One of the best hot pot joints in Fresno. (4/11/2026) Second time coming here and it never disappoints. Made my own sauce which was . We got the house special broth mild and it was already spicy medium tends to be too much for us. Good company great food and service and ambiance. Veggie Fried rice with eggs slapped definitely a must to eat with the veggies and meat. We normally get a veggie combo tofu combo and meat combo. We ended up taking both broths home and enough meat and veggies to make two separate giant bowls at home.

I absolutely love this place, the flavors are truly on par with Sichuan hot pot spots you'd find in much bigger cities. The staff is always super friendly and incredibly helpful, which makes every visit enjoyable. It's usually busy whether we go for lunch or dinner, so that says a lot! One tip: go hungry. The portions are huge! They offer different sizes of meat and vegetable combos, and they even have French fries for picky eaters, which is a nice touch. My go to broths are the tomato, collagen, and Sichuan (mild). I enjoy some spice but prefer adding my own at the sauce station. The sauce station is fantastic, you can create so many dipping combinations. My favorite mix is fish sauce, chili peppers, a dash of vinegar, sesame oil, plus garlic and cilantro. So good! They don't have much of a dessert menu but they do always follow up with orange slices but you'll be too full to want dessert anyway! This is a great place whether you're dining as a couple or with a larger group (we've gone with up to eight people). The food is warm, comforting, and consistently delicious, you won't be disappointed.

Cilantro, onion, minced garlic, oil... basically all the fixings!

Delicious hot pot with crazy mouth savoring bold flavors and a very cozy vibe. I felt like eating a soup since it is sooo cold outside. Of course I Yelped soups and this place came up. It used to be Jade's Garden. It looks so different than what it was but I am totally for it! It is a modern. You pick your protein, you pick your noodle tupe, you can choose veggies and u also choose your broth or choice. It is very different than any place we've been except for JPot in River Park. All the ingredients were super fresh. This place can be a little pricy but worth it. The customer service was good but I couldn't really understand too well. Overall great experience and we want more!

I was in Fresno for work and its was cold so I wanted something that was going to warm me up. Hot pot to the rescue!!! Now, having been to China and having Hot Pots there I am very familiar with the whole process. I was seated quickly and the waiter explained everything and one thing he explained was their portions are big (he wasn't kidding) so make sure you keep that in mind. I ordered beef, shrimp, bok choy and noodles. So you basically cook everything in the hot broth. The beef is cut super thin and cooks very quickly, the shrimp takes about 35-45 seconds in the hot broth. The bok Choy takes 2-3 minutes depending on how well you want it cooked. This is a great place to go on a date or with friends. If Im ever back in Fresno, I will come back here.

My daughter had an appointment today and asked if her and I could have lunch! She selected this spot, and im sooo glad she did! Walking in we were greeted immediately with a huge smile from Jenny! Sat at a nearby table with soft music playing in the background. The extensive menu was explained to us and we got started. Jenny is extremely helpful and patient. We were checked on during our entire time dining. Excellent customer service. They have a toppings table w different Chiles, cilantro, green onions, sesame seeds, different condiments to enhance the flavors! We grabbed small bowls from the drawers underneath and had fun mixing different stuff together to make a sauce to each of our liking. I also grabbed a house sauce. The toppings were presented quickly and very nicely. We ordered the Beef Combo with mildly spicy broth. Whoaa it was brought to us and turned on with all the green onions, bay leaf, chile peppers red and black, caoguo (Chinese cardamom) it was very aromatic and delicious smelling! Everything about a homey soup was in this pot! The warm spices were just teasing our noses as it heated up!! Quality of meat: It was rolled so beautifully, and very bright colored. The fat was so creamy, buttery and slightly nutty flavored! It was pretty good quality and flavor. The veggies: the portions were way larger than expected. The vegetables had visibly been washed noted by the water still on them. No dirt or blemish could be seen, I appreciated great care with this since we ordered Napa cabbage and bok choy. Pickled cabbage: my daughter loves pickled cabbage. It had a very delicious and tangy brightness to it. The texture was sharply crisp, crunchy and everything it should be! It was a great acidic component against the spice and fatty meat. Left overs. We had an incredible amount of left over. We had two large food containers, one filled with Napa cabbage, the other filled with udon , pickled cabbage and bok choy. We had a small container filled with meat and two large to go plastic containers of broth. My daughter is ecstatic to have left overs and claimed it all for herself for dinner!! The restroom, serving area and entire place was IMMACULATE. When other diners left the tables were cleaned soooo very fast! Would we return: YES!! Excellent customer service and the best hot pot! kc

