Amazing facility. We took our boys here (ages 3 &4) for a fun day. The whole family had fun and was entertained the entire hour and a half. Staff was friendly and helpful, all areas were clean and kept up by staff. The only reason I took a star off is because of the cost. There are a few wonderful things about this place 1. Everyone I seen working on 1/10/19 was happy to be there :) an employee name Serina was extremely wonderful to my daughter and her friends . As the girls ran up to her they ask if she could floss , and she happily obliged. I thought that was amazing and she was able to answer my questions.2) The facility is very clean and had a nice smell to it . 3) parents are able to walk around the trampoline and obstacle course area to watch the children without extra pay. 4) and parking was very easy . read more

Do NOT GET A Membership at Defy! You will not be able to cancel it! I've tried to cancel before the pandemic and was still charged for the following month. Once they opened back up I was charged again. It is impossible to contact anyone from corporate to help, my husband had to change his card number to avoid future charges! We've paid for two months, and when I've emailed them they never return my emails, I've tried emailing the local branch and my email was blocked. WOW! We just had our daughter's birthday party here and it couldn't have been more amazing. Not only was this our first birthday party at Defy but it was actually our first visit there too. Top to bottom we were taken care of incredibly well. The communication was excellent and the staff assisting us was top notch. Be very careful with the membership. We had a membership for 4 months and decided to cancel as it was too hard to get out there with school and work. We asked the front line staff if we could cancel and they stated we can do so ANYTIME we want online. We canceled on a Friday the 10th and we were still charged on that Tuesday the 15th. We were informed to email the back office for a refund since we were missed informed with the timeframe. It too them 2 full weeks to finally get back to us after 3 emails sent and they informed us they would not refund since we didn't give them enough time. SERIOUSLY? Anyhow be sure to get everything in writing as they are never all on the same page and or very clear with their process. read more

This is a great place for the family! It was quite a work out! We came for a birthday party here which was pretty awesome! The staff were very friendly and nice! I love how clean they keep this place! The price is a little on the pricey side for me, but we had a great time, my kids really enjoyed it here as well! The only down side is there was no food, unless you reserved for a party. The only drinks they had was soda machines. I think that if food was served, we would probably be here longer! I do like that they have a monthly pass deal! It's quite a steal! If I didn't live 35 minutes away, I would probably be here for my gym workout! read more

We just had our daughters 4th birthday here Sunday. 3 of our party guests were injured. One broke her arm both bones because your trampoline pads weren't secured. It was awful! After paying for the party in advance our host thought it was her place to.come argue in front of our party guests I hadn't. When I showed her the online receipt she still decided to continue on. This place is a damn joke! Nothing like your 4 year old child crying as she watches her 7 year old.cousin being taken off in an ambulance. And all the employees did was call 911. Defy is amazing. The sheer size of the place blows away the competition, let alone once you take all the amazing obstacles and courses into account. The kids have an absolute blast every time we come. Some of the other reviews are bad because of Makai getting hurt trying to do a trick a typical kid would never attempt and being on the wrong side of very long odds. It was tragic, yes. There's no denying the whole thing just sucks. But it is not the fault of the facility. read more

Very fun and good place to do all kinds of things but some things need to change. Such as the membership line. We will go in that line because we have memberships and there will be people that don't even have a membership. Finally it's kind of annoying waiting 15 minutes I think there should be some other way to get people in faster. read more

