This park has a lot to offer, it has an inclosed area for dogs to play and a big field to play soccer or tag football. The play ground needs to be updated and better thought out. Yet, still nice to have for those hot summer days .

We arrived around 11am there were 2 parties going on and thankfully wasn't busy! Compared to the RP-Fresno location this is smaller but I actually liked it more than Rp. The play area is cleaner. Upon entry we were greeted. You have to sign waivers before you can enter. They had a self-serve kiosk or a QR code you can scan. At the time we arrived the kiosk was a bit lagging so it took a few minutes for us to get our waivers signed. It's about $20 per child (1+) and 2 adult for free per child. Socks are required, you can bring your own or you can purchase there. They give you bins to place your shoes in as it's a no shoe zone once they let you in (you can where your shoes in the bathroom area). They offer lockers for free, they sell snack and drinks. There's plenty of chairs and tables. Your admission is good for the whole day, so keep your receipt if you're planning to leave and come back before they . They have a room where the kids can have a dance party, or play projected arcade games. My husband and I tagged teamed our kids and we were only there for alittle over an hour and they KO'd in the car. If you're looking for a place to get your littles energy out this place is it, guaranteed fun!

On Wednesday July 8th I took my boys to kids empire. The fun day turned into being a traumatic day…read more There was a field trip going on with Edison Bethune Charter School. I could see my child in the soccer playing area. A child from this school was also in the soccer area. This child from the field trip who appeared to be age 8-9 grabbed my child and was hurting him. My child's cousin who was nearby yelled at him to stop and tried to put himself in between my child and the field trip boy to help him to get away from my child. The field trip child then grabbed my nephews head and forcefully pushed it into my child's mouth and said the words "that's right."My child shaking and crying was able to come back down to me with a full bloody mouth. Cleaning him up and assessing him, he got two teeth knocked out by the force. As well as now he has additional teeth that have turned fully gray now due to the force and the trauma. There was no assessment from any representative from the school with there being at least 6 adults to chaperone this large group. No assessment of my child, no remorse, no care, and no communication to help this violent child be aware of what he just did. I was approached by a women from the field trip and a man who started harassing me due to the situation, as they did not belive that one of their children could have done such a thing. The staff Mckenna and V were very kind to my family and I while trying to comfort my child who was severely injured as well as being harassed by an adult (s) with this school. Come to find out I was informed by staff that corporate moved this field trips time so there was no floor staff to help supervise. Our experience here has been traumatic. Despite myself watching my child play, you have to be reminded that you cannot control other children whom are violent. Kids empire corporation has been notified and we have reached out multiple times but there is so remorse, no care, and no consequences as to what happened which is sad. The waiver you sign locks you in despite them being short staff and having no staff on the floor. My point of making this review is to remind people that come here that other kids and adults can be violent and there's no consequences. As well as having no staff on the floor to supervise is also pretty sad. Extremely unfortunate incident that could have been prevented since that child was violent a few times with others before this incident. It just happened to be my child that got his teeth knocked out. Just your reminder that there are unkind people in the world, and to keep your child glued to you to prevent other violent kids attacking yours and don't rely on any staff to keep the area safe. Be the kind.

I love going to different parks to relax at when I need a break from home, and this was the perfect spot. I really hope Fresno/Clovis adds more parks, this is a small simple park just off the side of the road. It is open from 7am to 10pm. Great for small gatherings as well. There is a restroom on the left hand side nearby the water basin, home to many friendly geese and birds. They have a view spot with binoculars that could use either a cleaning or replacement lens? It also seems their info board has faded! This would otherwise be an awesome perk for the park. Nevertheless they do have signs on the fence about the basin. They look to be dog friendly by the doggy bags available, but there doesn't seem to be a fenced in area for them to play so keep them on a leash as they could easily run into the parking lot/road. There are shade trees along the grass and concrete areas to hang out under!

There's one picnic table , a bench and a bbq grill in the playground area. The restroom is usually clean and located near the playground. There are two picnic tables near the restroom. There's a giant canopy over the playground which is nice during hot months. There's one big group picnic area with five or six tables/benches under a cover with bbq grills. It's nicely shaded during Fresno's hot summer . This group picnic area is a first come first serve basis . No reservation required. The city does a good job keeping this park clean and well maintained. Yard crew comes to mow the lawn, pick up dead leaves and the trash. They also keep the restrooms clean. One of the swings was broken so I called the Park and Rec Dept. I wasn't expecting them to come out and fix it anytime soon because it was during the New Years holidays. Much to my surprise, the swing was fixed within a few days of the phone call I made. So I called them back to thank them and a praise of a job well done to the supervisor and she was pleased with her team. Made her and my day. Teenagers who come to play basketball here are polite and nice. People who bring dogs here are friendly as well. Parking is big and there are two lots. The sign says they close the gates at the parking lots at 10 pm. I've seen them locked sometimes but not everyday. The basketball court is nicely lit till around 10 pm.

I have brought my little here numerous times and it has always been a pleasant experience. The…read moregrass and baseball field is always kept up, which is nice for littles to run around and not get stickers or fall into a pot hole, so thats a plus. Also it has sand! That is a rarity nowadays and I love it. There are a couple different play structures so the kids are not stacked on top of each other, and the shade barriers are nice as well, especially in the summer time and the basketball court is good too. Fenced in so kids can't ruin a game or a ball can't go to the playground and hit someone, so that's actually a nice plus. All around a great place.

There's a space that looks like it's for Tennis but there's NO net. And there is a sign on the court that says: "Pétanque Courts". We came here to practice before my daughter's tennis tournament at Fresno State since it's only three minutes away. We're not from the area, and this was called Cary Park Tennis court. Do NOT come here expecting a tennis court. We had no extra time to find another place, so we just stayed here and had her warm-up as best she could. The plus side was the bathrooms were clean. We got here at 8:15 in the morning and it looked as if they'd just been cleaned. They are chained open.
