A male kid 5-6 years older than my daughter purposely hit her in the face. When I notified the staff they said they'd remove him, that it's happened before. They made him sit out for 15 minutes and go back in. I called the police to make a report since they claimed to have no management. The police showed and so did the kids father who also happened to be VPD, so he went home with no repercussions. I tried to notify the company and never got someone in a phone. They said they were out of Utah somewhere. They should be criminally liable. read more

It was our first time here. Really fun for us. It was a little pricey compared to a similar place in Clovis. We paid $16 per person for one hour plus $3.00 for their grip socks, which are really cute. The kids were pretty rough and staff members didn't really control them. I guess that's not their job? I'm very disappointed in DEFY, for the past few years my wife and I have been taking our kids there and they absolutely love the experience every single time. We scheduled a birthday party for my daughter this past April 16th. We got the 15 jumper package, check in was fine and the kids had a blast jumping and doing the different things DEFY has too offer. However the party room was a totally different experience, I helped the staff setup because they seemed confused, even though we explained what we wanted very thoroughly. My wife and I pretty much hosted the entire party because our host would only check in every 10/15 minutes which was not explained too us. We did my daughters birthday at No Surrender A few years ago; and there was 1 host there the entire time; helping serve food, drinks, and just keeping Things organized. We paid nearly $600 for 15 kids too jump; 5, pizzas and 3 pitchers of soda/juice which by the way had no refills which is also ridiculous. For the amount of money we spent, staff should've been a lot more attentive. read more

I'm very disappointed In our recent experience. We had my twins' birthday party there today. It was extremely hot. The AC was off or broken. When I asked if the AC could be turned on, the response from the host up front was "That's just the way it is." We reserved the big room upstairs. We had no one helping us at all. I had to go downstairs for pitchers of water, soda, etc. they just had plates set up at the table for the kids but no additional plates, napkins, cups, on the side for the adults. I went downstairs to find the only worker in sight to ask for plates, pitchers, etc. His response was "I'm not a party coordinator." We basically had to do things ourselves. We had no host/hostess helping us until the very end when it was time for cake. I asked to speak to the manger he did try to fix the situation by giving us free passes. But I will never host a party there again. I feel like more could've been done. We had about 50-60 people in our group. I would give zero stars but the 1 star goes to the manger for trying to fix the situation. read more

We come here often and my kids love it. We live about 20 minutes away and do not mind the drive, because I believed it was a family friendly place that my children do enjoy. 20 dollars a month gets us 2hour daily jump time. Which beats having to spent more money on other activities that might not last as long or grasp their attention. Not only are the kids having fun it also allows them to stay active vs sitting watching a movie. Often but not always there are plenty of staff monitoring play. This facility is huge and has many activities that can surely be enjoyed. Today we visited for some jump time and I was disappointed when a techno version of I HAVE FIVE ON IT began to play. I do not believe this song is appropriate in any version for a child friendly facility. If this type of music continues to play I will cancel my membership and take my business elsewhere. read more

My 5 year old son cannot get enough of DEFY. We are there at least twice a week. I appreciate the large open space, masked employees, 2 hour time limits to avoid over crowding and reasonable monthly jump packages. We pay $19/month for unlimited jumping everyday of the week. DEFY also has birthday packages, private party rooms, a snack bar and clean restrooms. During the summer, it's hard to find ways to get your kid to stay active without burning in the 100+ weather but DEFY is the perfect way to get your child to exercise and get their energy out, all while having fun in a cool, AC environment. I appreciate the staff enforcing the rules and wiping down the equipment as much as they can. This creates a safe place for younger kids to play. There are times when employees aren't able to control the multitude of bigger kids/teens but they do their best. Marcos went above our expectations this past Sunday! Our pass only allows for one jumper(my son) but Marcos overheard my son asking if I can jump with him. Marcos then gave me a free jump pass so that I can jump with my son. For parents with children under 6 - I recommend going to DEFY before 1PM. The morning hours are even better. You won't have to worry about the bigger and rowdier kids jumping into your little one. I've noticed that the bigger kids/teens start coming in after 3. Be advised that most of the customers who visit DEFY are unmasked. DEFY doesn't enforce masks. We choose to wear ours despite all of the dirty looks that we get because we are still in a global pandemic. read more

