First time at the Clovis location! My daughter had been wanting to go back to an indoor playground. It was the perfect time since we were around the area. We arrived around 11am there were 2 parties going on and thankfully wasn't busy! Compared to the RP-Fresno location this is smaller but I actually liked it more than Rp. The play area is cleaner. Upon entry we were greeted. You have to sign waivers before you can enter. They had a self-serve kiosk or a QR code you can scan. At the time we arrived the kiosk was a bit lagging so it took a few minutes for us to get our waivers signed. It's about $20 per child (1+) and 2 adult for free per child. Socks are required, you can bring your own or you can purchase there. They give you bins to place your shoes in as it's a no shoe zone once they let you in (you can where your shoes in the bathroom area). They offer lockers for free, they sell snack and drinks. There's plenty of chairs and tables. Your admission is good for the whole day, so keep your receipt if you're planning to leave and come back before they . They have a room where the kids can have a dance party, or play projected arcade games. My husband and I tagged teamed our kids and we were only there for alittle over an hour and they KO'd in the car. Plus you get all day access, so you can leave get something to eat and come back to play for free! My kids (8 and 5) love this place and can easily spend three hours here running around. They do offer snacks, ice cream, and drinks, but no full meals. You're allowed to bring water bottles, but no outside food and drink items. What a surprise when we walked in with our grandson, not only were the employees so kind and so helpful, but the place was immaculate. The bathrooms were so clean. My grandson had so much fun and the price is perfect. The only thing I wish they would do is have at least one worker walk around the play area to keep the bigger kids from hurting the little ones. We first discovered Kids Empire in 2018 when we were living in Orange County, CA, and when they opened a location in Clovis, CA, my oldest daughter was over the moon. As a young family, keeping costs down is always a priority, so it's great to see companies still offering fair pricing. Kids aged 1 and up can enjoy the park for $19.90, and the best part? Each child gets two adults in for free! What truly sets this place apart from other indoor parks is that there's no time limit, and every paid entry is valid for the entire day! We've visited a few times, playing for a couple of hours in the morning, then heading home for lunch and nap time. A friend suggested we meet here for a play date. It was our first time going and my kids had a blast. For about 20 bucks a kid they can play all day. There are slides, a dance room, about 4 games, ride on motorcycles and a huge climb area. My boys loved everything especially the building legos. My only suggestion is to let people bring in their own food. One of my kids is very picky and their snacks for sale are very limited. After 3 hours of play my kids were starving. Took my 2 year old for the first time to this indoor playground and it was a bit intimidating for him. He started up in the toddler area then eventually warmed up to the big kids playground. The music in dance floor was too loud for him so he avoided that. The electric bike/cars were his favorite thing to do. We went in on a Monday so it wasn't too busy so got first dibs on everything. I really enjoyed going in the obstacle course with him because it doubled as a workout and bonding time. My daughter loves Kids Empire! The facility is clean and well maintained. Staff is always very friendly and welcoming! They have a baby/ toddler area, dance room, slides, sled, soccer field, and a huge play structure that definitely burns energy. Always looking for a play place to take kids and ended up here on a Saturday. It's about 20 bucks a kid, adults (2) are free. Lots of parties taking place and very limited seating. I'm sure this looks different during a week day and started to thin out around dinner time. Special socks not required, but socks themselves are and they ask ALL people entering to remove shoes and put them in baskets. Area is smaller than other play areas but it's very well done and as a parent you can see where they are much better. The games give multiple tries to win a prize. The ride on cars are not worth the money at all, the car only goes for a few minutes for 5 bucks and often gets stuck. Kids begged to do it and we had a good time. Overall a nice addition to Fresno. Clean and workers are monitoring all areas. No food for sale besides snacks so we left when kids got hungry. Spent about three hours here and kids had great fun! read more

