Came here for a work meeting - private room upstairs great for meetings and presentations. Fix course menu - got the wedge salad with blue cheese, filet mignon (asked for medium turned out more medium rare but still great flavor), pork chop with very solid flavoring as well. Got dessert to go (not pictured). The bread smelled really good and tasted just as expected too. Service attentive staff Overall this experience is limited to private room dining upstairs recommend for events booking. Food wise can't go wrong with filet or pork chop.

Del Frisco is easily among my top 3 for fanciest steakhouses in htx came here on a week night and restaurant was pretty packed. Plenty of parking spots in front but for valet only ($13) Del's salad is a great choice if you want a light starter. Or if you prefer more dressing, opt for blue cheese lettuce wedge. For entrées, we had the 8oz filet mignon (medium) that was cooked to perfection perfection (100/10) and the 16oz prime strip (medium rare) - very generous portion! These were easily among the best steaks we had this year! For the sides, chateau mashed potatoes were a big hit (everyone was talking abt this must-order!). Not to mention green beans, they were also very well-seasoned Chocolate mousse and cheesecake are good options for desserts, very beautifully decorated. Overall, very luxurious vibe! This two story steakhouse located inside the Galleria is worth your visit 100%! We will come back!!

Expectations exceeded! So after having a lackluster experience the first time at Del Friscos, I was contacted by the manager, Laura. She was extremely understanding of our issues and assured me that our visit did not meet their high standards and offered to have my wife and I come back out and try them again. I did not plan to ever go back prior to her reaching out. I'm definitely glad we did. We started by ordering a bottle of Orin Swift Merlot which turned out to be a great choice and a perfect pairing. For appetizers we went with the shrimp cocktail and the Lobster Tempura. The shrimp cocktail had a really great hot mustard in addition to the typical cocktail sauce and I found myself constantly going back to it. The lobster Tempura I'm told was an old favorite and typically an "off menu item". Big fried lobster tails nestled over a huge onion ring. Accompanied by an aoli for the lobster and ranch dressing for the onion ring. This was a great appetizer. The grilled lemon went perfect with the lobster as well. Steak time! We both went with the 22oz bone-in Ribeye. Let me tell you something, we both ordered toppers but the steaks were seasoned so perfectly they weren't even necessary. I had the bourbon peppercorn sauce and my wife got the garlic butter. I'm glad we got them on the side because they were completely unnecessary. The chef nailed the seasoning and cooked them to temp perfectly. Coast to coast crust with incredible medium rare inside. This is a steak to brag about. For sides we shared the truffle fries and lobster Mac. The truffle fries were spot on perfect and the Mac n cheese was indulgent and delicious with good portions of that succulent lobster. I'm glad we gave the Mac n cheese another chance because this time around it was top tier. We finished the meal with the strawberry cheesecake and it was great way to cap off the meal. The restaurant is beautiful and I recommend getting a table upstairs if possible. The service from Robert, was exceptional the whole night. Laura and fellow manager Brian, both came by as well. I will say Laura is an absolute asset to the company. Her genuine care for the customer experience is really remarkable. Thank you for having us out, Laura. And compliments to the whole staff, as last night was exactly what a date night at high end steakhouse should look like.

Met up with two friends for an early dinner at Del Frisco's, and we decided to sit at the bar. We started with the shrimp appetizer, which was tasty, and I had the salmon for my entrée, also really good. Here's the thing though... it was freezing inside. I'm all for a cool setting because it's hot and humid out, but this was next-level cold. I was so uncomfortable that I ended up rushing through my meal just so I could leave. Definitely not the vibe you want when you're trying to enjoy dinner with friends. Sadly, they couldn't alter the temp because I surely asked them to. The food was solid, service was great, but the temperature of the restaurant really overshadowed the experience. A great meal deserves a more comfortable setting.

