This is a great place to take your kids if you are trying to get them tired. There's so many things for children to do, run on, explore, bounce on and swing from. It's a lot larger inside than it looks from the outside. There are so many different options for children to play on including video games. The pizza was actually pretty good. Every employee there was smiling and super happy. I don't know how they do it because being around that many screaming, running, excited, energetic kids for hours on end would drive me crazy. Every employee was extremely helpful and courteous and very patient with all those children running around. The bathrooms were clean. The snack area was clean. They cleaned the tables off as soon as people left. I attended a birthday party and the birthday room was the perfect size. Our party room attendant was a super sweetest young man. He was so patient with everyone and did not seem annoyed by all of the screaming and excited kids running in his way while he was doing his job. He brought us everything we asked for with a smile. They are extremely organized. I love the colored wristband method. A child did get hurt while we were there and the employees rushed to help her. They were organized, they weren't frantic or freaking out at all. They had clear communication with each other. Because they were so organized and professional it kept the parents from freaking out and they kept the child relaxed until the ambulance arrived. You could totally tell this was not their first rodeo. Before I got there, I was wondering, would it smell strange because of all the little kids and the sweat, it being an enclosed building and the no shoe thing, but to my surprise, it smelled clean, I didn't see any trash anywhere you can definitely tell that they take pride in this business. read more

After 4 days of constant rain this place was great for getting the wiggles out. I took a six year old and an 8 year old, both had a blast! There were also some very small toddlers exploring, but they seemed vulnerable with the older children running around. It's great for the 4-10 year olds. Much older and I think kids will be bored but this was great on a rainy day. read more

Every time we come here, my son leaves sweaty, happy, and socially fulfilled... like he just attended a tiny kids' networking event inside an obstacle course. He burns energy, makes friends, and I get to sit down for more than 30 seconds. Everybody wins. Yes, it's basically a maze designed by someone who thought, "What if parents needed cardio too?" BUT no worries--employees are everywhere. Lose your kid? Blink twice and a staff member appears like a playground ninja and reunites you faster than airport security. The obstacle course is HUGE. Massive. Borderline legendary. We've never stayed only an hour--2 to 3 hours minimum. At this point, I should start packing snacks and a will. Speaking of snacks, parents actually have space to relax and eat without feeling like they're part of the obstacle course themselves. Somehow it's never uncomfortably crowded, which feels illegal for a kids' play place--in a good way. ...because I parked in their parking stall reserved for those who would rate them 5 stars!!! LOL ... that and they deserve it! This place was fun for both kids and adults, no lie. If your body still has working functionalities and you are willing & able, you'll enjoy it-- we did! I did hurt myself a couple times but it was worth it. We went there to celebrate my friend's daughter's (3rd) birthday. We had people of all ages with us ranging from tiny toddlers to the grandparents of the bday girl! I'm pretty sure grandma on the dad's side had the most fun-- she even showed me up on the zipline! This place was huge and there's so much to do, drained our energy for sure. From what I noticed, the staff was pretty good about bringing everything my friends asked for and very attentive about our food & drinks. I can't completely speak on this part since it was not my party and I didn't have to worry about anything (always nice). Aside from getting kicked out of the room eventually (timed slot) everything went by smoothly-- then we went off to play for the remaining time we had. There are free storage lockers to keep your personal items in-- love that. You get socks for your playtime visit (pretty standard everywhere I've gone that's similar though). There's a food counter you can order pizza and such from... & they keep the place clean and as sanitary as they can (I noticed staff cleaning frequently). Just wanted to note that along with the sign that I parked in front of, there are 3(?) others that all say different things... my niece and I had a good giggle! Very funny & clever. First time coming here for my nieces bday party and I must say it's well organized and HUGE!! All the staff was friendly and nice! You have to fill out waivers before entering and you can do it ahead of time online or kiosk available once you come in. For parties they gather all the party decor and presents at the front and they trolley it to your private room when it's time and set it up as you are assigned a host to keep things moving along to ensure you're in and out on time. You get color wristband and they announce when play time is over which is great because there's no way to keep track of where the kids are in this gigantic play place. Lmao! No joke! Host helped a lot of setting up and taking down and stow away food for you in a rolling cart to help you transfer gifts and food to your car. Pros: my daughter had a blast. The staff was nice. The place was clean.have gone to all of this places local competitors and this one had some pretty unique obstacles. You feel like you're on American ninja warrior or something lol. Our favorites were the massive zip line, all the random slides throughout. Cons: kinda pricy , the two smaller zip lines are already broken, one of the activities was closed, and the bubble fall had deflated balls and they were sticking together and extremely hard to find the exit, my daughter panicked, and I was in with her ... defin do not recommend going in that if you're claustrophobic... be careful when going down slides with sticky socks as well. But tbh my daughter loved it and wants to go back. Sooo maybe some minor issues to work out. read more

