This place was so cool! Perfect for a family fun night! Everything was put together so well and creatively! A few things definitely made me jump a little Overall worth it! Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed it! Kudos to the owner, more people need to know about this place, I'll be sure to spread the word

Horrible HORRIBLE SERVICE. I get that this place refuses the right to serve anyone but in Valentine's Day a SATURDAY on the 14th we tried calling they didn't answer. We all checked the hours it said 11PM close and we were there at 9:30 the woman working that shift would not let us in and it was a a group of 5 of us that showed up on time to play. A poor couple was told to come back at 9:30 and the woman gave them the wrong time to kick them out. She was unprofessional and was FaceTiming on the job she obviously closed an hour and a half early on purpose. A sign should have been put up or special hours should have been set on all sites. She slammed the door on all of us absolutely horrific! I get if the hours were different but the couple should have been compensated for the issue

We ended up going on a Saturday night, spur of the moment...and we were pleasantly surprised! The staff are very friendly! All the arcade games are free with the exception of the pinball machine and the claw game, so that's pretty awesome! The golf area is compact but with all the awesome decorations you don't even realize it and you enjoy the 18 holes. The only small issue was we were behind a family of 7 people and that held up everyone, many people jumped ahead to other holes and came back to the ones skipped once the family moved on. So it can get a little congested. Overall it was good time, there are even some decorations that pop up, jump out, and rattling doors. This is definitely worth a visit.

I came to Ghost Golf with my two nieces (5 and 7) on 9/18/21. They have never played mini golf before and has not went to a theme Halloween place before. My nieces watch scary things which they were totally spooked out by this place so be mindful when you are taking small children here! Eventually they were desensitized to the decor but would have their moments. This location use to be the location for Laser Tag but Ghost Golf took over a few years ago. Upon entering we were greeted by the the owner or staff that was very friendly. They have golf clubs for children's and adults. You get to pick your golf ball color and I believe they glow in the dark. There are 18 holes which was pretty good. It took us about two hours to get through the course. It definitely taught my nieces patience, working through frustration, focusing, posture and building self esteem! Who would have known Ghost Golf would have instilled that with my nieces! I seen them go from defeat to hopeful within the two hours especially with some of the challenging holes! I encouraged them to never give up. It was exhausting for me but also fun at the some time! My nieces love Mini Golf and asking to go back! We did have a line of people waiting on us which I didn't feel rushed but could tell they were being inpatient and eventually went around. My nieces did point it and I encouraged them to focus on the game and they could or come back when we were done. After we were done we played in the arcade which it was alright. The air hockey didn't work right as the air was not coming out which made the puck difficult to move around but it was still fun. I would say they need more arcade games that are kid friendly as a lot of them were pretty violent or not appropriate for kids under 10 years old in my opinion. Overall, I would love to come back and hopefully they change the theme and holes periodically! Great for date night or first date!

Super fun hidden gem in Fresno! $16 per person to play on the 18 hole course. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside you step into a whole little spooky world. This was such a great date night spot! It wasn't super crowded on a Friday evening, so we got to set our own pace on the course. The holes are a good mix of easy and difficult. The animatronics are awesome. Definitely recommend coming here!

Came here for date night and we had a blast! I truly believe it's a hidden gem for a date night or family fun night, can't wait to return with the kids. It is an 18 hole mini golf inside and for only $2 more, you can do the course again. The entry/lobby area has a mini arcade. There is also a room for parties. The cashier let us know that more characters are joining the ghost golf course and possibly an escape room.

As someone with strong opinions on both mini golf courses and haunted houses, this really took the cake for me. Holy crap. Best mini-golf course EVER! Not an exaggeration or hyperbole at all, this place was spectacular! I'd come back to Fresno (from LA) just for this place alone. If I lived here I'd be at this course every weekend. Some reviews say it's a little overpriced but are you kidding me, the value you get??? This is underpriced if anything. Plus the unlimited arcade, basketball, shooting games, air hockey, and then another round of minigolf to top it off. This place is SPECTACULAR.

    Loving this place!

I loved this place, I brought my 6 year old son and we thought it was fun. I was pleased that all of the animatronics worked well and each hole wasn't too hard or too easy. I thought the temperature in the place and the fans was perfect and a nice hideout from the 105° outside. My son loved the "free play" settings on the games in the lobby, all of which also worked today. We played shooting games, air hockey and basketball. I saw they are set up to host kids' birthday party's too and the restrooms were super clean. I thought the scary displays and scenes were A+ fun and whoever set them up took great care to entertain. Happy to recommend the place to friends and we will return!

Miniature golf and arcade games are great. Very cool date for all ages.