After leaving a venue on New Years Eve(absolutely horrid place), my sister and I, in our hangryness, called around for a restaurant that didn't have a prie fix menu. I am so glad we went to Del Friscos because the ambiance, service, and food was utterly fantastic! So, while the place was booked, there was room at the bar and we could just choose a high top............ so we just left the other venue for them sitting us at a high top when we didn't choose that seating. I dislike high top tables. However, the high top tables at Del Friscos were comfortable and classy. We ordered drinks. My sister got one called Land something and she loved it. Mine, of course, was a mocktail which included zero proof rum and orange and guava flavors. I It was really really good! When you get your drinks you get complementary milk bread rolls that had a sweet butter on them like a honey butter. They were absolutely warm and delicious! While I didn't want an appetizer, my sister can't turn down truffle fries. They bring out SO many in a bowl accompanied by ketchup. While I didn't want an appetizer, I ate a few of the fries and the were very tasty. They didn't have that strong truffle oil, theirs were light, crispy on the inside and soft on the inside. Pretty tasty! For dinner, since we are both trying to remain healthy, we shared the seabass with crab fried rice and a drizzle of some sauce and it was scrumptious! So delicious and palate pleasing! The seabass was seasoned well and those wonderful flakes of fish in my mouth was so juicy, tender, and hits your tongue with that delicious bring goodness. I'll definitely be back soon! The ambiance, service, and foot was too notch. We really enjoyed our well-paced meal! 10 out of 10, would recommend!!

We visited during Houston Restaurant Week. Be aware that parking is challenging; while there is free parking in the Galleria garages, it's a bit of a walk. We opted for the convenient $12 valet, which accepts cash or phone payment. The restaurant has a strict policy of not seating parties until more than half of the group has arrived, and our host was somewhat standoffish. However, this was quickly forgotten once we were seated. Our waiter was absolutely amazing and provided excellent suggestions that did not disappoint. We started with the creamy lobster bisque (though I wished for more lobster pieces) and the dynamite shrimp, which was tasty with a slight kick. For our mains, the filet mignon was perfect with an incredible crust, and the sesame-crusted ahi tuna was so tender it was like biting into a cloud. For dessert, the chocolate mousse in its edible cup was a delight, and the butter cake was perfectly rich with a wonderfully crusty exterior. Despite the initial hiccups, the outstanding food and service from our waiter made for a great evening.

We had a nice quiet birthday dinner on a Sunday night. The restaurant was practically empty but the atmosphere was nice and the service was great. We stared with the parker rolls and they were delicious. The crab cake and shrimp appetizers were okay. We shared the Tomahawk steak, baked potato, and lobster Mac and cheese. All were 10/10. I love when the plates are hot! We had a complimentary slice of birthday cake and it was good. They also included a birthday card signed by the staff.

Amazing. Came here for a talk and the service was speedy with delicious food. The shrimp cocktail was perfectly plump shrimp with just enough cocktail sauce. I got the pork chop and the garlic butter was phenomenal. Ambiance is definitely not as casual but comfortable still. Will definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

My wife took me here for my birthday. This place was amazing. We had reservations so we were seated promptly. The service was awesome. We started off with the shrimp appetizers. They were so good. For the entree I order the 32oz tomahawk steak, lobster mac, and loaded bake potato. My wife and daughter ate off it as well. The decor and ambiance was beautiful with the dimmed lights was really a vibe. I enjoyed myself with family. Will definitely visit again. Cheers to 47!

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of the Houston Galleria easily located directly off Westheimer. Valet available in front of restaurant which was perfect for a quiet Monday night while meeting a work associate who had hosted an event in Dallas of my fave yelper and was in Htown for a few hours. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful here with marble staircases and glass chandeliers. Service was very cordial and attentive at the full service bar downstairs for Acqua Panna water( my favorite) and a decent selection of vinos. Will absolutely return for dinner in a future visit .

Valet parking is 13 bucks + tips. The ambiance is very relaxing and not noisy. Service was great as well. The bread was so good, it reminds me of buttery Hawaiian rolls. The side mushroom is soooo gooood!!! Great experience and will come back for special occasion again!

