Discovered this charming, friendly, sunlit small-town diner that's an absolute gem! Opted for a veggie omelet and both plain and blueberry thin pancakes. Upon entering, the welcoming staff promptly seated us, and our server was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful as we perused the menu. Now, onto the main event - the omelet was good, your standard tasty fare with hashbrowns and a choice of toast or a single, thin pancake. The omelet and hashbrowns were solid, but let's talk about those thin pancakes that everyone raves about - they were beyond incredible. They practically melted in my mouth, creating a warm, buttery, crisp, and utterly delightful experience. Each bite felt like a journey into a pancake paradise. The edges were especially divine, and I relished every bite as if it were the final chapter of an amazing book. It's bittersweet to see it disappear down my own gullet, knowing I'll miss that flavor dearly. Even now, as I pen this review, the memory makes my mouth water. She wanted to help feed all the workers on The Ridge and she also helped feed some people who were literally homeless pro fire. Thank you Janice for toughing it through the difficult financial times and dealing with some of the initial reconstruction.