My husband has taken my 6 yr old daughter twice. The second time my 16 year old joined them. My husband was charged $5 to allow my 16 yr old to spectate. He was told by an employee who wears glasses with brown hair that only my 6 yr old needed to be paid for to enter. He stayed there for hours allowing my 6 yr old to enjoy herself. We even planned to celebrate her birthday there because the experience was so amazing. Today I decided to check the place out myself to see what this place has to offer to decide whether or not I want to hold the party for my daughter at Kids Empire. When I walked up to be helped, the same girl who had helped my husband on previous occasions was the same person who helped me. This time the prices and policies were completely different compared to my husband's experience. I was asked to pay full price for my 16 year old who was not going to play just spectate with me and as expected, I would pay for my 6 yr. I called my husband to confirm what he had paid when he went alone with our children. He did confirm everything he experienced and was caught off guard with the situation. Inconsistent communication, and pricing amongst staff to patrons was not good at all. Especially if the employee doesn't admit to charging an individual a lesser entry fee without realizing that perhaps another adult may bring those same children back to enjoy the same experience. In the end we will not be booking this business for any party's. The inconsistency of prices I'm not happy with. Every person regardless of which parent brings their child should be charged the same amount as listed on their own website and menu. That's very unfair practices for parents who have an expectation because of previous experiences. read more

Right when we walked in, we were already unsure if we wanted to stay because the entire place was so hot. It seemed like the AC wasn't turned on or not working. We decided to stay since we already drove there. Bad idea, because an hour in some of us felt like we couldn't breathe from the humidity and hot temperature. We left. Team did not delivered and embarrassed me in front of my party guests! To begin with, the team, including both managers, couldn't get their information aligned causing a lot of back and forth confusion such as arrival time and what I was allowed and not allowed to bring in after confirming it the first time. One of the managers even questioned me, "who told me the wrong information," when in fact it was he himself. Upon clearing things up, we moved forward with the party. We had the largest party of the 2 (70+ people), yet our tables were not set and ready. This caused our party host to not be available tailoring to our needs. But I didn't make a big fuss, in understanding. Our package included the parade, yet it was felt that the dragon paraded more closely to the other party who had the lower package as evident with the goodies that they got on the table. What blew me off the top was when I handed our guests balloons that I've purchased in the package to take home, they were stopped by staff and took the balloons back!!! Come on!!! Are you serious? Balloons???!!!! Our little guests went home without balloons that I handed to them after dropping $1500+ on a 2.5hr party. I didn't see the whole interaction but was informed by other guests of the incident. I approached the party host, and she claimed that as employees that was what they were trained to do. They were only allowed to have guests take 1 set (2 balloons) out of all the balloons set out for decoration. I was appalled and beyond embarrassed that the paid balloons were confiscated upon guests exiting the building!!!! After raising my concern, they then went back on their "policy" and said we can have the balloons. I mean are they really telling me that I can't take the balloons that I paid home? This whole incident isn't about the balloons at this point. It was the customer service. The other small party took all of their balloons home, no question asked. But for my large party, we were expected to give back the balloons. Additionally, we didn't get the cake that we also paid for. I was closed to bringing all the drinks provided from the car back to them. We reframed from our intended $250 tip. Race definitely played a role. The other party was smaller and white. We were the large loud Asian group. We will not be booking future parties and will ask our guests to stay away from this racist establishment with poor customer service and team communication. We were told theyll let us in at the time of the party; they wouldnt let us in 5 mins prior. .... finally its party time at 2pm they still wouldnt let us in even though we've been waiting there a little while...they let us in LATE. When we were lead to our tables, there were NO DECORATIONS there....no balloons, no table cover....nothing that indicates it's my kid's party table. I asked the staff if those were really our tables. They said they ran out of helium for the balloons but theyll put the table covers for the party. Good thing I insisted to my husband that we bring "additional balloons and decorations", which turned out to be the only balloons for our party. Did they compensate us? Nope they still charged us for it as it's "included" in the party package. The "host" made no sense of direction to us. You're pretty much on your own until the dinosaur comes out and they take out the birthday cake for ur child. We didnt know what to expect, nobody explained how the sequences of events was going to be. They put out the party favors after most of our guests had already left.
