Interactive video game thing-this was TOO cool!! Kids even little kids loved it and bonus nothing to "share" like controllers lol

What an amazingly easy way to celebrate a little one's birthday. There are so many options here for little and big kids to play! Lots of spaces to sit and chat while the kids interact with a variety of stations, like art, dress up, bounce house, pool table, air hockey, play kitchen, giant jungle gym type thing, under 3 area with a ball pit, and a virtual video game thing that's very cool. The place was so well air conditioned too!! I don't know how they do it; but even with all the running around on a hot day everyone was chill. We were able to bring out own food and drinks. There are some limitations on like dessert/candy tables, but I don't remember exactly what since we were going to host any. They allow you to also use vendors (balloons, entertainers, etc.). The small "catch" is they and you only have 20 minutes before your party to set up. But for us, we brought everything so and the party hosts helped, so it was more than enough time. I also LOVED that I could use their website to set everything up and book my event. You select the day and the time and type of party (week day, weekend, private, semi private, etc). You can also pay to have them decorate for a certain theme too. None of the themes fit, so we just opted out of that, and I still love how they set up for us. ) I LOVE knowledgeable/interactive websites. You pay the deposit when you book and the rest after party was over. During the party, the party hosts time everything. They tell you at a certain time that they will do cake, a family photo, a group photo of kids, etc. I would say that the group photo part was hard for our two year old because we sang happy birthday and she had her eye on the cupcake, and then they took the group photo after, so that could be a hard transition for the little ones. Maybe doing kid photo first then going into cake and family photo. ? Restrooms are on site, and include a changing table and I believe a step stool. I don't think I have any negative feedback. Maybe that the 2 hours goes by too fast! lol Great job!! Will book again and encourage others!

Lots of fun! My kid loves all the activities he can do. Trucks and cars. Painting. Soft playground. Air hockey. Billiards table. Interactive projector. Puzzles. Big building blocks. Bounce house. Legos. Dress up. Lots and lots of fun stuff.

We celebrated my son's 3rd birthday here, and it was a blast! Chynna and Bre handled everything and were so helpful and kind! The kids loved all the activities they were able to do, and ages spanned 1 to 12! Well worth the money for a no-stress party on a cold January day. :)

I love this place I discovered it by mistake one day and it has been one of our favorite places to hang out. They are super clean and the staff is always friendly. My grandson is 3 and always has a great time with the panting bounce house play structure even Play-Dough and puzzles. I highly recommend checking it out. 10stars if I could.

My daughter enjoying dress up & painting :)

The Jungle Party House in the Sierra Vista mall meets all my expectations of open ended/Montessori play for my 3 1/2 year old. It reminds me of being in an episode of Barney in the 90's in the best way. We've been to many other indoor play places due to rain or extreme heat, or needing some socialization. This is by far our favorite. There are so many options for all ages. There is dress up, a stage, music, painting, puzzles, blocks, magna tiles, lego, board books, lockers, purified water filter to fill up throughout the day, play doh, stencils, water color, coloring, stickers, kinetic sand, a bounce house, a fully stocked play kitchen, cars, an enclosed area that has a couch and virtual game on the floor, there's a slide & indoor zip line. We love the pool table, air hockey and foosball as well. It's safe, affordable ($10 for child, $2 for adult very reasonable), it's clean, promotes autonomy which different heighth tables, chairs, stools, or tower. The Jungle Party House has plenty of snacks available to buy and most importantly not demonized or penalized for bringing in your own food. I feel safe knowing there is a gate & waiver/check in. The staff is always friendly and very attentive. I forgot to mention the massage chairs, bean bag chairs and lots of seating to sprawl out and enjoy yourself as well. I've read a plethora of books while my child enjoyed herself. I'm a repeat returner about once a week, the proof is in the pudding.

Hours of fun for 1 year old and 4 year old.. Pricing is good. Would not recommend going in the winter months, likely your kids will get hit hard with some aggressive viruses as mine did. Since it was such a fun place for them, next time we will go in the warmer months and I will bring sanitizer hand spray to constantly be cleaning their hands. Customer service was friendly. Overall fun place for the little ones to hangout. If possible, we will try to avoid the foam pit next time which is where I think my kids picked up the bacteria/viruses that caused their illness for a good 3-4 weeks. Wish this place made every one of us guests take our shoes off before entering any childrens play areas as the other indoor playgrounds require. Still...good fun though.

Ask the Community - The Jungle Party House

Does this place takes their time to sanitize anything that the children play with: toys, blocks, brushes, chairs/stool, microphones, etc?

Yes they do. I've been in there close to closing time and they sanitize almost everything you can think of. They've literally wiped down the balls that are in the ball pit. For being a kids play area this place is really clean and taken care of.

Would anyone recommend for a birthday party?

Yes I would! Read my review I just posted about this location! I would def recommend! :)

Beyond the logistics, she was such a joy to work with! We can't thank Vanessa enough for making our dream wedding come to life. If you're looking for someone who's organized, passionate, and genuinely cares about their clients, look no further. Vanessa is an absolute gem!

