Went today for a school field trip for a Saturday program, and out of all the jumping places we've been to here in the valley, I'm glad this location ended up being our last trip. Staff were polite, aware, they communicated. Bathrooms were clean, areas clean, food was good. Enough space everywhere where you didn't feel squished or overwhelmed. I'm honestly very impressed. I will say again, the staff was great. I want to give them super kudos for that. Front desk people, those watching kids on the trampolines, guy in the shoe cubby area, the girls who got our room prepped. Thank you! I myself also had fun jumping! Excited to be able to visit again!

I paid for the ultimate birthday package starting price $550. The party planner allowed me to bring a fruit tray and vegetable tray as additions to the party. 15 minutes Before my party was scheduled to end the party planner proceeds to throw away the remaining drinks in the pitcher without asking and attempted to throw away the outside food that I was allowed to bring in without asking. Once I realized what the party planner had done, I had to tell them, that's like throwing away the pizza I just bought because I was unable to finish it. Why would you do that? Please bring me a to go box for the pizza, My party goers were unable to finish during the party. Once the party was over, we exited the room and use the remaining tables outside of the room, because truth be told the timeframe they allow goes by fast and truly isn't enough time to have a party without feeling rushed. The crew members approached the table at different times stating the food that they allowed to go to the party could not be brought into the eating area and they grabbed our food and said they would put it up for us until we were ready to leave... I believe if they allowed us to bring it in and if we were unable to finish it, we should've still been allowed to take it to the outside tables as long as we cleaned up our mess, but apparently that's against their policy. They gave the game cards to the person that wasn't paying for the party without informing the person that paid for the party. When trying to understand who the game cards were given to, the party planner described the mother of the birthday boy using a ghetto description of the mother (totally unprofessional when other descriptions could've been used to identify their mistake). Not to mention we all wore shirts that identified who we were, for example: "mother of the birthday boy" and "grandmother of the birthday boy." in my opinion there's things that could've been done to make the process smoother and less hectic but overall the kids enjoyed the party and that's all I can ask for. However, I will rethink planning a party in this facility.

Had a birthday party there for my son. The place is fun to play for sure. It's the service that I have to complain about. I was embarrassed multiple times with the staff asking each of my guests if they are going to be paying or if I am and I said just add everyone to my bill. I only had 1 1/2 hrs for the room but spent probably 30 minutes plus talking to staff. The ambiance is nice. When I needed my host, she'd take a long time. I am not pleased how they charged me $28 for my son for Lazer tag but charged my other party guests $15. I spent almost $700 for basically an hr of trying to get a birthday party done. My guests asked me why staff kept keeping me from the party with their questions. At one time I finally was going to jump with my son and the host called me to ask if I was paying for these ppl. I am not satisfied at all and will not ever book a party there. I worked the service industry for over 15 years and have a background of management in the food industry for bartending, serving, and managed banquet events so I believe I can have an opinion on service.

Pros: - Staff was friendly. - Place was clean and employees actively cleaned it. - Lots of fun. Arcade, ropes course, trampolines; all of it was fun. - They provide a free water station which is great since they do not allow outside beverages. - The weekday specials. I took advantage of the Unlimited Friday special, and it was worth the money. Neutral: - The arcade is not actually a "mega-arcade." I have been to much larger arcades before. However, they do have the space to add many more machines, so hopefully they can do that to truly make it a "mega-arcade." Cons: - None.

Duct tape and non working machine for over a year

After close to two years, this ball sucking machine still don't work. The duct remains on as if it'll solve the problem. There's no staff to regulate the slides and the bigger kids would climb up and down the slides, making it hard for the younger kids to slide down. Very poor staffing and are not attentive to customer care. Idk how many times I had to wait and flag down a staff at the concession stand.

So after even all that I was super let down as there wasn't a whole lot of mud. I am more afraid that I got valley fever instead from all the dry dirt being kicked up and inhaled on the run. The entire trail should have been at least wet to keep the dust down. The few mud holes were ok but lacked a lot. The slide wasn't even into mud and just had someone with dawn dish soap and a hose pipe spraying. I guess I compared it to the many mud runs we have done all over the us. California was definitely a let down on the mud run and we aren't even in a drought this year anymore. ‍. Maybe they were still conserving water for some reason. Cutting down the stingy nettle would have been better also as well as having photographers on the trail to take photos. I was shocked to learn there wasn't people there taking photos to sell online after. I mean they were charging for every other little tiny thing so they should do that also. Most races I e ever paid to do includes a shirt so to pay 50 dollars per ticket and not get a shirt was shocking. It was ok but definitely the worst mud run compared to the many others I've done in the past- and I've done many in several states. Add more water and mud if you're going to call it a mud run.

