TV's off. Not allowed to use them I guess.
Martin R.

Staff was pretty rude, I turned on one of the 5 TV's in the "sit and watch" your kids jump area and while I was trying to figure it out my kid needed to use the restroom. When I got back I over heard one of the staff say "if anyone ever touches my TV's again...." over the little radios they walk around with. Didn't catch the end of that statement, but sounded pretty professional. Well the TV's were turned off and the remote was gone, she told my sister inlaw "we don't have cable". Nice little rude interaction 10 minutes being here.

Anthony Duran 10 year old killed at Merced Rockin Jump

Justice for Anthony Duran! 10 year old boy died of his injuries. Very little action done on this business' part to speak against the altercation or take accountability for the fatal end to a child's life. Furthermore they have taken down the tribute to the child that died and are solely focused on the optics to preserve their business. The optics are being noticed and this place is not only unsafe but driving a dark narrative. Safety should always be first. This business should be closed until safety can be assured. Your staff needs retraining and better getting. You need to look and answer why this happened and find a resolve. Management, if you are reading this: Take the time to show true compassion and responsibly for your role in this tragedy. Think of the family who paid your $15.99 for 90 minutes and didn't come home with their son. Make a statement, change your policies, remember Anthony Duran!

This place is absolutely horrible , a kid dead there last week , he was strangled to death by another kid during an argument over a basketball game , this is totally unacceptable and disgusting !! One expects to lose a child at a trampoline park, this place should me shout down . From the poorly trained manager , and the uneducated/ unskilled staff this place is totally unsafe and a dangerous environment, the staff and management never watches or supervises the children and have zero accountability or staff presence while the children are playing , especially during the basketball and dodge game , I've personally seen kids give into fights and arguments over dodge ball games and basketball games. This place is a dark hole and it's a matter of time before their is another tragedy there , my condolences to the family of the deceased child very very sad

Rock wall climbing, dodgeball, area for small kids...lounge areas!

The bathrooms are always filthy (so is the area for eating) and the steps leading up to the platform for the trampolines are coming apart. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also they need more seating for parents. There are five couches (one of the five is broken) and they're always packed. The staff is also pretty lax about enforcing any rules. For example, the Ninja Zone is for children 6 and under, yet there are constantly older kids and teenagers on it, throwing younger kids around and tearing it up. To be fair, the staff is mostly teenagers who seem uncomfortable having to step into a role where they have to be assertive so I guess I understand why they don't say anything. However the staff is very comfortable standing to the side talking to their friends and coworkers instead of monitoring the attractions like they're supposed to. All that said, my son absolutely loves it here, which is why we keep coming back. But if another trampoline park opened up I'd probably take him there if it's better.

Place has been recently renovated with added features. While there was plenty of staff on hand, the place was dirty with debris and food containers/ wrappers scattered about and no one was busying the tables. Worse the restroom floors were wet and all the kiddos were in hospital socks - yucky. Asked the babes and she had a GREAT time so we'll be back with sanitizer wipes!

Sam was quick to suggest that we could unenroll our child and he would refund our student funds. Immediately showing up, it felt very clean and organized. We asked the woman up front if there were any other children inside bc we wanted our son to socialize with other children. She said no bc 1 it was early and 2, every day is a hit or miss. She said we can sign the waiver, pay for our sons entry and have him check it out/get used to the place then we can come back later that same day with hopes that they'll be more children inside. We did that and our son was excited lol. He didn't know where to start or end lol. We let him get used to the place for about 20 mins and decided to leave for nap time and come back later. A few hours later, maybe around 330? We came back and there were 2 kids inside. Which was fine. Our son started playing and got to see a dancing character. I was happy that my son wasn't scared lol. Overall he did good and he loved the place. B4 departure, we got to chat with the owner who was super cool. He was telling us how they've been at that location for 6 years! Super crazy bc we had NO idea! I love that this place has bins all around for soiled toys for them to disinfect once a child put it in their mouths. They have a jumper, slides, play ice shop, play grocery store, an area just for under 2 years od age, party rooms, just about EVERYTHING! They have snacks for the kids! It's crazy. The only thing i can't comment on is the bathroom but I was told, they offer crocs to walk in once you enter the restrooms! Since our first time here, I've been back a second time a few days ago to have my son see Minions bc he loves them. I brought my sister and my father and they both agreed that's this place is BOMB! I would post pictures but they are of me and my son and I refuse lol. Please come here so my son can make more friends lol and bring your kids bc the weather is going to get nasty and parks will be way off limits!

You have to sign a waiver before entrance. For a total of 5 jumpers I paid about $75 which is not too bad unlike other places. Grip socks are also required. There is a food court area but honestly it's not worth it. Eat before you go! They charge $20 for even a baby which I was surprised. I heard it was cheaper to book through Groupon but only difference you get a free hot dog and drink with regular purchase. They also required us to have the grip socks. It had to be their type of socks not our own which I was a little annoyed about. The place was huge. I heard they renovated. They had a giant kids area with tons of toys, costumes, and doll houses to play with. The kids zone even had their own obstacle course and three big slides and a ball pit. They also have private room for birthday parties or events. The regular trampoline area was big and had so many trampolines. Some spots were even flat ground. They had a couple basketball hoops which was fun to play at. There was a regular obstacle course with rock climbing, spinning on ropes, and etc. There was a few massage chairs for use but you had to pay to use it. We wanted to get our free hot dogs around 7pm but it was strange they closed the cafe area super early when the place opens till 9pm. An employee still helped us and gave us our food and drinks but we were not. allowed to inside the cafe. We ended up eating at tables around the trampoline. They had an arcade and toy prize area but no one was working there. Lastly, there was a giant foam pit which was really hard to get out in my opinion. Overall, it was a fun place to go for kids and adults but expect to get really tired and hot.

At least there are 3 slides but I can imagine it gets pretty crowded since there's only one way up. There is a tiny play ice cream truck and little fruits/veggies stand but the ice cream truck didn't have many of the ice cream scoop parts. The small table for building blocks was nice but again I'm sure it gets crowded. They have some snacks and drinks for sale in case you forget to bring yours. I think overall it was a lot brighter and cleaner than the other play place we went to in the area, but just less variety of things to play with, and they're the same price for entry.
