Obstacle course

Most of the time staff is super nice and quick. The one trampoline place that has enough staff at all times so the wait is never too long. Place is clean for the most part. My family really likes it here because of the various different equipments they have. Highly recommend for a fun event. Oh and absolutely love the amount of seating for parents who are just observers.

First time there and never again. Super small seating area for the adults, tables were sticky and soda spilled on them. Super not happy with the food

Pleasantly surprised when I got here, expected it to be mobbed due to the holiday but it was manageable. Lots of seating for parents to observe kids and walkways so you can follow along for younger children. There was also a bar seating area that had outlets to charge your phone. Only thing would be some signage to designate which areas are for older kids, so there is something to point to for parents of toddlers who let their kids go into the obstacle course to get stepped in by older kids doing the obstacle course.

The holidays are here which means no school for the kids and hours upon hours of bottled up energy. Before they drive you crazy, get a membership for the Sky Zone Trampoline park. Trust me! The place is huge with seemingly endless opportunities for kids to get all of their wiggles out. My son really loves the balance beam / foam pit drop, the main center trampoline area, and the platform jump. Members pay $30+ a month for unlimited visits and single visits passes are $27. Basically, the membership is the way to go. Kids get 90-minutes max to enjoy this place; with my son usually being exhausted after the first hour. We've been a member here since June and it's super clutch for those holiday breaks, hot summer days, and those few rainy days we get. Happy hopping!

Came out here for my nephews birthday party. There wasnt a lot of people maybe because it's Tuesday. I would definitely have a party here during the week. The equipment was in pretty good shape. The staff was very helpful and presentable. All of the family had a great time playing. We brought some crafts to do while waiting for the kids to get done. We were called to come up for his birthday party and the area was too center... so cute! Come check it out There were adults jumping around as well and all having a good time!

Always great friendly customer contact! And want to say this the cleanest sanitized public entertainment facility, especially for our younger children I have ever visited. I come all hours and days and this establishment is always clean and fresh! Great job to all your team members and proprietors. Thank you and I'm great grandma and know and seen from a few generations of my growing family! Today's world needs courtesy and cleanliness!! Thank you! Thank you!!

Came here for a birthday. Pretty cool place for kids and adults. A lot to do for fun. Place looked clean and equipment seemed to be in good shape. They have party rooms and they called the party on the intercom once it was time. It's a huge place. From what I seen from one end there was a balance beam, a foam pit drop obstacle course, the main center trampoline area, dodgeball & basketball trampoline area, a slide, rope swing and more. My son loved it and wants to go again.

We love this place ! Great place for kids AND adults to stay active. They have great membership deals and discounts on menu items if you do decide to become a member. Can't go wrong here. Come check them out :)

They charge $20 for even a baby which I was surprised. I heard it was cheaper to book through Groupon but only difference you get a free hot dog and drink with regular purchase. They also required us to have the grip socks. It had to be their type of socks not our own which I was a little annoyed about. The place was huge. I heard they renovated. They had a giant kids area with tons of toys, costumes, and doll houses to play with. The kids zone even had their own obstacle course and three big slides and a ball pit. They also have private room for birthday parties or events. The regular trampoline area was big and had so many trampolines. Some spots were even flat ground. They had a couple basketball hoops which was fun to play at. There was a regular obstacle course with rock climbing, spinning on ropes, and etc. There was a few massage chairs for use but you had to pay to use it. We wanted to get our free hot dogs around 7pm but it was strange they closed the cafe area super early when the place opens till 9pm. An employee still helped us and gave us our food and drinks but we were not. allowed to inside the cafe. We ended up eating at tables around the trampoline. They had an arcade and toy prize area but no one was working there. Lastly, there was a giant foam pit which was really hard to get out in my opinion. Overall, it was a fun place to go for kids and adults but expect to get really tired and hot.

Wow it's been so long since I've taken my kids here and so much has changed since we last visited…read more The value Aerozone brings to the community is hard to compete with. There is so much to do there! Not to mention that you can go to Groupon and pay even less for a day of fun. Since my last review they've added a huge jungle gym in the back with a row of ropes to climb on. Kids town is FULL of toys for imaginative play and a jungle gym for toddlers as well. There is a music station, book station, a pretend store, pirate ship, school bus, dress up station, and so much more! You can spend all day there! For the older kids and adults there are plenty of trampolines and a foam pit to jump in. There are arcade games, plenty of seating and massage chairs too. I appreciated the mix and match combo in the food area. It was perfect for a small kiddo but teens and adults may want to consider something more. We got a slice of pizza that was pretty small and a slushee that was a bit smaller than the small size. For $5 it was a nice snack to get us through to dinner time. I can see they have done a lot to amp this place up but I feel like the food area doesn't match up. I'm no business owner but I feel like better quality food, bigger portions, and more employees to run the spot would be a huge benefit. I feel like with so much there is to do they could use more employees. I can see the employees have to fill more than just one position. I saw The cashier was also picking up the balls in kids town. No one was watching the trampoline area. The food court was packed with only 2 people working. No one is watching the big jungle gym in the back. They also had to host parties. I guess if you work here you must wear many hats! Kudos to the staff working their butts off! If you visit, please be courteous and keep a watchful eye on your kids. The small amount of time it would take for them to put things back or throw their trash away, I'm sure, would help the staff tremendously.

They had two restrooms and everything was mostly when we arrived on Sunday morning. They can host parties as well. Con: a lot of the small toys should be replaced like play food, blocks, and the small shelf that have some misc electric toys. Tables were sticky from constant use of wiping and cleaning.

My daughter was inappropriately touched by another student during Saturday morning Acro Competition Practice. We immediately reported it to the coaches who took a written complaint and said they would ensure we were contacted by the owner immediately. Sam was very happy to unenroll my daughter and refund our account after being a member of the facility for 2-1/2 years as well as being a member of their COMP team. When asked if he notified the other parents he said no and he was not going to. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I have the video and it is very clear my daughter was violated and that words took place between the children regarding it. Including my daughter pointing and expressing her violation. The place is very bright and colorful so it's very inviting. The seating area for parents is spacious too and there is one tv playing. At first it seemed like such a big place but probably because it was just us. After almost an hour the kids had tried everything already. At least there are 3 slides but I can imagine it gets pretty crowded since there's only one way up. There is a tiny play ice cream truck and little fruits/veggies stand but the ice cream truck didn't have many of the ice cream scoop parts. The small table for building blocks was nice but again I'm sure it gets crowded. They have some snacks and drinks for sale in case you forget to bring yours.
