I love The Patty Wagon and we need it to stay in Paradise! Janice makes the absolutely very best cheeseburgers and Philly cheese Steak Sandwiches that I've ever had in my life! She's the best of anyone else on The Ridge in my humble opinion. I'm addicted and crave her food at least once/week. When I asked her about some of her ingredients, I found out she uses quality food ingredients such as Rib Eye in her Philly Cheese Steaks and good quality lean hamburger for her burgers. Her fries are always crunchy...I try not to have them too often but they're so good it's difficult. Lol The Patty Wagon moved recently in the 8000 block on Skyway and has many more tables/seating. Plus lots of shade and protection from the rain now. So that's extra nice for me now. I also found out recently that she was one of the first places to open after the Camp Fire. She wanted to help feed all the workers on The Ridge and she also helped feed some people who were literally homeless pro fire. Thank you Janice for toughing it through the difficult financial times and dealing with some of the initial reconstruction. read more

This place has the best burgers bar none! As they say the most dank burgers in paradise ca thats just how it is ! The lady is older she knows a damn good burger thats for sure . I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and fries and the drink came with it its in a can but hey who cares cuz the fries and burger are the main event for sure! I tried every burger in paradise had some good ones but hey they don't even compare to her burgers at all. Her fries are hot as hell right out of the fyer thats no joke and the burger also. This woman has got it going on and as they say this is the dankest burger around anywhere!!! No damn joke. if you want a "real hamburger "this be the place! No more driving around to find a place just go strait to the Patty Wagon cuz if ya don't you will be losing out thats for damn sire! This is a one star for their heralded frosty cones. It's not dairy based, it's ice milk. I was craving a cone and read this place was the Go-To. I'm ashamed I listened to random people. I should have asked, its should've been noted as well. There was a 5 min wait to receive 2 cones for around $8-9. We did the right thing to put it in the freezer, then throw it away. JFC this place is so good. Stopped by while I was working in the area and the queso burger was delicious. They messed up on my friend's shaved Ice order and did pickle instead of pineapple. They made it right and I got a free dill pickle shaved ice out of the mistake. If I'm ever in the area again, this place is a must visit. read more

The food seems like it's all made from ingredients you'd simply buy yourself at a grocery store. The taste is equivalent to if you asked a teenager to make you dinner. You know in Paradise it's like hard to find good eats!! Like a restaurant that can throw down a good tasting burger. You know I'm a burrito and Hamburger connoisseur. That being said, I gave this place just recently reopen call Barney O'Rourke's in Paradise a hamburger try! Sadly Barney O'Rourke's fail miserably, and the hamburger tested like a plain old burger. Okay next was The Patty Wagon turn. WOW!! what a difference!!! That darn mushroom burger with everything on it is to die for!!!!
