Wow it's been so long since I've taken my kids here and so much has changed since we last visited. The value Aerozone brings to the community is hard to compete with. There is so much to do there! Not to mention that you can go to Groupon and pay even less for a day of fun. Since my last review they've added a huge jungle gym in the back with a row of ropes to climb on. Kids town is FULL of toys for imaginative play and a jungle gym for toddlers as well. There is a music station, book station, a pretend store, pirate ship, school bus, dress up station, and so much more! You can spend all day there! For the older kids and adults there are plenty of trampolines and a foam pit to jump in. There are arcade games, plenty of seating and massage chairs too. I appreciated the mix and match combo in the food area. It was perfect for a small kiddo but teens and adults may want to consider something more. We got a slice of pizza that was pretty small and a slushee that was a bit smaller than the small size. For $5 it was a nice snack to get us through to dinner time. I can see they have done a lot to amp this place up but I feel like the food area doesn't match up. I'm no business owner but I feel like better quality food, bigger portions, and more employees to run the spot would be a huge benefit. I feel like with so much there is to do they could use more employees. I can see the employees have to fill more than just one position. I saw The cashier was also picking up the balls in kids town. No one was watching the trampoline area. The food court was packed with only 2 people working. No one is watching the big jungle gym in the back. They also had to host parties. I guess if you work here you must wear many hats! Kudos to the staff working their butts off! If you visit, please be courteous and keep a watchful eye on your kids. I actually like aerozone despite the overall rating on Yelp lol.. it's down the st from me. It's not as pricey as other jump places. They let u wear the grip socks from other places.. it don't have to be theirs. They have added more stuff to do there like the obstacle course area.. they have the grown kids side and the youngins side by the kids town. Your kids will never be bored there cus it's so much to do. U can jump and shoot basketballs.. kids town, obstacle courses, foam pit and arcade games.. they have an area in the front where u can eat and drink, order food. On October 11 I visited this location around 5:00 p.m. for a birthday party with my children, and what should have been a fun experience turned into a very upsetting situation. A young employee (about 15 years old) falsely accused me of pulling her shirt something I absolutely did not do. I immediately asked the manager to review the surveillance footage, but they refused to show it, did not provide an incident report, and did not call the police, they asked me to leave without refund. The manager who came with the employee was very rude and unprofessional, yelling at me in front of the birthday boy mom, saying, "You pulled my minor employee's shirt," without any proof. I stayed calm, asked to see the footage, and waited outside for almost an hour without update. I left my contact information and asked them to reach out after reviewing the footage. So far, I haven't been contacted. This experience was completely unacceptable. I hope corporate management reviews the surveillance video and trains staff to handle situations respectfully and professionally. We usually go to chucky cheese but have been looking for something new for awhile. This place is amazing! It has something for everyone in the family. From toddlers, to teenagers, even the adults. They have an amazing, endless fun play area for toddlers. Everything you can imagine there. Toys, play rooms, jungle gyms, slides, play dress up rooms, and movies playing in the background. There is a bigger jungle gym for the teenagers, with obstacle courses, parkour, rock climbing, basketball, and of course a ginormous area of trampolines. They also had an Arcade and a snack bar. They have massage chairs for the adults and it is 1$ for 3 mins! Best three mins of my life! Would have paid for more but our time was up. They are reasonable priced. 14$ per person. Really not bad. Pros: The staff was really helpful when we came in and gave us a personal tour upon request. There were a lot of things to do, including a massive jungle gym, arcade games, a party room, a foam pit, and even a kid's room for littles that had a ton to explore. There are also lockers available at no extra cost. There's a lot of personal touches and details in the decorating that you can tell were one of a kind (peep the tables) and some that were just cool / fun ideas I hadn't seen before. Also there are massage chairs in the sitting areas which was cool. Cons: It definitely seems a dated and even a bit tacky in some areas. The jungle gym area is honestly so dangerous lol. I'm surprised there were no injuries while we were there! Because of the age of the place and all of the nooks and crannies, I just felt like everything was so dirty... There's no possible way to clean it all and that grosses me out so much tbh. Overall, it was nothing fancy, but it was cute. I found a good deal on Groupon (which I recommend, because I would've been very disappointed paying regular price). It was a generally average experience. Not wow, but not bad at all. We had fun, and that's what matters most (and so did everyone and their kids that were also there). It's not the best customer service, but great prices for the jumping. The workers here all have different attitudes, which is expected, but they can be pretty rude and uncaring. They provide lockers with locks if you need to lock up valuables like I did because I had my purse but wanted to jump. They open the lock for you whenever you need it. It just sucks have to wait in line or get the attention of an associate to get it open. The prices to jump are good, and the socks that are required to jump aren't too bad either. They also have a snack bar in case you get hungry or thirsty after jumping. I got the mix n match combo, which was nachos, and a slush puppy drink. The nachos were actually really good. They loaded them with lots of cheese and extra jalapeños like I asked. Soooooo good and priced great. All the snacks were priced decently. All the equipment seemed to be clean and safe. Nothing was falling apart, sharp, or harmful. They had associates all throughout the play areas to ensure safety and that people were being safe. The kids town play area was especially cute, and my sister and her friend loved it. They didn't want to leave the kids town once they were in it. They had various arcade games around but lots of signage that says they no longer have prizes, so play at your own discretion. The foam pit needs some working on. There was nobody up there supervising the pit at all. The foam in the pit also is slowly getting worn down and I could tell because jumping inside made me extremely itchy and burn from the exposed inside of the foam. Another thing to note about the pit is that a lot of the foam is pushed to the side so you fall in deeper, making it even harder for you to get out. We all struggled so hard to get out that I feared I wouldn't be able too and almost freaked out. Never