The steak was simply delicious. Tender and cooked to perfection. The garlic potatoes were delicious. The buttered fresh rolls were to die for. I really enjoyed my meal. The cocoa cola was like Coke used to be, strong and good. The chocolate mousse was very delicious! Ten stars.

It also felt like a third space of sorts, because I was hanging out with a well connected friend, and everyone who came in was a who's who of the Houston restaurant/nightlife scene, and gathered for what turned out to be an unplanned hang out. They were hosting a vinyl swap night, so folks were coming in to peruse the many boxes of vinyls, and a DJ spun classic r&b tunes. I hear that on some nights they make space for a dance floor so people can show off their best two step in the space. The drinks were great and well priced but the wine selection is what got me. I was told they were inspired by Japan's many vinyl listening bars-- having been to many across Japan as well as many NYC imitators, this place actually impressively comes close. Regarding the food, the Frisée Salad was pretty good, well dressed and flavorful. The chicken sandwich was okay. The batter was crispy and flaky but it had no flavor. What made it a lot better was the coleslaw that brought a great deal of tang and moisture. The steak was not quite for me. It came on a bed of sauce that was flavorful with fresh veggies but it did not go well with the steak. Perhaps chicken would've suited better. The steak itself was dry and quite chewy. For dessert we had the carrot cake tres leches which was decent. The carrot cake flavor was there but the moisture from the cake was not fully spread in the cake. Overall nothing here was bad but with the plethora of restaurants in the Houston area I can't justify recommending or returning.

Located in Midtown this cute spot offers good music, fine food, and great ambiance. The mood is set with a soundtrack of classic hits playing in the background, and let's not forget about that bathroom, it's wild! I mean, I got a whole "duolingo" French lesson (the language of love) while washing my hands! Things like that definitely set this place apart from the rest. I was greeted warmly from the second I stepped in the door! While I waited for my party to arrive I sat at their bar area and ordered a Pineapple Mule served with a smile. Right off the bat I connected with James , one of the waitstaff who also happened to be serving our table. He was so the BEST! Hands down the most awesome waitstaff I've ever met. He made our time there special. I felt like I've known him for years, and he knew just how to connect with each person in our group! We all fell in love with him instantly! Tonight (likely due to the Valentine's Day crowd) the meal was pre-set for every guest. This meal included bread, salad, and Collette steak in their special sauce, with fries. There were dessert options as well, from which I chose a key lime pie. And an assortment of after dinner coffees. What blew my mind was that they came around and offered more food to us after finishing our first entree plate! I wasn't expecting that, and was pleasantly surprised. Parking for this location sits right behind the restaurant, a parking garage that is free. Because of the number of shops and restaurants around (an especially since this was Valentines weekend) parking can be at a premium during certain points of the day, so think about that when coming. There is also street parking available too. Seating for Medium Rare is offered both inside and outside (patio). The price average for this place is moderate, and folks can dress up or down. It is a beautiful place for a girls night out, date night, celebrations, brunch, etc! I had a wonderful time here! An amazing experience for sure. P.S. they give you Bazooka gum at the end of your meal! That brought back good memories for sure! This was my first time coming, and it won't be my last. This place is definitely worth checking out! Enjoy!

