They only install wireless systems such as Google Nest. They could also install a wired mesh system which would then help the wired cameras. We are a tad rural and have to use Starlink. It will take a day or so for the owner to do the work and it wasn't cheap but it was 100% doable. We will also have access from our betas through a mobile app. Eagle said they could do nothing for us without an internet company like Cox. The estimator honestly wanted to get out of there as soon as he could. I am sure they are a competent company but if you want a system that isn't Google or something similar, look elsewhere. They also said we had to pay some kind of monitoring fee which I did not want as we have an ADT alarm system we have to pay for .

The installer made numerous holes in my walls throughout my house, promising that the connections would be fully concealed and barely visible. Instead, he attempted to install everything using large 1-inch gray conduit running along the face of my drywall, all the way down my hallway. These conduits didn't sit flush against the wall and were clearly visible in every area of my home--exactly what I said I did not want. When I expressed how unacceptable this looked, he decided to remove everything but left all the damage behind--holes in the walls, exposed areas, and a mess throughout the house. To make matters worse, there was a week-long delay between when he first made all the holes and when he came back to finish the job, only to leave it unfinished. I was very clear from the beginning that I didn't want anything that looked tacky and would rather not install it at all if it couldn't be properly concealed. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I ended up with--unfinished work, damage to my home, and a lot of frustration.