To preface, I have experience hosting events from 50-200 guests and have worked with numerous…read morevenues and coordinators. Vanessa is by far the WORST venue coordinator I've interacted with in terms of customer service, industry knowledge, and communication skills. If you read the other positive reviews, you'll notice they ALL paid additional money for Vanessa to be their wedding coordinator. If you do not pay this, she is a horror to work with (as corroborated by the negative reviews), and I recommend AVOIDING this venue. Another reviewer also stated the owner is her brother-in-law so there is no recourse for her behavior and there are no other venue coordinators available. Detailed below are just some of the negatives: - The wedding was actually for my sister. She was having difficulties with Vanessa so asked me to assist. I reached out to Vanessa explaining who I was but never received a response. Instead, Vanessa told my sister that she felt threatened by my contact and will only work with individuals that signed the venue contract. I never said anything negative, but she often overreacted and took offense over nothing. - Every response took 2 weeks. She would contradict herself in the same email, which added confusion. - She would use made up lingo and when asked for clarification, she would blame us for not understanding "industry language" and still wouldn't clarify. In my 10 years, I've never heard some of the terms that she used. - She didn't understand standard wedding requests. We asked for a cake table and Vanessa responded that the request was unclear because she didn't know what size a cake table should be. We asked to add 2 rectangular side tables for guestbooks, gifts, etc. On the proposal, Vanessa commented "unsure why the client requested". - Unless asked, she wouldn't disclose critical information. We asked multiple times if additional tables (sweetheart, cocktail, etc.) are free. Vanessa confirmed they were free, but once the proposal arrived, it showed free tables with each linen at an additional charge. I told my sister to confirm if the venue provided cake cutting utensils. They don't (which is fine) but this is all information that you tell your clients without prompting. Imagine cutting the cake with no utensils! - When asked questions, she rudely responded with "NO" or "YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE" - In the 1.5 years of planning, despite multiple requests, the venue proposal was only updated twice - once for the initial contract and once when full payment was due 30 days before the event. My sister had to withhold final payment to get her to update it. She updated it 1 week after with inaccurate information. We annotated and returned it next day saying that she'd pay once it was correct. Vanessa had the audacity to respond that making notes on the proposal made it seem like they were stalling payment. Granted, there were 1-2 new updates amongst many more corrections but it was because Vanessa withheld information, and new adjustments were required after seeing the revised proposal for the 1st time. - Vanessa never provided a table layout. My sister had to create it and then confirmed if 5 round tables per row would work. On wedding day, we arrived to a different layout of 4 rounds per row. Vanessa blamed it on a 2 ft. wide photo arch, stating that she had to make adjustments to fit an arch that was discussed weeks prior. However, it was evident that the room would have NEVER fit 5 rounds per row. We had to rearrange the seating chart and the chairs to accommodate for her mess. - Also on wedding day, Vanessa was surprised to find the timeline included a champagne toast. Mind you, the timeline was provided 30 days ago and toasts are standard in weddings. So, she gave us 30 mins to decide on the additional champagne cost. I asked to remove 1 champagne bottle charge as there was an entire table of kids, but she refused. So apparently, the venue includes children in the champagne count even though serving alcohol to minors is illegal. - There was also a safety hazard. About 25 chairs with wheels/casters were intermingled with standard dining chairs. I unknowingly sat in a chair with casters and almost fell. There was no visible difference between the standard chairs vs. chairs with casters, and the table linens prevent anyone from seeing the casters. I told Vanessa who saw no issues and argued that people falling out their chair has never happened before. Thankfully, we were able to get these all replaced prior to the wedding to avoid any older guests from getting hurt. To the owner: Not only is Vanessa horrible to clients, but since she never updated the proposal, the kitchen used the original headcount and cooked 40 additional meals (talk about a waste of money). Also, due to not providing a table layout, the banquet captain Griselda set up tables once, and then had to come back 1 hr earlier to redo it, making staff do avoidable extra work.

I spoke to two people on the phone but ended up working with Jianna (who was more pleasant than the other). She informed me the items would be dropped off Friday and picked up Monday and that the driver would call 30 minutes before. Come Friday, no call and no notice. A truck pulled in front of my house and they just started unloading the items. They inform my fiancé that their pickup date may be pushed to Tuesday (from Monday originally). The tables were in working condition but had been heavily used. There were frayed wood edges on many of them. The chairs were visually appealing from a far but many of them had discoloration that was unsightly when you got closer. The beverage tub had a giant sticker on it that made it look less appealing. But other than that everything was functional. Come Monday, no call and no pickup (that was okay). Come Tuesday no call and no pickup. Then finally Wednesday I leave my home office because my dog is barking and I look to see Leo in my backyard. I asked him if he makes a habit of helping himself to people's backyards and he said "yes when people do not answer our calls" I asked him what phone number he called as I received zero missed calls and he tells me an incorrect number. I go inside to get my paperwork and compare to his. On both, my number is plainly stated as the renter and there is an incorrect number listed in the delivery instructions. He informed me that they do not normally call the person who rents the items because "aahhh.... uhhhh" then after some silence, I just walked away. I then checked the cameras to see that he rang my doorbell, knocked on the front door, and proceeded to walk into my backyard after waiting a whole two minutes at my door. Trespassing on someone's property seems like a wild business philosophy, but I guess when you cant get the renters' phone number correct and refuse to do the slightest amount of due diligence, you will do whatever you need to do. What they lack in cost, they sure do make up for in customer service. I wont be using them again.
