We had our daughter's 8th birthday here and it was overall a great experience. The facility was clean and well maintained however it is a newer. Staff there were great, our party host did a great job tending to our needs. They offered a cake and pizza for the party with the birthday package. Pizza was ordered from Pizza Hut and the cake is from Costco. Overall every one had a great time! It was easy and hassle free on our end. No clean up, decorating and even a goodies bag was provided with the package. read more

If I could give this zero stars. I would! This place was absolutely disgusting. The employees and manager were flat out rude. My daughter went down the slide and ended up getting gum all in her hair. Don't go down the sleds unless you're willing to get sick. My son went on the sled and was yelling " ew " I went to go check, BOOGERS everywhere. Dust everywhere. Bathrooms were FLOODED with feces all over the floor. AND when I brought this up to an employee all they said was " k ". And walked off. What do you mean k ?!?! This is absolutely ridiculous. Do better Clovis ! I would have expected this from Fresno. But Clovis ?? What a shame. read more

We held my sons 7th birthday party this year at Kids Empire Clovis. The overall reservation process was straightforward, as well as the communication with the staff. The day prior to his party, they took all of our decorations to ensure that they were set up prior to his party at 10:30. The decorations, including their provided ones, staff, and experience was great. The kids had a great time running around and being kids. Our party host, Joanna, was also great. She was very communicative, attentive, and friendly. She ensured that things were running smoothly. We opted not to do the pizza or cake at the place as we were having food at our house, hence the 4/5 stars since I couldn't rate the food. However, the drinks and snacks that were provided were good. Overall, we had a great experienced and our son is already asking to hold his birthday party there next year. I would highly recommend their birthday party package/experience! read more

My kids have been a few times and of course they have a blast each time. Some of the cons I would have to mention is the price, it does seem a little steep, but you can leave and come back (which I doubt I would ever do) so maybe that's the trade off. There wasn't any staff walking around to make sure everyone was following the rules. It would be nice to have that since most parents weren't watching their own kids. Snack bar just had junk, but I guess that's typical. This place would probably be a zoo when packed so I wouldn't go during peak hours. They don't have a designated birthday room which sucks. But the facility was very clean, clean restrooms and equipment was obviously in good working order. Staff was nice and helpful each time. I'll be bringing my kids back just during off times. read more

Staff is young and inexperienced. It took 20 minutes for me to get checked in. It was not busy. There was one family ahead of me getting helped. As I waited in line there were 3 other employees behind the counter socializing and not really paying attention. It seemed like they were waiting on a manager to take payment. As I'm waiting in line another customer comes in and goes straight to the counter bypassing the line and gets the attention of one of the employees to help her. After eventually getting in, there is a lack of supervision and enforcement of rules. For example, there's a play area for smaller children. There's a sign that states this area is for younger children and no food or drinks allowed in the play area. There were many older children playing in the area, a few eating/drinking, one riding a bike. I did not feel safe letting my small children, 18 months and 3 years old play in the area. The overall facility was nice and relatively clean but there's a lot of opportunity to improve the experience. read more

It's great for kids of all ages. We took our toddler and he had a blast! They have a designated section for infants and toddlers only. They have a wide variety of activities to do for older kids and have staff close by for children's safety. Plus, they have a dance room. Of course it's a bit stinky and the obstacle courses feel sticky, but that's to be expected. It's $20 for a child, and 2 adults can come in free with that child. And you don't have to buy socks! It's always great not having that extra $3+ fee depending how many of you there are. read more

I've taken my kids here twice now and both experiences were amazing. Our family always has a blast. The facility itself is clean and the play structures are in great condition. The cost is about $20 per child. That includes 2 free adult entries and all day access. Today I let the kids play until they got hungry so we left, grabbed a bite to eat and headed back after to burn off their energy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm so grateful that we have a place like this locally! We will be back! read more

We always have a great time here! I've brought my son (2.5) a handful of times since they opened and we've never been disappointed. A GREAT alternative place to bring your kids when it's too hot or cold outside or even on a weekday when it's slower. Worst experience. No customer service skills. From the time we spoke to the cashier/counter person to the time we had our server. They were not able to hold a conversation without an attitude. These female workers are unprofessional and not friendly at all. One was a chubbier lady in green t shirt that helped us at the register. Seemed so annoyed when trying to strike a conversation about how long they had been in the area. Their approach style is very rude as well. They pick and choose who they want to address in the 3 and under area. Had our kids 3 and under playing in their 3 and under area and they kept coming to check on us. Yes we have younger children who may look taller than your average tiny 3 year old but they're still 3 and 1. One lady kept coming back to tell us only kids under 3 or kids with diapers in that specific area. WILD! However when our brother in law went in with the baby to play in the ball pin, no one addressed him. There was not one but three rude and unkind female. Will not be returning. Their unlimited soda, water, juice and gummy is not worth the birthday party experience at all. Save your money! Everyone at our table even said i was a better host than the actual host. read more

Even though the parents most definitely should be watching their children the staff needs to be more attentive and more staff need to be walking the play areas. Waiver or not the company should have some responsibility in what happens at the facility. It was pure chaos even in the toddler section where it was for toddlers and the bigger kids were in there antagonizing the toddlers and being rough in the small play area. Someone should be there watching for that reason. It makes more sense for the staff to redirect those kids to leave then parents to deal with it because it could end up in a fight. read more

Very busy place!! I appreciate the attentiveness of the workers. However I would love to see some sort of cleaning and disinfecting while time allows. Also more seating available to those who are not hosting a party here. The parties clearly take priority over the other paying patrons. All tables are reserved for parties. However this place is enjoyable and what this city needs. So much room for the little ones to play, and get tired out. The bathrooms also are very clean! read more

My husband and I brought our daughter here to get some silly's out and it didn't disappoint. Super clean and lots of fun. They have a section specifically for infants and toddlers. We've taken my son 5 times in the last 3 weeks, and he LOVES it. But we've noticed flaws that we'd like to express. There are no staff walking around to make sure everyone's playing safe. We've witnessed scooters going down slides, Legos going in the the climbing area, bigger kids shoving by the smaller kids, And parents blatantly not correcting their kids. And we feel that's where staff should step in. Instead most times they are just sitting behind the desk. This is all asking for someone to get really injured. There should be staff everywhere to ensure the safety of this extremely fun establishment. read more