I was so shocked when my friend brought us here for hotpot! Being from the bay our standards were high and this place hit the spot! I love how you can choose up to 4 soups here! Our favorite was the herb soup, it tasted so healthy and yummy. The ingredients were also super fresh and delicious. Service was great. Ambiance could be better. But overall great experience!

We got seated right away for a busy Saturday afternoon, which was a great start. We ordered the House Special Collagen Pork Broth and Seaweed Miso Broth, both of which had a nice base flavor but were a bit on the mild side, I found myself wishing for a bit more seasoning and richness. For the food, we went with the Beef Combo, Tofu & Bean Combo, Mushroom Combo, Shrimp Paste, Money Bag Dumplings, Udon Noodles, and Konjac Vermicelli Noodles. The beef was tender and fresh, and I really appreciated the variety of options across the combos. The sauce bar was a definite highlight, and adding some of the sauces directly into the broth helped deepen the flavor nicely. However, I do wish the enoki mushrooms were trimmed better at the bottom since the base wasn't fully cleaned, and the beef tripe could have been a bit fresher (it looked more beige than white) Service was quick and attentive, and I liked how easy it was to adjust the heat level on the stove. The space is clean and accommodating, making it a great spot for groups. Overall, while the broths could use a bit more punch, it was still a satisfying yet slightly pricey hot pot experience with leftovers for days!

Best hotpot in town: Sichuan Hot Pot Good food, great service, nice clean restaurant. Good quality & variety meats, seafood, noodles & veggie options. Clean restaurant and great service. Went when it was busy, but the servers were moving and very attentive continuously checking on us. Sauce bar is cool, could keep limes in stock there. Good amount of seating for 2 or 4 per cooktop... I think 6 at a table for this type of food is a bit tight. Can be pricey especially if trying to get a taste of everything on the menu but worth the quality of food. They had back door next to the restrooms open on a Saturday night which I think is very dangerous for children, patrons and employees. If they are trying to circulate the air, figure out a better way. Downside is no bar, but Edo-Ya and Chiba Hut are a few doors down and have full service bars. They do however serve beer

This was the first time we have been to a hot pot restaurant. Entering, the place has a great vibe and ambiance. We had no idea what we were doing, but the server was extremely patient and helpful. After much thought, we ended up ordering two broths (the collagen and the spicy- beware it is very spicy) the veggie combo with one meat and noodles for two of us. They bring everything to you raw and you cook it at your table. It turned out the be a great choice, except we would order a more mild broth. It was definitely a fun experience. It was a bit pricey, but we will do it again at this place.

