The restaurant itself is a sweet, unpretentious little diner. Pretty packed for a Tuesday morning, but I happened to arrive at just the right time and was seated without a wait. Coffee wasn't great but I did drink two cups so I probably shouldn't complain. :) On their menu, it states "We are proud of our large servings, so sharing a meal with an extra plate +.75. Half portions of omelettes and scrambles are available, price varies." Great option for me but pricewise, it's only $1.50 less. Something to consider. I ordered the Mexican Omelette, filled with green chiles, tomatoes, green onions, and Jack cheese, then topped with salsa and sour cream. The salsa was delicious and full of flavor, although a wee bit overpowering. It became the dominant flavor, and I found myself missing the green chiles and melty Jack cheese that I was looking forward to. That said, everything worked well together, and I'd absolutely order it again, just with the salsa on the side! Perfectly crispy hash browns and toasty English muffin rounded out this hearty breakfast. Delicious diner breakfast and incredible service!

His grandmother had 2 restaurants in Greenville. His mother is a fixture in the community, living through the Dixie fire and coming back to rebuild her life. Now she'll bury her husband there. My sister and brother in law worked in public service in Quincy for decades. We aren't tourists. And even if we were, you were incredibly unwelcoming. You made a sad day worse. The food was fine.

Discovered this charming, friendly, sunlit small-town diner that's an absolute gem! Opted for a veggie omelet and both plain and blueberry thin pancakes. Upon entering, the welcoming staff promptly seated us, and our server was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful as we perused the menu. Now, onto the main event - the omelet was good, your standard tasty fare with hashbrowns and a choice of toast or a single, thin pancake. The omelet and hashbrowns were solid, but let's talk about those thin pancakes that everyone raves about - they were beyond incredible. They practically melted in my mouth, creating a warm, buttery, crisp, and utterly delightful experience. Each bite felt like a journey into a pancake paradise. The edges were especially divine, and I relished every bite as if it were the final chapter of an amazing book. It's bittersweet to see it disappear down my own gullet, knowing I'll miss that flavor dearly. Even now, as I pen this review, the memory makes my mouth water.
