There were only about 10 jumpers in the whole place so we had lots of fun jumping and playing in any area she chose. I basically just followed her around and had fun. I always appreciate that the staff is friendly and the people overseeing the different jumping areas are actually doing their job. The bathrooms are clean and the water fountains work. After jumping we stopped in for a snack and a drink. Prices are reasonable and you get a discount with membership. We'll be back again soon!

They charge $20 for even a baby which I was surprised. I heard it was cheaper to book through Groupon but only difference you get a free hot dog and drink with regular purchase. They also required us to have the grip socks. It had to be their type of socks not our own which I was a little annoyed about. The place was huge. I heard they renovated. They had a giant kids area with tons of toys, costumes, and doll houses to play with. The kids zone even had their own obstacle course and three big slides and a ball pit. They also have private room for birthday parties or events. The regular trampoline area was big and had so many trampolines. Some spots were even flat ground. They had a couple basketball hoops which was fun to play at. There was a regular obstacle course with rock climbing, spinning on ropes, and etc. There was a few massage chairs for use but you had to pay to use it. We wanted to get our free hot dogs around 7pm but it was strange they closed the cafe area super early when the place opens till 9pm. An employee still helped us and gave us our food and drinks but we were not. allowed to inside the cafe. We ended up eating at tables around the trampoline. They had an arcade and toy prize area but no one was working there. Lastly, there was a giant foam pit which was really hard to get out in my opinion. Overall, it was a fun place to go for kids and adults but expect to get really tired and hot.

There is so much to do there! Not to mention that you can go to Groupon and pay even less for a day of fun. Since my last review they've added a huge jungle gym in the back with a row of ropes to climb on. Kids town is FULL of toys for imaginative play and a jungle gym for toddlers as well. There is a music station, book station, a pretend store, pirate ship, school bus, dress up station, and so much more! You can spend all day there! For the older kids and adults there are plenty of trampolines and a foam pit to jump in. There are arcade games, plenty of seating and massage chairs too. I appreciated the mix and match combo in the food area. It was perfect for a small kiddo but teens and adults may want to consider something more. We got a slice of pizza that was pretty small and a slushee that was a bit smaller than the small size. For $5 it was a nice snack to get us through to dinner time. I can see they have done a lot to amp this place up but I feel like the food area doesn't match up. I'm no business owner but I feel like better quality food, bigger portions, and more employees to run the spot would be a huge benefit. I feel like with so much there is to do they could use more employees. I can see the employees have to fill more than just one position. I saw The cashier was also picking up the balls in kids town. No one was watching the trampoline area. The food court was packed with only 2 people working. No one is watching the big jungle gym in the back. They also had to host parties. I guess if you work here you must wear many hats! Kudos to the staff working their butts off! If you visit, please be courteous and keep a watchful eye on your kids. The small amount of time it would take for them to put things back or throw their trash away, I'm sure, would help the staff tremendously.

It was $18 and would totally be worth it if they did a better job deep cleaning and maintaining throughout the day.

They have so many separate areas in one big room, each offering a different way to have fun playing within a safe parameter. Shoes must removed before entering the play area and the floors are covered with a firm but safe padding material. The adults seemed to enjoy watching their children have fun and be interactive. There is a separate section where tables and chairs are placed for adults to relax and buffet tables are available. Our family brought food catered in from another restaurant called Huckleberry's. The whole experience was just fun for everyone, and made a great time for the birthday girl and all of her closest friends from day care!

The small table for building blocks was nice but again I'm sure it gets crowded. They have some snacks and drinks for sale in case you forget to bring yours. I think overall it was a lot brighter and cleaner than the other play place we went to in the area, but just less variety of things to play with, and they're the same price for entry.

Sam DID NOT reach out to the parents of the child who touched my child's private parts (on camera) because he didn't want to make the other family uncomfortable. His negligence made our family uncomfortable and after two years at gymnastics beat, we had to leave the gym. Sam was quick to suggest that we could unenroll our child and he would refund our student funds. Sam's lack of professionalism and respect is unacceptable and he does not care about the safety or well being of all children who attend gymnastics beat. I would give no stars if I could based off Sam's poor attitude and lack of care.

My daughter was inappropriately touched by another student during Saturday morning Acro Competition Practice. We immediately reported it to the coaches who took a written complaint and said they would ensure we were contacted by the owner immediately. We were not contacted by the owner until the following Thursday at 8:30pm at which time he explained that he reviewed the video and did see the incident but says it was likely a mistake and not worth contacting the parents about. Sam was very happy to unenroll my daughter and refund our account after being a member of the facility for 2-1/2 years as well as being a member of their COMP team. When asked if he notified the other parents he said no and he was not going to. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I have the video and it is very clear my daughter was violated and that words took place between the children regarding it. Including my daughter pointing and expressing her violation. Sam does not care about you or the safety of your children.

We had JJ, I recommend you request him! He's enthusiastic and the kids love him. He really went out of his way to make it a good experience. They changed the way you have parties here and you now get the party room for the entire 2 hour block. You can also bring in your own food, so I brought some fruit and snacks, along with the pizza that came with the package. It was a huge hit, you're done in two hours, and the kids had a great time!
