My sister's granddaughter was thrown a sweet birthday party at this facility. I never realized that places like this existed! What a great idea! I never had kids, but I could tell that this would be a fun time for all young children! They have so many separate areas in one big room, each offering a different way to have fun playing within a safe parameter. Shoes must removed before entering the play area and the floors are covered with a firm but safe padding material. The adults seemed to enjoy watching their children have fun and be interactive. There is a separate section where tables and chairs are placed for adults to relax and buffet tables are available. Our family brought food catered in from another restaurant called Huckleberry's. Loved it. My kid has Down syndrome and there is a swing that he can use. It felt overall clean and the kids loved it. Lots to play with and a soft foam flooring which was perfect for us since my kiddo also can't walk yet. It's for kids ages 0-5. I had a newborn and was able to take her to the seating area with tables. They were playing music at a nice volume level. Not too loud. It was music from my teenager era though which was surprising. Conveniently located too by a sandwich place. They let you bring food from outside. The price is very reasonable I don't know how they make any money to be honest. Maybe from birthday parties? Today we attended our second birthday party at the M & M indoor playground. Each time we have attended events there, the facility is bright, clean, and very engaging. Perfect for little ones 6 and under, this indoor playground has enough variety of activities to keep every little entertained. Hi all, I would like to express my concerns regarding the recent experiences my two-year-old daughter and I had here. I agree both with the unprofessionalism/ and cleanness of the place. Unfortunately, I found the behavior of the front desk staff, particularly the mother and daughter owners, to be discourteous. Having purchased a month pass, we visited on a Saturday during the posted hours of 10 AM to 6 PM. We arrived shortly after 10:30 AM to find the doors still closed. This was terribly disappointing for both my daughter and I, as we had planned this visit and were there according to their hours. When we returned another day and I inquired about the situation, I was informed by the daughter that her mother had "arrived at 11 am that day." I believe it is important for a business to adhere to its stated hours of operation. Her response was, "we are people too." This was disheartening, as it seemed to disregard the importance of providing reliable service to their customers as well as a lack of care. It was unfortunate that we paid for time we were unable to utilize, and this experience has led us to decide not to return in the future. I will say, we had a pleasant experience every time Rosa was at the front desk, who should be running the place. read more

Friendly service. Great location. Very Clean. Perfect for my 13 month old. It was pretty quiet with only a couple other little ones on a Wednesday morning around 10:30. There is another indoor playground located in Fresno that I like but it's not as baby friendly as this one and it can also be very busy, I think this one is perfect for younger toddlers such as 1 year olds, 2 year olds and 3 year olds. $12 entrance fee. Socks required. It's not a very big place but it will keep a little one sufficiently busy and entertained for quite some time. Awesome indoor park! I mean it has a merry-go-round! It's not the biggest space but it's full of fun stuff for the littles to do! The trampoline is fun and so is the ball pit! I also really likes that they had a designated area for 2 and under to help keep them safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful and on top of their cleaning. They allowed us to have our snacks and drinks out as long as we didn't leave the tables, so that was great. I'm so thankful they have open play availability, since some other indoor play places are really open for open play during the work week. Stopped by M and M Indoor Playground this afternoon to inquire about birthday parties for toddlers. They do that! And splendidly, I might add. I saw some pics from birthday party set ups there in the past, and that's what drew me to them. So cute! Great play area for the kiddos, fun and safe. Areas are kept clean & sanitized and there's a separate area for the under two kids. Mona, the owner used to work in banking, but after having kids of her own, she saw the need for an indoor playground for the 5 and under crowd. That's when M and M came to be. It's a wonderful place. Really enjoy It. However hours and communication are unpredictable and unclear. They only post when free play is on their instagram so if you'd don't have instagram you're out of luck. Also, even if you do check their hours less than two hours later they will repost that they are closing early for a party the same day. read more

