really think this place needs to work on the flavor and freshness of the food, improve the restaurant's comfort, and be more generous with salsa--at least provide enough for each person in an order. I can understand why the reviews are mixed. Hopefully they take the feedback seriously because there is definitely room for improvement. we got a bag of chili lime chips to go , those were not bad probably the best part of it all.

But this location does NOT have this on their menu which actually stunned all four of us sitting at the table. This is one of the main reasons we frequent the Avila's chain and needless to say, this was very disappointing. Because they did not have the table side guac, we had to settle for the premade stuff which was bland and tasted nowhere near as flavorful as the Table Side Guacamole we have had at every other Avila's El Ranchito we have frequented throughout Orange County. This location did have a low carb fajitas option which was interesting. It did NOT come on a sizzling skillet like the regular dish, and the beans were whole (not refried). Instead of rice, they give you salad. I did not love the dressing for the salad btw. I am glad they have this low carb option, but it is significantly different from the normal Sizzling Fajitas version which they do offer here. Service was decent. And we loved their large outdoor seating area covered by shade trees.
