We came for taco Tuesday and we had the happy hour margaritas. We thought they were small (and they were the small ones) but they were as large as the large margaritas at the chain restaurants. Thinking the tacos would be small I ordered three. I had to take one home because I was full after two. And that's without rice and beans Please come here hungry! You will lot be disappointed. The service was great. So attentive. They stopped by often and asked, how is everything? Really welcoming. Can't wait to come back. Everything was amazing. ENJOY!!!

I am a regular at Someburros but have never tried their breakfast. I love my Someburros. If you are a native of the Valley like me, then you grew up eating at Poncho's Mexican Food. I remember fighting with my siblings over that basket of sopapillas. The Vasquez family (longtime owners of Poncho's) opened the first Someburros in 1986. We now have several of these family-owned, fast-casual restaurants all over the Valley. They specifically cater to young families on a budget. I am a big fan of their hot sauce and at times will get a pint of it to go. Someburros' menu consists of traditional Mexican food made from family recipes from Sonora, Mexico. Their signature Pollo Fundido is my personal favorite. Another favorite of mine is their Albondigas Soup that they serve in the Fall. In addition to food, they have horchata, alcohol and churros! They keep a calendar on the wall that highlights food specials and local events. If you are hosting a big party, Someburros caters large platters of party-sized portions of their popular items. If you want good Mexican food made quick, Someburros is always an easy choice. Someburros has drive-thru service if you are in a hurry. You can also order ahead. They have a rewards program that offers special discounts after so many visits.

All of this to say this was a visit that has left me with an aversion to Chick-fil-A...which is saying a lot. I've been going to CFA for over 50 years. I started in the Midwest when I was around 9 or 10. I love CFA. I left there saying I don't know when I will return. I have noticed a decline in quality over the last year or so and this threw me over the edge. Sad.

For this trip, I went with the spicy chicken sandwich and wow... one of the best I've had in a while. Especially for a place that does a lot of other things, I was seriously satisfied.