Let me tell you yesterday I attended a party at Sky zone 10/6/24 This place is a disaster to me it seems like it is ran by nothing but high school students! I did not see one adult worker helping these poor high school kids. There was this poor little boy bleeding from his nose the high school workers didn't know what to do. So I myself saw this grabbed a bunch of napkins they have there and gave it to the poor kids father so he can clean up his son. I overheard the father saying some older kid rammed his son. Wow I feel like they should have side where only the older kids can jump around or whatever and a side for the little ones which I think would be safer. Oh and the party was chaotic seems like we had to hurry up eat,cut the cake,open presents and leave all at the same time I felt rushed. Never again will I attend anything there. The facility is ALWAYS so clean and staff is very friendly! I was hesitant in taking my son due to not knowing how well they follow COVID protocol, but they are definitely on top of it! I should point out that I actually downloaded the yelp app just to write this. Tonight I had my daughter's bday at this venue. I bought the "Mega VIP party package" and had 16 jumpers. This package is over $700. With it being a 6year olds birthday clearly the guests will have to come with parents. I requested the large room based on this. We were placed in room one where there wasn't even enough standing room. So half of our party had to wait outside of the room during the birthday party. I booked my party months in advance and on that day every single time slot was available. So when they told me other parties had booked the larger rooms ahead of me I knew that was a lie. Our room was supposed to be available at 5:15. I had to ask the front desk what was going on at 5:40. They said your room should be open and sent me over to a room that was being cleaned, trash overflowing and a really kind employee sweeping/mopping the floor. They told me to grab my own rolling rack of party stuff and go set it up myself saying "someone will be with you". Upon booking you'll see that they claim you can get into your room 15 minutes early and that there is a crew that helps you set up. Lesson learned. The GM's assistant said that she could offer 10% off. I had already paid, haven't received anything. Feel pretty ripped off. Just wanted to give the next stressed out mom a heads up. read more

A great big thank you to Marcos and Kodiak for their above and beyond assistance. Our 14 year old granddaughter lost her phone in one of the pits and they allowed us to come in before opening the following morning and look in the two pits where she had probably lost it. We went back on Saturday morning and looked in one of the large pits and didn't find it, so they let us come back on Sunday morning and we brought reinforcements - her mom, dad (who couldn't make it Saturday) , 8 year old brother and us, her grandparents and we found the phone. Marcos and Kodiak were kind enough to turn off the music so we might possibly hear the phone and just let us go to work and that is exactly how we found the phone. Her dad was digging in one of the pits and her 8 year old brother heard the phone and he reached down and pulled it out. If not for Marcos and Kodiak, we would have a very sad 14 year old granddaughter and a big expense for her parents. Love this place and so does my kids! Prices are reasonable and they offer summer pass that is unlimited hours and days, which is worth it! So far we have came here daily! Staff are friendly and there are refs that monitor kids for safety. Parents are able to sit inside on couches. There are also seats upstairs where parents can sit , eat or do work. Its very clean. Soda machines are available but no snack bars. They do offer party packages which provides cake and pizza. Music is fun and blasting! I feel like Im at a club, ane I love it! I feel young again! Fun new place for the my boys to let all the energy out!!! It's totally different from the other indoor places in town! First of all this place is HUGE!!! They have free lockers to put your stuff like shoes and keys! They have cool socks (i got the pink ones) for purchase. They have an attendant at the more difficult stations which gives me piece of mind! I did not see any food options but they do have vending machines for drinks! The park itself is ok. We only went one time. While we had to wait for several of the areas we wanted to use it wasn't horrible. My issue was the monthly charges I wasn't aware of for 4-months. I explained to the person working the counter that my son and I wanted to go for one day so he can work on learning backflips. The young man working the counter let me know that the membership was the best deal for us. I signed up for that not knowing it was a recurring membership that I needed to cancel. I don't know why he thought that was the appropriate option for people only wanting to go one time. I didn't see the charges for 4 months at which time our one day cost us nearly $200. When I requested a refund at the facility they informed me that refunds need to go through the main office. They sent an email to the main office for me which was promptly denied because of language in a contract I never saw. I am confident they are correct and that I unknowingly agreed. My issue is that their team recommended and signed me up for this membership knowing I didn't plan to come back. I should have taken my reading glasses and read the whole contract, that I doubt anyone ever reads. read more

This was our first time at Defy and we were extremely disappointed. First of all the total with tax and socks was over for $40 for only 1 hour (2 kids). As soon as we got there my husband ordered food and it took us 40 minutes and having to ask about it multiple times to get it. Then, they have a big slide that my kids wanted to use but we were told they didn't have enough staff for them to use it, even though I paid full price and wasn't told they had equipment that couldn't be used when I paid. It was a really disappointing experience and we will not be back. I would recommend finding another trampoline park, this one just isn't worth the money. read more