A cool place for the kid's to get good PT in and fun obstacle courses to challenge their motor skills and coordination. A good variety of activities to keep all ages entertained and clean, a plus. Only issue is getting in. Not sure if it's understaffed or what but they only focused on getting members in and the non-member line went unnoticed. This place is baller. The trampolines are nice and bouncy and the staff is pretty chill. One person who stood out to me the most was the lead Jessica Galiher. Had my daughters 9th birthday at defy Clovis. Kids had loads of fun and parents got in on the action as well. Only thing I can recommend is that thy have a party host to kind of facilitate the speed of everything 45 mins goes pretty fast. I would give this place no stars giving them one star is a lot if u ask me.. This place is chaotic!! It started from the checking in all the way til the end of the party.. The check in as my kids friends started to show up one by one waivers that were initially signed and updated weren't for instance (my niece and nephew who are young siblings one of them was updated and one wasn't) happens to another set of siblings who I know for a fact that theirs was updated and wasn't. After check in I had to ask for socks every time!! Isn't that checking in 101.. then I went to ask another staff about is someone gonna call my name when my party room is ready and she goes IDK u gotta ask that person over there she handles all the parties.. What?? Aren't you given basic knowledge like that in training?? I spent my son's 13th birthday here and chose the mega package which is around $400. We were jumped over for our party room my checkin time was 12:45 and the others person party was at 1:30.. By this time I've waited almost alittle over 2 hrs for mine they only waited 30mins. I've questioned them one of the staff about this she just gave me a around about answer that made no sense. I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor and was just shrug off and he just walked away. No one came by.. once when we're in our party room we had a quick set up. The 2 free drinks came out completely wrong we ordered Dr Pepper and orange Fanta and was given Sprite and coke (how would I get that mixed up?) and he said that it was in him! Of course it is!! we got in there we had constant surveillance into our party room staff standing right outside our door like we're criminals! We're they just trying to rush us out?? Do not waste your money on unfriendly, under trained staff who's knows nothing about giving the bare minimum of good customer service. I would give zero stars if I could. My son attended summer camp. It was a disappointing experience - not structured, activities geared to younger kids (states ages 5-12, but activities for 5/6 range), and poor choice of activities. Especially disappointing was when I asked to talk to management, I was told to email and there was no one to talk to. I wrote an email, but got no response. As a result, I do NOT recommend this place and have told many of my sons' friends and family to choose a different camp. read more

So confused by the good reviews. I will never go back to this place. I arrived for a party and the young blonde lady in the front must've been new because she was a deer in headlights and told me she had no idea what was going on or what she is doing when I had questions. That already had set the mood for me. After when I took my son who is 5 out to jump he had asked to hold my hands while he jumped on one of the smaller squares and immediately had a whistle in my face that it was on person to a square, I pushed back because I wasn't jumping i was holding his hands so he could balance but it was "against the rules". Then went to a foam pit that my son was jumping in and out of by himself and whistled at again because the pit was for bigger kids only. (there was no one in it..) Everything was a whistle in your face or someone chasing you down because you're breaking a rule again. And I understand they are concerned for safety/insurance purposes.. but it was not enjoyable at all. Felt like everyone was breathing down my back. Other guest of the party I was with also agreed with the whistles in your face. Let the kids be a kid, let a mom enjoy bouncing around with their child. Im glad other people enjoyed themselves but I definitely wont be back. read more

I recently booked a birthday party there and it was very unorganized. Every time I had a question I had to wait in line for at least 20 minutes to talk to someone. I wanted to put my own decorations in my party room and they were aware of it, but they still decided to put their decorations up. Everything I told them they ignored and did what they wanted to do. I feel like they should be more organized especially for those of us who book parties. read more

We signed up for a membership over summer and was told you can cancel very easily after the 3 mo contract is up. Well, it is now December and My card has been charged the last two months, even after being emailed a cancelation confirmation. Their corporate office is nonexistent and the local managers here have no clue what's going on. I advise anyone to reconsider a membership there. They do not honor cancellations. read more

Unfortunately I feel my teenagers were treated a little bit rudely. I had 6 of us. There was an issue over the socks I HAD to buy, then an exit issue, and finally a starting time issue. I took my two daughters, ages 9 and 12, on January 2nd. We met a few of their frienda. The place is extremely large and there are a myriad of activities they can do. It was clean and the majority of the staff was friendly. I have three complaints. First, we went during a weekday but I was charged a weekend price because it's considered a holiday since school is out. I did not see that posted anywhere. Next, when I asked the cashier why we were being charged more, he didn't know. His response was, "It's been ringing up $24 all day." He went to get a manager because I was not satisfied with that answer. When he was talking to the manager, I saw her roll her eyes and look exasperated. I would assume she had been asked that several times during the day. My thought- inform your employees so they can tell the customers and POST it. Lastly, there is something that gets sprayed near the place where you have to fill out the waivers. I don't what it is, but I was choking on it. It was awful. All that being said, I would still take my kids back. They enjoyed it and that's what matters. read more

Check in is every 30 minutes which i totally get, how else would they know when someones time is up if they didnt do that? Always lots of deals like buy 2 get 1 free, bogo for spring break, family night, college night, lockdowns, glow events, kids jump, club defy, something to satisfy everyone! Staff is awesome always communicates and interacts, yes rules are read or asked to be repeated everytime someone enters of exits the arena for saftey which i think is responsible. I see lots of people disappointed there in no alcohol in a children's facility, well i think thats smart stay sober for when you have to drive the kids home! I will recommend to everyone! read more