The second floor was hot, the bartender was sweating up there! So I opted to head back downstairs to the bar which was much better. Customer service at the bar was lacking, the bar area isn't that big and it's rare that I've come across this. I ordered the B&B Steak House Salad for an appetizer. The salad was just ok, steak was served cold which I wasn't expecting and the balsamic dressing was the star of the dish. I had a Cosmobelle I expected more notes of papaya and dragon fruit but the cranberry juice overpowered it. For my entree I had the Surf & Turf, the steak was good but I've had better, mash potatoes were creamy, and the stuffed shrimp taste great but the sweet chilli lime sauce didn't pair well with the dish. Came here the other day for HRW which they had good options. It was my second time here but both…read moretimes the pasta has been incredible. From the HRW menu we had the hamachi, skirt steak, and tiramisu. The hamachi (crudo) tasted very fresh and the garnishes they add goes very well with it, just kinda crazy how that appetizer is already $20 for regular pricing. The skirt steak turned out much better than I expected. For medium rare it was still so tender, juicy, and the roasted garlic elevated the flavor, I'd highly recommend it. Overall very well seasoned. Side note it's 8oz which on the HRW menu is the same as the regular menu. We added on the Squid Ink Campanelle which I've heard is really good and a must-try. It's very rich in flavor and the squid ink doesn't taste earthy or anything. If I remember correctly our server said it was mostly for color. Needless to say I'd highly recommend this as well, probably one of the more unique pasta dishes I've had. Service was great, they take your used plates promptly and give you fresh clean ones. Our server was friendly and was able to explain how the HRW menu worked so we appreciated that. Though the menu is a little pricey, I'd still come back to try their other dishes in the future!

5//5 on food. Highlight of the night was definitely the dry aged duck. They say it's for 2 but…read morehonestly I think it's more for 3! There was still a ton left over. Loved the creme brulee for dessert! Had the Dead Flower to drink and that was probably my favorite mocktail! 5/5 on service as well. Our server had great recommendations for drinks and food. He was also super attentive. 5/5 on ambiance. Was definitely giving an upscale vibe.

If you enjoy decadent food, Credence is the spot! The interior is refined but still welcoming and…read morelively with Southern charm. Service was amazing-- we loved our waiter who was a combination of polite, funny, and knowledgeable, and everyone gave us a smile. All the dishes were beautifully presented and flavorful but definitely on the heavier side. - Beet salad (5/5)-- wow, never had a beet salad like this one before! So much flavor with a tanginess from vinegar sweetened by the blueberries and beets. The beets didn't taste very earthy (aka like dirt) compared to most beet salad. This was really well executed :) - Caesar salad (3.5/5)-- Credence's spin on Caesar, which according to my Caesar salad pro diner, didn't really taste like Caesar salad. Also very tangy and tart but the pro still enjoyed it as a salad dish. - Roasted cabbage (4/5)-- big fan of the way they roasted this, perfect tenderness without being cabbage mush! Definitely a heavy dish, especially for a vegetable option, as it was swimming in a butter cream sauce that started to congeal as it cooled off. Would choose this more as an indulgent appetizer rather than a healthy veggie option. I wonder if one could ask for the sauce on the side... - Tuna tostada (3.5/5)-- if you like strong flavors, this one packs a punch. The gochujang aioli beneath the tuna is really concentrated, making it difficult to taste the actual tuna. There's a bit of heat but thankfully I wouldn't say it was spicy. Fun to try. The tostada itself was very dense and almost a bit bread-y versus a crispy chip texture. - Crab fried rice (4/5)-- comes with lobster foam that is mixed table side and a generous amount of crabmeat lumps. The rice actually had a nice texture without being too... grainy / individualized, but it was too salty for me. - Akaushi Wagyu beef (4.5/5)-- loved the texture which was tender but with some chew (was expecting more of a melt-in-the-mouth texture though) and the veggies that it came with. It was heavily salted, too much so for me. Would've been perfect with less salt since there's already a chimichurri sauce with it. - Peanut butter tart (4.5/5)-- peanut butter lovers rejoice! The chocolate filling was rich, thick, and sweet which was complemented nicely with the whipped cream (not sweet at all). The peanut flavor really shined. The crust didn't have much of a taste by itself and was sandy in texture, not sure if on purpose or over-baked and dried out. Either way, the tart looked impressive when it arrived and was delectable-- my favorite bite of the night! Overall a nice experience! Although there was a mess up and the rest of our two salads and crab rice wasn't packed with our other food to take home; I was pretty sad about that since it was quite a bit of food (and $$). I might return for that peanut butter tart, but everything else was too heavy and too salty for me. I'm personally not a huge butter fan, but if you are, definitely make a reservation for a special occasion or date!
