So Chuckie cheese has these new pass deals. You can pay for a couple months in advance or pay like 15 bucks a month. It's well worth it cause the prices of just 30 minutes of play has went up. This location is further from me but my boys like their selection of games better. They seem to have more ride on toys for little kids. Chuckie actually makes visits more frequent just to dance with the kids. There is also a trampoline and ninja area for the kids. It's not included with the passes but you can get a discount with your pass. I just wish their food was better. Or they had more options to chose from. read more

The service was amazing! My friends and my family met up for a kids play date yesterday evening and we had a great time! The customer service was great, the lady that helped us order our food, drinks and games was so patient with us. We kept changing our mind on what to order and she gave us helpful information to help us decide on our final order. We didn't feel rushed or anything like that. Customer service sucked. They hover over you as you eat your salad. Any ranch jalapeños or olives is extra at the counter. Well yesterday I decided to check in and get the minutes a head of time and save it for future use ( today ) and when we went to play it said low balance. Came here for a birthday party and they really have changed things since I did a party about four years ago. I'm glad to report that they have change the carpet it doesn't have a strong odor like it had in the past and there are some new games. There is also a new play point system where they have cards With minutes on them instead of coins that children normally drop and loose. It is so beautiful to see how much children enjoy Chuck E. Cheese they also serve beer and wine. The pizza is very good but it is for kids and it's a little bit smaller pieces but it's OK because if you have small kids then they will not waste it. I came here as a child and now I have 3 kids. It's just the right size, well kept, regularly updated and just very nostalgic for me. I just yesterday had my very first experience with a birthday and it was beyond exceptional. Karen was in charge of our small party but still tended to us in every way she could think of. My daughter is autistic and I wasn't quite sure what to expect or how it would pan out for us. Karen offered to try things that are typical of a party but at a slower pace so as not to trigger my daughter. The manager Tyler asked if it was ok to turn the volume on--all of these small gestures were very much appreciated and I didn't feel any stress or discomfort having her in that environment. I came to this Chuckie Cheese with my niece and boyfriend. There was not a huge crowd but I was surprised of how many toddlers were there. When we entered there was no one there to stamp our hand so we all walked in. One of the employees yelled at us informing us that we were not suppose to enter unless stamped. I politely informed them then someone must be stationed at all times instead of lolligagging around. Anyways we get stamped and my niece runs crazy all through the place wanting to try everything. I'm trying to keep up and my boyfriend went to get a card for her. I highly do not recommend to take children under 3 here because you will waste your money. I was disappointed at the quality of the kids and the selection of games and things to do for all kids. The machines ate our money up so much it was so frustrating. This place is not a good fit for my niece or any other child! Your kids will get bored easily. There is so much seating than games and activities. Horrible service more than 40 minutes wait time for a pizza and breadsticks. They look at the receipt and they just say "10 more minutes" or claim to have a lot of orders. The employees should own up to their mistakes and admit that they messed up their orders instead of lying. Others kept getting their orders and nothing. Nothing from a manager or anything. Ok so far my experiences at Chuck E. Cheese have been pretty amazing. A few weeks ago my son's classmate invited him to his birthday party. Please let me point out that our oldest is Autistic, and attends a program for Autistic children through our school district. I had been sitting on my hands about taking him to Chuck E. Cheese alone, worrying that we might have a meltdown of epic proportions and that it would be just bad experience for everyone involved. In fact, it was just the opposite. We received a game play pass for unlimited games, and our son had so much fun. I thought it would be overstimulating for him, but apparently it wasn't. He loved the sights and sounds. So we went back a week later, at opening, 10am. We were the only ones there for the first half an hour, and it was amazing! Our kids got to run around and do their own thing. Our oldest once again was positively engaged and having a great time playing games. He loved collecting tickets and putting them in the ticket counter. His favorite games were the flappy bird kind of game and the game where you throw the balls in the milk jug. As for the pizza, honestly it's overpriced for the quality, but having said that, their pizza has definitely improved through the years. It used to be cardboard with too little sauce and tons of cheese...so it was greasy and weird. That was almost 20 years ago. Now I feel like they are about on par with Dominoes. Passable pizza that you can enjoy while your kids (and you) have fun! The play area wasn't huge. Tables were broken and unstable in places. That's the only reason I knocked off a star. I always bring my brother here to have some good ol' fun. I love that it went from coins to minutes, so you can pay for time (like 1 hour mins) instead of paying for 10 dollars worth of coins that you can blow in 10 minutes. They are getting new games in too, which I like, but they do keep the old goodies, like my favorite: basketball. read more

Haven't been here in over 2 years. They don't do tokens anymore you purchase playtime time on playcard. It was my daughters first time there now since she is 2 years old. They took out the corner small play area for the younger kids like my daughters age. The big kid slide the stairs were too high for her to climb. She just ran back and forth climbing on and off the rides. Chucke came out for a few minutes...she just stared at him. At least she wasn't completely terrified of him. Maybe just maybe we will do her birthday party there. We went for lunch buffett. I was very dissappointed there was only 1 salad bowl of garden mix salad a small bowl of croutons and a pepper grinder. That's all...no fresh broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, mac salad, mushrooms...etc. Its was $8.99 a plate and drinks were seperate. I craved there salad buffet until today. The reviews of the place smelling like old dirty feet and dirty laundry is true. They need to shampoo their carpet and install some air purifiers or air freshners. As a child I wasted a lot of time playing arcade games here. Combine that with pizza, what kid wouldn't love it? But as you get older you realize the pizza sucks, the place is madness, and ChuckE is pretty damn sleazy looking. Went to take my 2 year old for some fun play time today. I was a bit hesitant to go to this location because in the past the place was filthy, the employees seemed like they didn't want to be there and there were so many games not working but today I was pleased. The employees today were very nice and one in particular complimented how cute my daughter was so she gets bonus points lol (: I got 30 tokens for $10, a little pricey for me since most of the games give you very little tickets even if you do well at the game. Great place for the kids, all games are 1 token and food is decent and the staff is very courteous. I have brought my niece here a few times and she loves it, she is 5. The 3 stars are for the overall cleanliness of the place, granted how sparking will a place actually be with a lot of kids running around. There is a bad odor all through the place as soon as you walk through the front door and you can greatly tell that chuck e cheese is on its last life.
