I was visiting my daughter in Fresno I decided to take my granddaughter to the park, instead I found this little spot in a plaza it's like a miniature Chuck E. Cheese without the scary rat and hundreds of kids, screaming and crying. This is a more personal place for kids...it's like being in their own backyard. The employees make sure everyone is safe and having fun. My granddaughter had a great time. She's only five and she asked me if Can I bring her back the next time I visit. Thank you, everyone

Today was the first time I was here with my son and he absolutely loved it!! It's incredibly clean, and really toddler friendly! My son is 17 months old and was able to access everything they have. He enjoyed the ball pit, the ice cream truck, the trampoline, and more. We will definitely be back! Also The restrooms are clean and there are snacks available for purchase. I'm so glad we have this on the north side of town!

Ball pit and this blowup were a hit with 4-5 year-olds in our group

My daughter plus five friends (ages 2-5) had a blast here for 2+ hours! First impression was that it was small but clean and the woman in the front was very helpful and welcoming. Although small, it's very thoughtfully laid out and parents can easily observe all play from the snack/table area while our toddlers loved the array of unique play elements (including a zipline that is probably best for 5+ because of the weight needed to move it, though younger ones could use it safely with help). In our experience, kids 3+ were happy to play independently while their parents felt perfectly safe being hands-off (note: there weren't any older kids at the time which, of course, can change things). If money was no object, I'd definitely sign up for a monthly membership, but for now, we will keep it as our park backup when weather or air quality are poor. :)

Every employee was extremely helpful and courteous and very patient with all those children running around. The bathrooms were clean. The snack area was clean. They cleaned the tables off as soon as people left. I attended a birthday party and the birthday room was the perfect size. Our party room attendant was a super sweetest young man. He was so patient with everyone and did not seem annoyed by all of the screaming and excited kids running in his way while he was doing his job. He brought us everything we asked for with a smile. They are extremely organized. I love the colored wristband method. A child did get hurt while we were there and the employees rushed to help her. They were organized, they weren't frantic or freaking out at all. They had clear communication with each other. Because they were so organized and professional it kept the parents from freaking out and they kept the child relaxed until the ambulance arrived. You could totally tell this was not their first rodeo. Before I got there, I was wondering, would it smell strange because of all the little kids and the sweat, it being an enclosed building and the no shoe thing, but to my surprise, it smelled clean, I didn't see any trash anywhere you can definitely tell that they take pride in this business.

I used to come as a child, and this place has come a long ways since then. There are a dozen or more little exhibits of childhood nursery rhymes (such as Little Red Riding Hood and Jack and Jill), each has a box you can put a key in (mine from my childhood still worked) and hear the story in English or Spanish. All of the boxes we tried worked. Some of the exhibits are just things you look at, some include things like slides or other things for kids to play on. There's also a castle and a pirate ship (one of the new exhibits). There's a train, which costs extra and is ok, but they need to clean up the area it goes through, it could be a lot nicer. There's also a small snack bar. All in all, this is a really great place to bring kids under about 7. They offer both ceramic painting and pottery-making classes, and I'd love to return to try a pottery class. The only downside is that classes aren't on weekends and are held on weekday evenings for a few hours, which can be a bit hard to fit into our schedule. They had a nice variety of pieces to choose from. There's a $10 studio fee per painter plus the cost of the item. You pay for your piece first, then select colors and follow their painting instructions. My husband joined me and my son he didn't paint so was not charged a fee. The studio is about a 25-30 minute drive from Clovis, so it was a bit of a drive, but worth it for a fun, different activity together. I didn't realize beforehand that painted ceramics typically take about six weeks to be ready, though it makes sense since they also fire pottery and may have limited kiln space. Ours were actually ready in about three weeks, which was a great turnaround. Pickup was easy--they quickly located our items on a rack using the name slip attached. They didn't have the items wrapped either. One small thing I wish I had known is that they write your name and the date on the bottom of the finished piece. The ceramic I painted was a gift for my son, so I would have preferred not to have my name on it. If I had known, I would have asked about other options. Overall, the staff member who helped us choose our piece and paint colors was very friendly and helpful, making our first visit enjoyable. We'll definitely be back--especially to try one of their pottery classes!

They no longer participate in the Museums for All program, which was a fantastic way to promote inclusion. Now, they offer a "Wednesday Welcome Days" program allowing adults with a valid ID and a WIC or EBT card to purchase up to four $5 general admission tickets on Wednesdays. This move feels exclusionary, as it limits access for lower-income families to just one day a week--who can take time off work or school to visit? Where's the every day equity? To make matters worse, they don't offer any discount for closing early when we had only an hour left. We paid $99.80 to enter (for 2 adults, a 4-year-old, and a 2-year-old). Additionally, we spent $18.00 for three of us to feed giraffes and $24.00 for the Zoorassic Park experience, which forced us to buy the butterflies package too. We even paid $10 to feed the stingrays, only to be told they were out of food after we had already paid. In total, we wasted $151.80 for just an hour of lackluster fun. Honestly, I'd rather pay a little more for a day at Disneyland--where kids' tickets are only $50 (recent promotion). This place is overcharging and seriously lacking consideration for families. However there's several things that have always bothered me about it and have unfortunately not improved over the years: 1) cleanliness- the restroom, including the changing table are always dirty. Like, really dirty. I even chose to change my daughter in her stroller today over the changing table cause it was filthy & hot in there. I also had to ask the worker to please refill the soap dispensers because the only two they had anywhere were empty .. gross. The paper towel dispensers were also empty. 2) lazy staff- all they do is sit there on their phones! As I mentioned, I did have to ask to have the soap refilled and she did it. But there were many other things she could've been tending to instead of sitting on her phone for the 2 hrs I was there like clean the restroom, or sanitize some toys, tidy literally anything! I understand there's kids playing and a mess will be made again but come on .. the painting area needed refilling, the paint containers were near empty and the paper for the area as well. Keep things stocked so they're actually be able to be enjoyed. Why can't the staff stay on top of these things ? & the thing is, it's been like this EVERYTIME I've come .. that's pretty sad. It was also pretty hot in there since it's summer but the worker couldn't even bother to turn on the fans.. these may seem like little things but they definitely add up. Especially with little ones. We shouldn't have to keep bothering the staff to ask them to do their jobs /: I really like the concept of this place but they should invest in staff that takes more initiative and definitely work on cleanliness!