doing that ever again. Once your hour is up, they announce on the intercom and let you know if your group is up and that you can pay $6 for an extra hour of playtime. That's cool. Just doing a little update since times are def a bit different since the last time we came! Plus this time we brought our 3 year old daughter. First of all she had a blast! There was so much for her to do besides the trampolines. There was an arcade and bouncy houses and toddler toys to play with. I will say... covid has changed things a lot. And I've been looking at things a bit differently because of that. There were a TON of things that I can tell arent cleaned very often. Like, do we really think the foam pits are cleaned daily... prob not!that being said I did see employees cleaning while we were there. I also tossed my kid into the tub right when we got home. This place is chaos! You cannot watch your child while they jump because this place is set up like a labyrinth with multiple walls and sections. The employees who are supposed to "watch" the jumpers do not actually watch the jumpers. They hang out together and chat while being rude to the adults who are actually trying to supervise their children jump. They want to snap at you about following posted signs for grip socks when the locations they want to claim you need grip socks do not actually have the sign and allow other adults to go where it is "grip socks only" with shoes on. In addition to the ill mannered employees, a child from the party we attended went missing and the employees did not appear to be worried or help look for the child at all. The front desk should have done a better job at informing parents about how they need grip socks to be able to stay close by and watch their child. read more

Was looking for ways to pass the time with a toddler rather than sitting in the house all afternoon and found this place. Glad we did and so is she! I will admit this isn't the fanciest place and it smells strongly of formerly illegal substances, but it's a blast! My wife, daughter, and I had a great time bouncing around the trampolines and the time flew by! We were all kinds sad we had to leave. Extra points for the separate area for kids under 48" and for actually enforcing the height limit. They also have basketball hoops for people to live out their dunking dreams, but that space gets a little rowdy with teenage boys. There is a dodgeball section and foam pit, which we didn't spend much time in but looked fun. The foam pit is actually kinda difficult to get out of. Talk about a FUN time! As we were on our way to get breakfast at Train Depot the other day, we kind of got lost and ended up at Ashlan Park Shopping Center amd I pulled directly in front of this place. My toddler boy having his 3rd Bday early June so I decided to check it out. This place is pretty big! We went In and spoke to the staff, a young girl who knew all about her product! She gave us a tour... Anyway I wanted to bring my son here to see if he was actually going to enjoy it....he had a blast! He jumped soooo much and It was so much fun! They have a dodge ball room and massage chairs for the adults.... and this toddler room with cars and all kinds of cool toys which are in pretty great shape...... so I ended up booking his party there. Friday night my husband and I got a Groupon for aerozone, it was around 19 dollars for two hours. On the groupon we had no idea that we needed to have grip socks and that they where 3 dollars each. It was about 71 degrees in the building which was nice but you couldn't bring drinks or food from the outside. They did have a water fountain but after jumping we got thirsty and just left early. Their drinks and food where actually pretty expensive 3 dollars for a drink and 1 dollar refills. They had a bull, climbing wall and another activity that you need to pay extra which sucks because original price is about 7 dollars an hour and then and extra 5 to do another activity for a couple minutes. The place was also in bad shape the foam pit was small and the foam will leave residue on your clothing. It was extremely difficult to get out. I will attach pictures of somethings that concerned me. But the whole place is a money grab trying to milk as much from parents. (They have a child section where adults can't go but children can be in the "general section" and there was toddler bouncing around at the general section which was dangerous for the child and also what if someone was careless and hurt her. Can you say thank you Jesus!!! I'm so thankful for this place when my kids seems to have endless amounts of energy this is my one stop shop! After 20 mins in they are exhausted!. I buy them a recovery drink ($2 icee) and they bounce back 40 mins later we have super exhaustion and a drained battery. Off to the house to shower and nap time for them! then I have a 3hr break while they slumber and recharge. Did I mention this is great exercise! Came to Aerozone Trampoline Park for the very first time. The only reason whey I heard about this place is because I seen it on Groupon. Frist in impression when I walked into the building; didn't look so pleasing. Looked like it needed some TLC. As much as I wanted to turn back around, I already purchased the group. My family and I (3 kids & 3 adults) walked up to the front and the front desk representative wasn't so welcoming. (Friday night) No line and it wasn't even busy. I was shock. The first thing she asked "did you fill out a wavier, we said know and she just pointed towards the computers. No hello... nothing. After filling out the forms, she was charging us for socks and I said we already have our own. She then rudely said "do they have grip on the bottom of them" I answer "yes, we got them from a jump place in Las Vegas". She said OK and that was that. I looked around everything before jumping, just to make sure it was safe for my kids and I. They had a lot to do. They had trampolines, bounce house, dodge ball, basketball court, arcade games, foam pit and even an area just for little kids. It was pretty cool . The main thing I didn't like was, they only had 1 or 2 works watching the whole time. For them to be the biggest indoor trampoline please in Fresno, you might want to hire more employees. I don't think will be coming back here anytime soon. My son did have a great time tumbling on the tumble track but other than that, everything looked run'd down (need some TLC) and not very safe at all. read more

I definitely had to put a review! To warn people not to have parties here. It's supposed to relieve some tension for parents to have a fun party. But to my surprise staff made the party more stressful then needed. They suggested to register each jumper prior to party which we did! As we entered for our party we had to re register each person. They did not show us to our party room after 30 minutes. Then we were rushed through my daughter cake and as she opened gifts. We paid a good amount to have our 2 hour party there and it was a horrible experience I want to warn other parents about! Management was unorganized and really didn't seem to helpful. When your baby turns one they charge full price for them. I don't understand charging $14 for a 1 year old to play with toys or even to jump. They are still babies and you can't justify that.