Registration: Disorganized! Looked to be that there was only…read moreone person from Mud Factor that knew what she was doing. Some of the volunteers knew what was going on but most of them were not trained or not informed of what and where everything was. They made one announcement at 8 AM and said that there are 3 lines for registration. Parents/Kids and Adult Runners were all going in these 3 lines even though there were letter lines designated by the signs on the tent. Which they did not use for the kids registration. Parents and Kids were really getting frustrated because no one knew what was going on and there were no Mud Factor personnel that were directing people to the right lines and at least trying to make this a smoother transition before they got up to the registration tent. Another thing i observed was that parents running the race after their kids could not pick up their registration at the same time. Mud Factor volunteers were telling parents that they had to come back an hour before their race to get their race packet since they were only doing MF Kids registration at the time. Pre Race: .I know that this race was called MF Kidz or Lil' MFers. Really. there were some comments during the kids race that turned some parents heads. Also the DJ should have watched his playlist to make sure that during that time of the kids race it that some inappropriate language came out from the songs. Race: Overall i loved all the obstacles. I was injured prior to the event but decided to walk the route and skip the ones my knee couldn't handle. All the climbing obstacles looked very challenging (i guess it caused some backlog on a few of the obstacles, up to 30 to 45 min wait). There were a couple of the obstacles that there was only one person there to monitor the obstacle (specifically the pallet climb over the bridge to the tire ladder), as far as we saw. The course was great also, that last mile or so of the weaving in and out and the moguls really wore people down since it was hot and there were no man made obstacles till the rope swing and army crawl. Post Race: I don't know why but the organizers had 3 different types of metals. According to one of my friends they got one that said 2013 and then they returned it to get the second design, the bandanna metal. The third metal was one with a bottle opener. I don't know why they would have 3 different ones. Who knows, overstock from past races. Side notes: Many people did complain about the nickel and diming of getting charged for every little thing. I understand the parking, I also understand of the wave time change fee (which i did take advantage of, and most runs don't let you do that). but $5 for bag check, no t-shirt, and no beer at the end. (this is based on other mud runs and even regular runs). Yes they give you a bandanna, a tattoo, and the metal. Final notes: Overall this was a nice mud run, but there are better mud fun runs out there and more organized (registration and obstacle personnel). If they do come back i would hope they do a better job of organization. Even a race packet pickup at a central location so you didn't have these long lines the day of. And for the issue of obstacle backup, a group of people who could can try to make sure the flow of people is moving.

Until today, I would have given Urban Air a five star rating. Seriously. We were automatically billed in January for the month after the year we'd already paid for was over. Not a big deal, and the facility told us that we could cancel future membership but the current one would be active until the end of the month. That was fine. I didn't want anything special. I just wanted to make sure we could use it until it was done. I had to gear up for battle when trying to access the facility throughout the month. They already deactivated my membership although it should have been active throughout the month of January. So every time we wanted to go, we had to go through the whole song and dance thing and explain over again that we'd paid for the month. (I have the receipt to prove it if I need to). So today was the final hurrah. I called ahead since I could make a reservation online with my 'expired' (but not really) membership. I explained it all again. Okay, they said. The group gets there and they are told, no dice. Now, I'm at work with clients, and I get a call from the group saying that they were told they can't use the facility. Bear in mind, it's an hour drive to get there, and we asked and had it all worked out ahead of time. Or so I thought. So I am in the middle of a session, on the phone no fewer than three times, trying to irn this out yet again. The group had to wait over half an hour to get in, and were humiliated by the treatment. Then they were further told that I hadn't paid for the right things for all of them, adding even more tension and sucking the fun right out of the last man standing. They are lucky I was not there with the group. Only because I would have been much more assertive since I am the one who paid for it all. So: Customer service: ZERO. I should say, though, in all honesty, that up until today, we were not treated badly. But today's experienced has purged any desire to return to this particular site. I have discovered alternative sites maybe a little further away, but if I'm going to drive an hour to have fun, I'm going to make sure I do it somewhere that my family will be treated politely. I own my own business, and I would NEVER treat a customer the way we were treated. It's a shame.

Upon walking in, I liked the koi pond/fountain, which I thought was really cool and actually had koi fish in it! As for the food, I understand it was late and a holiday, but I noticed some foods throughout the night were getting put together with similar foods, which made the presentation look messy. (Ex: the rolls of sushi were put redistributed to only a few display plates, mussels were switched to a much smaller tray and piled up versus neatly placed, etc.) As for the food itself, besides the spring roll was stale and the bun was dried out in some spots, it was good, and given it was late I might not have the most accurate experience of how the food tasted. (Might be better when it's busy and earlier in the day) Pricing was good $29 per person for cash and $30 on card.