Racist staff! We had an extremely upsetting experience at Syctron. While waiting in the membership line, another family who arrived after us was served first. When my husband identified himself as a member and pointed this out, the staff told him she would help him "after" she helped the other (white) family. When he asked if this was because we are not white, she simply smiled and continued helping them. The white family member, that cut the line, dismissed the situation and continued to complete their check-in. We asked to speak with a manager, but instead of acknowledging our experience or taking it seriously, she dismissed our concerns and denied that bias was involved. As a result, we canceled our membership and our child's upcoming birthday party, which she had been excited about. Unfortunately all of our 50+ invites from all over Ca will be informed of the situation and cancellation of this event. We will not be returning. Families in a diverse community deserve to be treated with respect and fairness. We cannot recommend this place based on our experience. We've never been treated this way or been seen as "second class" because of how we looked when we are just of a member as others are. read more

I love this community business and play place. We have been coming here since right after it opened and had a birthday party here. The cafe didn't open in time so I couldn't speak for the food at that time but the service overall was very good. They also participate in community carnivals and raffles, which encourages outreach. This place is set up really cool with stuff to do for all ages. They can play here for a few hours and not get bored bc there are many different types of things to climb, slides, bounce areas, swinging things, jump etc. I also love that the lockers are free. You can play without worry that your stuff will be taken. The workers are all really nice and helpful. The cafe is just okay, expensive and the food takes awhile. I am beyond frustrated with our experience at Syctron. We booked a Platinum party package for my daughter's birthday, paying over $1,400 for 30+ kids at $42 each, expecting a smooth, organized event. That is not what we got. Check-in was a disaster: We were told it would be "easy" if waivers were done ahead of time. We had everything printed and ready. It still took 30 minutes to check kids in. Staff had to manually look up every child's info while kids stood in line instead of playing. No seating. Completely overcrowded: There were over 30 kids and just as many parents. The seating area was packed with zero tables or chairs available. Parents were left standing around with nowhere to sit or even put their belongings. The room we paid for? Denied. The Platinum package includes a party room. We were told we could use it, then suddenly told no after they "checked with a manager." The room sat empty with the door open while we stood there with a crowd of parents. We were forced to wait until the last hour while everyone stood in the way. Food and drinks were a joke: Drinks are included, yet it took 15-20 minutes just to get the first pitchers. When kids finished them (obviously), we were told no refills unless we paid $10 per pitcher. With 30+ kids, that's ridiculous. Even getting water took another 20 minutes. No party host, no help, no service: Every time we asked for help, staff asked, "Where is your party host?" We never had one. No one helped set up, manage, or clean up. The only staff member who stayed consistent was the one following me around demanding payment before we left. Overall experience: Disorganized Overcrowded Rude staff Zero customer service This was supposed to be a fun, easy birthday party for kids. Instead, it felt like we paid a premium price to manage chaos ourselves. 0/10. Do not book the Platinum package here unless you enjoy paying a lot of money to do everything yourself. read more

Improve safety. Zip line handle should be gripped to improve grip. My daughter (11) lost grip and face planted into a pole and has a huge knot on her forehead. My son (19) was able to hang on but due to the zip line being so close to the wall he bruised his knee as he zipped through a curve. I would suggest against children under 18. read more

Place is a maze and a great way for kids to play and be social in colder weather. Cost is not too crazy.

The food inside is unbelievably expensive. A mini pack of cookies -- basically the same kind as the mixed-cookie boxes from Costco -- had only 5 small pieces and cost $3.49. Even with the 20% member discount, it was still overpriced. The pricing is very unreasonable, and the facilities are pretty average. I wouldn't recommend eating there; if your kids get hungry, it's better to go outside for food. We probably won't visit again in the future. read more
