Found this spot on a whim because it was right next to our hotel and I'm so glad we did! You can either order to-go at the counter or be seated for table service. The warm you that food preparation takes a little longer because everything is made to order-- and it is well worth the wait! We lucked out getting a table for our party of 5 before all the tables were full and a line was out the door. Everything our party had was amazing! I opted for the breakfast tacos with chicken, which were served with perfectly crispy and salted potato's. Some of the other notable dishes my friends ordered were the chicken poblano omelette (served with a creamy poblano sauce that is to die for), Huevos Rancheros, Chilaquiles, and breakfast burrito. Definitely a must try in Flag.

Decided to try a new spot and Gloria's did not disappoint! Not too large inside which I like giving it more of a personal feel, like your abuela is cooking for you. It started to get busy as well when we were there. Tried a little bit of everything with our group, I love the variety of chilaquiles they had and everything tasted amazing. You can tell everything is freshly made, even the pastries.

I ordered two breakfast burritos to go. The service was prompt and friendly. They showed me all of the burrito options offered and were happy to customize my order. There was plenty of inside seating. The burritos came with both red and green salsas, which were tasty with the right amount of heat. Hubby had sausage and I had chorizo for the meat options. Both were plentiful and delicious. If you want good breakfast burritos, you should def go to a Mexican bakery. Gloria's sure fit the bill!

The food was delicious and service was great! We also purchased bread to go. Haven't tried it yet, but it looks good!

    Tres Leches French Toast.

We stopped here on our roadtrip. We got the Tres Leches French Toast, Concha Rellena and a cup of the Cafe de Olla. We even got some pan for the road. My son devoured the French Toast, I was able to snag one bite. Service was super friendly too. Definitely stopping anytime I pass through Flagstaff.

Cozy little spot with tasty tacos. I had the shredded beef with the cheese and avocado it was just what I needed . Their coffee is delicious and also had to get some pan dulce for later. Definitely try their horchata as well not too sweet and is perfect to enjoy with a good amount of ice .

Gloria's Bakery is an authentic Mexican Bakery/Restaurant. It is so trendy! The thriving plants all around the restaurant give it an inviting touch Now let's talk about the food and baked goods. I've always stopped by for the Strawberries and Cream and a bottle of Coke when I'm in the area. As I came in for my quick ToGo order I noticed the chips and salsa on someones table. The perfect consistency of fresh charred peppers, tomatoes and onions. I had to order some with my to go order. Holy moly!! This has got to be the freshest salsa I've ever had. Homemade chips to complement the party that was going on in my mouth. Fast forward.. I had to come back the next day to try their food out. What I ordered was Birria Tacos which was perfectly seasoned melt in your mouth shredded beef. The plate came with a inside of rice and refried beans. The authenticity tasted in the beans. A faint pork lard touch. My friend ordered the Beef Quesadilla and he said it was delicious For dessert I ordered the Tres Leche Cake. Perfection! Moist, and fresh. The homemade whipped cream and fresh strawberries inside all paired so well. Not one ingredient overpowered the other. Being in the food industry my whole life I highly recommend this Restaurant as a Must Try. They are revitalizing the area. This is a hidden gem I have to share. Enjoy

This place is top notch. The traditional burrito with steak was amazing! The flavor was on point but also how they cooked it. Just perfectly done, not burned but hot. Everything was good, staff was super nice! We had a young waitress who did great. The bathrooms were spotless too. Only one mile off the interstate. If I was local I would come here often!

Amazing place and amazing food. Great atmosphere and the pastries are yummy! I highly recommend

Let's try something new! Hard to find, but worth the hunt. Immediately sat down and met by a cordial waitress. Quaint decor. Exquisitely clean restrooms. The food is authentic Mexico.

Went to Gloria's multiple times during our trip to Flagstaff and every visit was wonderful! The breakfast options were delicious, You have to try the tres leches French toast. The Mexican food was also amazing... great tortillas, well seasoned meat, all the sauces were so good. The pan dulce was amazing. We will definitely be back!!!!

Food is delicious! Must try when visiting Flagstaff! Will be returning! Staff was very nice and attentive! Service area and bathrooms were clean

    Ships and salsa

My husband and I had lunch here once at the recommendation of longtime Flagstaff residents. My husband had the chorizo burrito and I had beef enchiladas with rice and beans. Both were delicious. Our lunches came with chips and salsa. My husband thought the chips were too thick, but I liked them. The salsa was fantastic and likely homemade. We have visited Flagstaff for the summer for over five years but have never been to this establishment because the name Gloria's Bakery led us to believe it was primarily a spot to get dessert. Gloria's does have a wide offering of Mexican pastry and dessert, but I think this is primarily a Mexican restaurant. There is a good amount of indoor seating. A server comes to your table to take your order. I didn't notice any outdoor seating. There is plenty of easy parking in the shared lot. We plan to return.

    Fresh Bread, so delicious!

Food is really good but it is not dog friendly like it states on Yelp so we had to take our order to go.

1 out of 10 burritos is good but it cost around 17 bucks. I'm not going to dine there anymore. Best of luck to them.

Thank goodness for his decision to come here because it was the food highlight of our whole trip! We were greeted right away at the counter and escorted to a table for our group of 4. On a Friday night, the restaurant was definitely busy, but we lucked out with finding parking in the lot and also getting a table. After a short wait to look through the menus (breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all served all day), we decided on chilaquiles (Christmas), pozole and a tamale, a pork chimichanga, and the LGBLT sandwich with fries - quite an assortment! The interior decor is a feast for the eyes while waiting for the food. The red walls and decorated with paintings and art throughout, which we enjoyed talking about as we were seated. The food arrived quickly though, and our focus immediately shifted to how delicious everything was! Everything tasted incredibly fresh and homemade in the best ways. The portions were generous and if you know me, you'd know that value makes things taste better lol. Service was excellent, the food was divine, and even the horchata and tres leches that we were enticed to order exceeded expectations. What a gem of a place. Highly recommend.

The staff here are very friendly. It's very colorful inside with Mexican art. Paintings line the walls by local artists and yes they are for sale! Everything on the menu looked delicious! I wanted to try everything! They're known for their chilaquiles. They have a motto: This is the place that chilaquiles was built. But I went against my better judgement and ordered Jerry el Mujeriego (enchilada filled with pork green chile, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, and topped with two over medium eggs. They're served with rice, beans, potatoes, and tortilla). My wife ordered Juevos Benedictos, eggs Benedict. When they brought our plates out, I couldn't believe how much food they gave us. The plates were full to the edges. Of course it came down to the flavors. My plate was just IOK. I was really expecting flavors that would pop, something that would stand out Mexican! Everything was kind of bland. I hate to say it, but it was as if they were catering to non Mexicans. I'm not Mexican, but I'm in a Mexican restaurant and I want bold Mexican flavors. Granted, they give you a lot of food. Maybe that's more important to some people. Now I wish I ordered their chilaquiles! My wife's Benedict was delicious however! The eggs were perfectly cooked and her dish was seasoned and had flavor. So our visit wasn't a total miss. I'm torn on how to rate them. A 3 or 4? I wish there were half ratings then I'd rate them a solid 3.5! I'll round it up!

But, when we found it...parking is ample and the entry is loud and proud. Bright interior colors and lots of Mexican pastries and other items before the order desk. The menu is ample and service is friendly...they acknowledged the poor directions ‍ I had the rolled taco special which came with rice beans and a drink (the horchata is AMAZING!).
