I went there for the airbag recall & of course they found other things to be fixed *eyeroll*. Anyway, they get a good review because they were prompt and I feel like the service was good. I was also able to NEGOTIATE the price for the what they found wrong. Price negotiation and good customer service along with prompt service are always seller points for me. So I'd definately return and recommend this place. Oh & their waiting area is CLEAN and HABITABLE, lol :). It was my first visit, so if I go back and get the same service as I did this time or better, I'll edit this review to 5 stars! read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. We say sales team went out of there way to get me into my vehicle but since then it's been a nightmare!! Purchased a used BMW rear tires were just barely within inspection range there is where it gets worse brought the car into BMW for service was told car needs a timing chain brought it to a second dealer confirmed timing chain and also spotted a turbo starting to fail reached out for help from DCH was told didn't buy extended warranty can't do anything that's not a way to stand behind a customer. Would have been a lifetime customer but now I won't and will forever advise against going to you for a vehicle. Must say Orange County BMW went above and beyond and has reached out to BMW to help absorb some of repair cost while DCH hides behind a BUKLSHIT you didn't buy a warranty claim bunch of crooks thanks for nothing but stealing my hard earned money read more

Please stay away from this dealership as far as you can. They are absolutely unprofessional and have very misleading service. We decided to enter into another lease ( it is 5th Honda lease), but was the 1st with DCH Paramus Honda and I hope last. Our previous lease from CAL auto leasing. The sales manager at DCH said that he was not be able to check the remaining balance with CAL, which is absolutely false statement. When later I called CAL find out that nobody from DCH even contact regarding this information. The sales manager could not find our lease using our ( me and my wife) SS #, they said it did not matched with the record which is again false statement . Finally after after back and forth for 45 min, the salesmen Danny Jackson come back and said they find our information and the sale manager print out offer, which is $457 a month and $1500 down, ever thought the website deal $244 and 837 due at signing. I had filling it was fraud from the beginning. When I presented the print out from DCH website Danny Jackson said it is different story and said it is ok for $244 plus $837, but we had to meet some requirement such as discount for $750 if you have the car such as Toyota, Nissan from 2010 and up own or lease by anybody in you household. That is however complete nonsense, what does old Nissan or Toyota lease or own, have to do with Honda lease, this is another trick of DCH Paramus Honda , how increase you monthly lease bill. We are have 2020 Nissan, so this trick is doesn't work for DCH. The sales manager never advised us that according our record we still remaining balance for 4 payments to CAL ( according to CAL coupons book only 2 payments). It's a lot of confusion, because CAL require last 2 payments make on phone and coupon not in the book. The DCH promised covered 2 payments that we believed remaining that is why we make appointment with dealership to start new lease. The dealership took advantage on 2 very old people in order to make a money from the deal knowing in advance that we still be responsible for remaining payment. Later salesperson back with sales manager who make up the store that to cover 2 payments too expensive and cover only one. Absolutely horrible experience. I lost $600, because I believe was making a deal with honest people and in reality were very unprofessional and complete liars and greedy people. When I come back to dealership to discuses above issue with sales manager meet arrogant and extremely rude General manager Wael Yanes and owner of the dealership Bob Kibble who is start screaming " That I waist his valuable time and need immediately get out out from dealership even I never start conversation with him". What respect as customer you can expect from the salesperson or sales manager if they have the owner with outrageous behavior. The finally after close review lease agreement find out that residual value miracle change from website number $ 17495 to $ 17155, with increase my payment for total $400 (included interest on 36 months). Try to call DCH Financial Manager he is no clue and how this number come out on the agreement). Call Mike Lee Sales manager for DCH Honda Paramus 5 times left a messages and no response. If you pretend to be 5* you have to treat customer with respect. read more

DCH Paramus Honda has been my and my family's place since 2005. Purchased a 2005 Accord, and haven't looked anywhere else since! I bought my newest Honda last September (trying out a CR-V this time around, and have no regrets), and my son and I just purchased a Certified Pre-owned Civic Si that has made us both very happy. Hamad lives up to his promises, is knowledgeable, and understand the real meaning of customer service. He also puts up with me, which is probably one whole start in and of itself, hahaha. Thanks for keeping me and my loved ones safe and happy. :) read more

I had an awesome experience here today. I am a very satisfied customer! I must admit I was nervous about going to a dealership because the last time I purchased a vehicle was 2002. Fortunately I had an awesome sales representative - Hamad Deeb. From the time I arrived at the dealership to the time I walked out with my new car, I was at ease and extremely comfortable. Hamad explained everything to me and was patient and informative with all my concerns and questions. Fortunately the model that I wanted arrived on a truck while I was there. After signing on the dotted line, Hamad extensively explained and showed me the car's ins and outs. He showed me a little while test driving, but he took the time to go that extra mile. I didn't feel like I was just rushed into buying a car. I am a tech savvy person in my personal and work life, but not with the new gadgets in these newer cars (again it's been 14 years since my last purchase). I definitely would recommend this dealership and I definitely would recommend working with Hamad Deeb. read more