Such a cool, unique concept for mini golf. Had a lot of fun and a few spooks. I love that you can play multiple rounds on admission.

Too loud and too expensive for what you get. It does have a couple of free games which was neat.

We live about 53 minutes away and planned to celebrate my son's birthday here. During our first visit, we arrived around 6ish p.m. only to be told they were closing early at 7:30 p.m. for "maintenance." This was never communicated beforehand, so we made a nearly one-hour drive for nothing. One of the young managers tried to be accommodating, and I appreciated his effort, but the overall experience was still disappointing. We decided to give them a second chance, hoping the first visit was just a one-time issue. Unfortunately, the second experience was even worse. We were given incorrect and conflicting information by an employee, and management did not provide clear or consistent answers either. It was obvious there was a lack of communication and training among the staff. The most frustrating part is that we made another 53-minute drive because we trusted the information we were given, only to have our time wasted again. When families are spending their time and money especially for a child's birthday they deserve accurate information and reliable customer service. Sadly, that was not our experience. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and invests in better employee training and communication so other families don't go through the same frustration we did.

So after even all that I was super let down as there wasn't a whole lot of mud. I am more afraid that I got valley fever instead from all the dry dirt being kicked up and inhaled on the run. The entire trail should have been at least wet to keep the dust down. The few mud holes were ok but lacked a lot. The slide wasn't even into mud and just had someone with dawn dish soap and a hose pipe spraying. I guess I compared it to the many mud runs we have done all over the us. California was definitely a let down on the mud run and we aren't even in a drought this year anymore. ‍. Maybe they were still conserving water for some reason. Cutting down the stingy nettle would have been better also as well as having photographers on the trail to take photos. I was shocked to learn there wasn't people there taking photos to sell online after. I mean they were charging for every other little tiny thing so they should do that also. Most races I e ever paid to do includes a shirt so to pay 50 dollars per ticket and not get a shirt was shocking. It was ok but definitely the worst mud run compared to the many others I've done in the past- and I've done many in several states. Add more water and mud if you're going to call it a mud run.

Registration: Disorganized! Looked to be that there was only…read moreone person from Mud Factor that knew what she was doing. Some of the volunteers knew what was going on but most of them were not trained or not informed of what and where everything was. They made one announcement at 8 AM and said that there are 3 lines for registration. Parents/Kids and Adult Runners were all going in these 3 lines even though there were letter lines designated by the signs on the tent. Which they did not use for the kids registration. Parents and Kids were really getting frustrated because no one knew what was going on and there were no Mud Factor personnel that were directing people to the right lines and at least trying to make this a smoother transition before they got up to the registration tent. Another thing i observed was that parents running the race after their kids could not pick up their registration at the same time. Mud Factor volunteers were telling parents that they had to come back an hour before their race to get their race packet since they were only doing MF Kids registration at the time. Pre Race: .I know that this race was called MF Kidz or Lil' MFers. Really. there were some comments during the kids race that turned some parents heads. Also the DJ should have watched his playlist to make sure that during that time of the kids race it that some inappropriate language came out from the songs. Race: Overall i loved all the obstacles. I was injured prior to the event but decided to walk the route and skip the ones my knee couldn't handle. All the climbing obstacles looked very challenging (i guess it caused some backlog on a few of the obstacles, up to 30 to 45 min wait). There were a couple of the obstacles that there was only one person there to monitor the obstacle (specifically the pallet climb over the bridge to the tire ladder), as far as we saw. The course was great also, that last mile or so of the weaving in and out and the moguls really wore people down since it was hot and there were no man made obstacles till the rope swing and army crawl. Post Race: I don't know why but the organizers had 3 different types of metals. According to one of my friends they got one that said 2013 and then they returned it to get the second design, the bandanna metal. The third metal was one with a bottle opener. I don't know why they would have 3 different ones. Who knows, overstock from past races. Side notes: Many people did complain about the nickel and diming of getting charged for every little thing. I understand the parking, I also understand of the wave time change fee (which i did take advantage of, and most runs don't let you do that). but $5 for bag check, no t-shirt, and no beer at the end. (this is based on other mud runs and even regular runs). Yes they give you a bandanna, a tattoo, and the metal. Final notes: Overall this was a nice mud run, but there are better mud fun runs out there and more organized (registration and obstacle personnel). If they do come back i would hope they do a better job of organization. Even a race packet pickup at a central location so you didn't have these long lines the day of. And for the issue of obstacle backup, a group of people who could can try to make sure the flow of people is moving.

Zayden did so good. His time would've been much faster if we didn't have to help so many children. I blame the MF organization.
