I'm on staff at Valley Children's Hospital Rehabilitation Staff. We brought one of our patient's in today for a therapy outing. He uses a wheelchair. The staff (Erica and Kayla) were the best. Erica made our patient and mom feel special and welcomed. She let us (and mom) know whatever we needed was no problem. The extra's that were provided to this boy and his mom meant more than most would understand. In our world little things matter and today was a win for everyone. I haven't been to a Chuck E. Cheese in years. We came here for a my nephew's birthday. They are long tables for big groups if you are hosting a party there. Inside they have rides and games you can play when you load a card up with points. There is a machine to obtain a card and dollars amount you want to load your card with. The process was pretty simple and quick. They do have games that are better suited for 4 years old and up, but if you're looking for something for 1-2 years old there are only a few games they can play. The points you collect are loaded on the card, no more printed tickets. They can do a little better on their cooling and air flow inside the establishment. There are a lot of running kids and bodies inside, and it can get stuffy. In terms of service, it was alright. The girls who gave us our pizzas and drinks were nice. We had a medical emergency and they weren't very accommodating because the reservation we had was for a time slot, and we cannot go over that. I understand maybe there was another party behind us, but my cousin in-law was not able to really be present at the party because she had to tend to her family member. They told us there was nothing they can do and when the time was getting close we had to start packing. I don't know if there was another solution to better accommodate the guest when situations like this do happen. read more

Haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in a little over 20 years. First time at this location. So much has changed. It wasn't so dim and dark, they didn't have a ball pit where I would always loose a sock as a child, no play tubes attached to the ceiling and they got rid of the mechanical giant band puppets. A good friend of mine along with our kids and husbands went on a Friday evening. Thankfully it wasn't packed. There were so many toddler appropriate rides/games my daughter was enjoying herself. They have different package deals for food as well as games. The place and restrooms were clean. The pizza was surprisingly very good. Initially had planned to go to John's Incredible but I'm so glad we came here instead. So much more appropriate for our 2 and 3 year olds. They have many booth tables and many tables reserved for parties. Overall we had a great time. The staff were friendly too. I would definitely return. read more