We've been coming here regularly for over a year and really liked it. They changed ownership a few months ago and while we still enjoy it, we miss how it was run under the old owners. The staff at the front desk are completely disengaged from the kids and families. They rarely look up from their phones/computers, they rarely enforce the rules because they don't see them. I think my biggest annoyance is that they never pick up. The old owners used to clean up the toys every hour or so, and I've never seen the new owners pick up toys once, other than after closing. It can get pretty chaotic when all the toys are strewn across the floor, and is a tripping hazard. But other than that, it is a really neat, fun place for toddlers. My kid really enjoys going there. Just missing the friendliness and tidiness of the old owners. read more

We have been coming here for a while now and always loved it. We were debating getting a membership because our boys love it so much, but the past two times we've received terrible customer service. We came recently at 9am which it said on Instagram is when they open and the lights were off and nobody was there. I ended up sending them a message to make sure they were open that day and got no response. We waited about 10 minutes along with several other families when they showed up and walked right past us all without saying anything. I thought it was a bit rude to not apologize or say she needed a minute to get set up but I let it go because everyone can have a bad day. Well we went again and the same thing. There's many families outside. It's after 9am and she walks up late saying nothing. Several of the kids were so excited about getting to go in but when she opened the door she pulled it shut on all the kids without a word. We finally start to all pile on after a couple of minutes even though she never came to say she was ready or opened the door and she didn't say a single word. My oldest son is autistic and I can't get him to keep his socks on for more than a few seconds. I'm constantly putting them back on only to find them on the floor a few seconds later. I gave up and let him have a break from the socks for just a bit and she told me he has to wear his socks, it's a requirement. I was a bit upset especially because just the day before they posted about autism acceptance but clearly they aren't accepting or understanding. I ended up leaving because I couldn't get him to put his socks back on. Other children's places are very understanding about the socks and my other children keep them on the entire time. I'm really sad about this service the past two times. Not sure we'll be coming back anytime soon. read more

This is the cutest indoor playground for every toddler. The walls are beautifully painted which gives the room a happy welcoming feeling kind of like when you go to Disneyland and you see all the details that just make you smile and you want to come back, yeah like that. A BIG THANK YOU to the owners for creating such a beautiful space for little ones to enjoy. I just had my son's 1st birthday party here and everyone had such a great time. The owners were soooo sweet and even offered to help this stressed out momma with setting up for the party, which I appreciated so much because they did not have to do that. Yesterday was my first time coming here. It's the perfect place to meet for a play date which is what I did. It cost $12 for me and my son to enter and I'd say it was worth it. I went 10:30am on a Sunday and we stayed for almost 3 hours! So much to do and it was unlimited playtime. I took my 3 year old for the first time today and we both loved it! When you walk in, you sign a consent form for your child and take your shoes off (socks required). We paid and the woman at the desk was SO friendly and great with my son. My son is on the autism spectrum and she was so accepting and welcoming for him to behave freely. The place is incredibly clean! Each table has sanitizing wipes and every toy, play mat, slide, etc. was clean. My mom and I were so impressed with how neat everything was. There was PLENTY for my wild 3 year old to do. He was running all over the place going from slide to slide to trampoline and then to the different direction play stations. We spent almost 2 hours there and he probably could've played another 2 hours if I didn't bribe him with snacks in the car lol. This place is a 10/10 and we can't wait to come back! read more

My 2.5 year old daughter loves this place. It is very clean and has lots of fun things for her to do. I love that I can sit at any table and still see her due to the open design. The owner is lovely and very welcoming. All of the toys are high quality and in perfect condition. last 3 times we arrived the person was late by over half an hour, then when they do arrive they don't say sorry, just walk inside and shut the door, then sit at the desk and tell no one she is ready. when paying didnt say a thing. ontop of this, my kid has sensor issues so we have to fight to keep his socks on. we understand its a policy to keep socks on and we try every time he takes them off but when the person comes up to you and says your kid needs to keep there socks on or leave, you explain we are trying, but the she says the same thing again.
