Licensed, bonded, insured, and registered with the BBB, along with high professional standards and a history of completing jobs for restaurants and large venues - check. Extremely fair value for install of three mounted speakers, two rear speakers that needed cut-outs, and mounting of a 75" tv and 55" tv - check. Completion time under 4 hours in lieu of having to troubleshoot multiple quirks within our house - check. Not charging me for a long HDMI cable and screen cleaner - check. Arriving at exactly the time promised for the free consultation and install - check. Definitive Entertainment is the real deal. The end result is nothing like I've seen before when comparing two previous home theater install companies in the past (with the same speakers and essentially mounts). How they ran the cable, measured the distances between the speakers, and cut/dressed the holes - completely different league. These guys are professional and absolutely know what they are doing. Installed outside TV and sound, now we can be in the pool and watch TV, had 65", installed by Gregory and team, Gregory was there entire time watching each step, glad he is very picky to do it right, also fixed (made our home theater) inside work the way it is suppose to, love both, TV is clear, good picture and sound, finish work was very well done too, they had to climb and wire it is incredible how well it worked, clearly very difficult to get wires where they need to go, but it went very smooth. read more

Contacted Definitive Entertainment about installing speakers in the ceiling and ordering some main fronts. Gregory came out for a free estimate, professional, friendly, and pointed out some things I hadn't thought of. Got me the speakers at a much lower price than I could find them and the install went smooth as silk. They had to cut open the ceiling at multiple places to get the cables run, everything was done in less than 8 hours including the ceiling being patched and textured, and everything cleaned up. My wife didn't even notice anything different when she got home from work (which is a big deal). Couldn't have asked for better service, promptness, and professionalism. I used Definitive Entertainment and have not had much success with their installation. Nothing but problems from the get go! It's 8/6 and the the job started on 6/3 and things still are a mess.