This is now the third kid's birthday party my son has been invited to at Chuck E. Cheese and I have to say, the pizza isn't that bad. Specifically, the supreme pizza. It was loaded with toppings and they all were very fresh. They even added a garlic butter crunch to the crust! The games here are mostly geared towards little kids with the main objective being gather as many tickets as possible to get prizes. I do wish they had a few arcade games here, but this ain't my hang out so I can't complain. My one recommendation, bring back the spooky animatronic puppets! These pre-recorded videos of kids talking to a cartoon mouse just isn't doing it for anyone. When I was a kid, half of the fun at Chuck E. Cheese, was staring at these weird animal robots and wondering if they come alive at night. Had a birthday party here and let me just say if I ever do again it's for my kids. The hostess was not good at all! Suzan I believe they had a trainee Sarah. They did not pick up during the party I had to pickup empty pizza trays off the table just so the tables where clear so when I took pictures it didn't look like a mess. The blaster they did last, did not like that, it should have been after the cake when everyone was around, I mentioned before the party started I would add on more kids later as they arrived, however I forgot after 4 kids you get a medium pizza and I order 2 XL pizzas during the party and instead of Suzan reminding me after adding kids you get a pizza she went ahead and added those 2 XL pretty bummed out. I wish she would've at least saved me some money! They do not announce anymore for parties to come back for singing happy birthday so I had to round everyone up another negative but they will announce 10min before closing! I think this place is clean and managed pretty well. I've brought my 4 year old daughter here a few times to run around and play games for 30-45min. It's always pretty clean and up kept. It's pretty inexpensive for this day and age. The games always seem to be working. The bathrooms are clean. The only complaint there is I wish it was just individual bathrooms. I prefer to take my daughter in and lock the door rather than go in the men's stall. The pizza is pretty lack luster but the salad bar is clean and looks appetizing. Where a kid can be a kid!! If you're looking for an easy way to entertain the kids for a few hours, but don't feel like spending an arm and a leg, head here. They have a good area for infants and it's within eye sight of the games for the bigger kids. All the games are 1 token and they just switched to a card system to pay for the games. All the games were working; so that's a plus! They serve a few beers on tap, but they will only give you 1 an hour. I mean REALLY, 1 an hour. They log down the time they sold you the beer! Lol The food selection is slim: basic pizza and a small salad bar. Chuck E Cheese comes out in his suit about every hour and throws tickets for the kids to pick up--always funny to watch! Happy 4th birthday my sweet boy. Reserved for 10 babies and 29 adults. They made it happen! Our hostess was amazing. She went above and beyond. I do apologize i did not get her name but she assisted me the last time i came in for a confirmation and deposit. Outstanding!!! They added more games since the last time i came in and moved seating around a bit also, in which made more sense games on one side and eating area on the other. Today was filled wit love, joy, and excitement because there were other birthdays being celebrated also. Our hostess always kept our pitchers filled, our food came out pippening hot, our area was always upkept and cleared off right after each person(s) were done wit their things. The staff is friendly and made everything so easy for me. When we got there, it's so clean and the other two gentlemen working were also so friendly!! The manager is the one who's rang us up & set us up on the games and explained everything. What a surprise! The place is newer and cleaner. The staff was nice. They smiled and greeted us. The kid's hands were stamped on the way in along with us and were checked on the way out. Even more surprising was that they changed their pizza! It's edible! Yay! The pizza was pretty good. The kids liked it. I also ordered some chicken wings which really are chicken nugget balls. I don't know why some people who review Chuck E Cheese give it a bad rating and compare it to a totally different establishment. It just isn't a good comparison. First, all Chuck E Cheese have similar if not the same structure. They have the similar or same menu items and even prices. It's a brand, and they want people to know when you go to one Chuck E Cheese and go to another location, you can expect the same. Chuck E Cheese in general doesn't offer the greatest food, and their prices on food is questionable, but that is how they all are. I like to compare Chuck E Cheese locations to other locations. I've been to a the big San Jose location on Tully Road, some crappy location in Newark/Fremont area, and another in Gilroy. The San Jose location probably has the best and biggest location for a Chuck E Cheese. It is the only 2 story location I have seen with a huge display of the Chuck E Cheese statue you can see from the freeway. It has the most seating both up stairs and downstairs, and have a separate section for more classic arcades for bigger kids/adults, while the ticket games and kids rides downstairs. They have a bigger birthday party center seating area as well. Location and layout wise it can't be beat. So why does this location still get a perfect score from me? Because other than the San Jose location on Tully Road, all other locations are just a simple square open layout and usually single story. However, this location is certainly "cleaner" and bigger than other locations with the simple one story open layout like this. The staff was very nice and friendly. Chuck E was regularly walking around entertaining the kids. The games and rides were clean. As for the food, just like all Chuck E Cheese locations, it's overpriced but that is really where they get their profit I'm sure. There is no need for me to hate on the price of the pizza because that is how they all are on all locations. I will say this though, they do seem to put more cheese and more ingredients here compared to other locations. I always joke about how Chuck E Cheese pizza is mostly bread because they skimp on the ingredients, but the pizza was actually satisfying here. Still overpriced like all other Chuck E Cheese locations, but pizza is not the main reason we go here, we go here for the entertainment for the kids. If you just wanted pizza, obviously there are a lot better options for the price, But the pizza at this location wasn't bad at all. They have a separate reserved area just like all Chuck E Cheeses, for birthday groups and such. They do have plenty of other first come first serve booths as well. Yes, there will be tons of kids running around causing havoc, but guess what--which Chuck E Cheese won't you see this? It is irrelevant to deduct stars because of this simply because that is how all Chuck E Cheeses will be. In conclusion, this is definitely one of the nicer Chuck E Cheese locations from the Bay Area to the Valley. If I did have criticism, it seems like the ticket games don't put out as much as I expected. read more

Cheese I don't know how they still are able to keep all of their rides at $.25 you get ripped off when you go to other places it's definitely a great place to take your kids let them run wild and have a good time they also have a slide and jungle gym in there whether it's just a Friday night to entertain them or it's a birthday party it gets them out of the house and puts a smile on their face also the pizza isn't that bad and they have a nice salad bar along with some other choices of food if you don't have enough tickets to win your prize you could always just buy the tickets it's a penny a ticket.