Today, while on the road back to the bay and we were hungry. I love hotpot so much so why not check out this place. Omg so good! One of my favorite hotpot places!! Only downside it is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for? It's chill environment. The moment I walked in, I can smell the delicious fragrance of sichuan hotpot! YUMMM. Got seated right away. We ordered sichuan spicy broth (medium). Wow the broth was so flavorful. I cant tell you how many bowls of soup I drank. Service was so good, she offered refill of our broth without us even asking. We got the beef lamb combo, came with three different meats. Fresh and melted in my mouth. Seafood combo. Damn. This was worth $48. It was a lot bigger than we thought. Came with mussels, clams, two types of fish, two types of squid, 4 types of fish cutlet, baby octopus, and maybe more. It was never ending too. Came in a cute display of a clam dish. The fuzhou fishball and mentaiko fish ball was wonderful. The fish tofu was only okay, seemed a bit too dense for me. Probably will skip that one if i ever come back. Loved my wild bean noodle! If I had room in my tummy, I would get another noodle too. haha. The mushroom combo was wonderful. It came with FIVE different mushrooms for $18.00. Not bad at all. Included sauce bar! Love that. The two servers today were wonderful. Idk their names. No name tags. But these two ladies were very attentative. Clearly, we had left overs because the portions were bigger than we thought. One of the ladies even packed our to go boxes. So nice. I even heard the table next to us asking how the ordering process work and how to cook/eat. Maybe first time having hotpot? The server was so patient and nice explaining to the family how to order and the portion sizes and the different combos you can order.

Beef combo and veggie combo. Kimchi broth and house broth

Came in during the late afternoon with my family. Wasn't too busy at all surprisingly. I loved the ambiance and decor. Feels lux and homey. The sauce bar was small but I like all the options and ease of it. My family got 2 broths: kimchi and house. Both delicious and savory. We decided on the beef combo and veggie combo. Great variety and fresh. Can't wait to come back and try other things. Only downside is the only desert being sesame balls but they were also delicious so I can't complain much. Loved the service and patience they offered.

My friends and I pulled into Sichuan Hotpot after a 3-hour drive from the Bay Area--starving to the point where the "hangry" was setting in. We were on our way to a wedding and desperately needed food. Thankfully, this place delivered! The restaurant had a traditional and upscale feel with beautiful mahogany furniture, giving it a cozy, elegant vibe. The seating was super comfortable, which was dangerous for us road-weary folks--we almost settled in for the day! Note: this isn't an AYCE hotpot joint, so come prepared to savor quality over quantity. We got there around 12:30 pm, and the place was quiet--only one or two other groups. We loved the peace (no battling for the last slice of fatty beef here!). Ordering is done through a checklist--easy to use and kind of satisfying to fill out, like checking off goals... but with meat. Soup bases: - House Special Collagen Broth - Rich, silky, and comforting, even without ingredients. - Sweet Tomato Broth - Sweet and flavorful, no spice but plenty of taste. Both broths were so delicious that we almost treated them like soup appetizers. But over time, the broth ran low, and we wished they offered refills--even just topping it off with water would've kept the party going. We had to ration those last bits of broth like it was the final scene in Titanic. What we ordered for toppings: - Meat Combo Plates: Fatty beef, marbled beef, Angus prime ribeye, and Kobe beef--a meat lover's paradise. - Mushroom Combo Plate: Shiitake, king oyster, regular oyster, enoki, and one chewy mystery mushroom (the surprise ingredient we didn't know we needed). - Veggies: Bok choy, fresh and perfect for soaking up the broth. - Fried Tofu: Crisp outside, soft inside. A reliable hotpot classic. - Fish Balls: Because no hotpot is complete without them. We also ordered the egg fried rice--and wow, it was a beast of a dish. One plate was enough to fill all three of us, and we still had leftovers. If we'd known how filling it would be, we might've skipped the wedding entirely and called it a day! I had their lychee drink, which came bottled with real chunks of lychee. It was like a refreshing mini-tropical getaway in the middle of our feast. Service was spot on! Our server checked in three times, just enough to make sure everything was good without hovering. Our water glasses were always full, which was much appreciated with all the hotpot action going on. Final bill: $138 (including tip). Not bad at all for the quality we got! Overall, Sichuan Hotpot is a fantastic choice if you're after quality ingredients and a chill dining experience. The only thing keeping it from being perfect was the lack of soup refills--we were scraping the bottom of the pot toward the end, and it felt like a mini tragedy. But if you're in the area, it's definitely worth stopping by.