We had a WONDERFUL experience at DCH Honda! A HUGE thank you to Bobby and Alex Bernabe who gave us the royal treatment and made sure we were getting what we wanted within our budget constraints. Alex was very upbeat and accommodating. He explained everything thoroughly, from the paperwork to the how to actually operate the features of the car. Kelvin Rodriguez, the Finance Manager, was also extremely helpful in explaining the financial paperwork and warranty options. Thank you again, guys! We knew we were in great hands once we walked into the dealership. We LOVE our first Honda and will definitely return in the future! read more

DCH Paramus Honda - Car Dealers Near Me - Paramus, New Jersey

Great service! Maybe it was because I am a new customer, but I was really treated well. They explained charges clearly and gave me options. They made sure I didn't need additional fluid changes, but it didn't feel like a sales pitch. DCH is farther from home than another dealership I contacted, but customer service was like night and day. Shop around -- DCH is worth extra miles. read more

Dropped off my car at 9:30 am, by 2:30 pm I began to become concerned that no one reached out to me telling me that my car was ready to be picked up. So I decided to call and they let me know that it was not ready yet and That I will be receiving a phone call. Fast forward to around 5:20 pm I still have not received a phone call, so I called again and they told me "yeah it's ready". So if I would have never called they would not have contacted me (mind you they close at six). By that time it was too late for me to come in to pick up my car causing a major inconvenience. When I went to pick up my car in the morning I waited on line with these other people that were there before me. I then noticed the advisors started taking people that cane after me. This is not the first time that this has happened. Overall such a unorganized place. read more

the worst dealership very bad service, they think that the customer does not need it, avoid going to that place to buy their car.

I am giving 5 stars because of Demoy Woolley, our salesman, who made the whole car leasing experience today so pleasant for me and my elderly parents. He was so genuine, really helpful, and attentive. Great attitude and a sense of humor which is a huge plus. Overall a lovely young man. Please don't change! Of course, please keep your wits about you since like with all car dealerships you have to negotiate back and forth with a manager and lastly the finance dept. The facility is quite impressive - large, open, peaceful, very clean with friendly, courteous staff. I will return when I am ready for a new Honda. read more

It's such a rarity to have such an exceptional experience when dealing with a car dealership from start to finish; whether it be purchasing or leasing or simply scheduling a service appointment. However, DCH Honda's customer service, efficacy and overall aptitude truly comes second to none. I called DCH Honda on Monday morning due to being slightly overdue for a brake fluid flush. Within seconds I was connected with Renee, who to my surprise, truly exceeded my expectations and over delivered for me. Renee was such a pleasure to talk to (unlike most places that are very robotic in their approach and ways). I felt as though I was conversing with a longtime friend. She immediately put me at ease and scheduled me for that afternoon as an express service. I was truly floored at not only how quickly she was able to pencil me in but also her ability to be so incredibly personable over the phone. I brought my car in and Peter became my service advisor and within minutes, had me checked in, asked all the right questions, offered me coffee and water and let me know as to when my car would be ready. I couldn't ask for a better service advisor! I later returned that afternoon and was greeted by Laura (a manager) and let me tell you, I see exactly why she is one of the managers. She was not only stellar in her approach and delivery as Renee and Peter were, but she truly has an innate ability and genuine, heartfelt concern for each and every customer/client that visits their facility. If I could rate DCH Honda 10 stars, I would easily rate them at an 11! read more

For Service Department. Negative stars. 1. A dangerous experience: 5 minutes driving off the service lot, brake system down warning sign on highway when I applied mild brake. Together with shaky feeling. The feel is like tires are loose and are about to come off (I know they are not going to, just a weird feel). A second later vehicle stability assist, road departure mitigation system and tire pressure monitoring system all shows warnings. I don't know what the car is going to do and it's a very dangerous situation. 2. A suspicion (no proof) of swapping parts: Brake calipers & brake rotors showed excessive rust after the service. My car is 9 months old w/ 7000 miles. I can't be sure if those are my original parts or they swapped my newer ones for some old ones. I inspected many used cars and they all have newer calipers & rotors than mine. Forgot to take a picture before I send in the car. Pics are attached to compare mine vs brand new. 3. 12 Hard brakes for them to test my car. Even with me sitting on it they run up to 35 in 25 mile zone just before the stop sign and hard brake to stop. I have to explicitly tell them to brake gently. Note those hard brakes are NOT needed for test purposes. Now my insurance is up. 4. Poor customer services: (a) When I called to make my appointment the guy on the phone is very impatient. I asked how much is the oil change and could I use regular oil. The guy responded like I'm an idiot or a very cheap guy who is too poor to spend a bit more on synthetic oil change. His tone is very condescending and slow his speed saying you can only put synthetic oil in your car. I'm not a sensitive guy and I understand some people are just too tired after a day's work. (b) When dropping off the car, a lady marked the inspection form with scratches on side doors while I have none on my car. Because this is my first visit I don't know such form exists. The lady marked it without telling me anything. I found out after they drove my car away. Glad the inspection form is not on the form I signed. But anyway these experiences are signs of lack of concerns for customers. UPDATES: I NEVER said I had evidence. It was my SUSPICION. I wrote very clearly. Your explanation "rust will build on pads after left for long time" doesn't stand. For 1. The rust is on surface of CALIPER, not on inner sides of the PADS where it will touch the rotors. 2. NJ rains quite much. Before the service I even left my car for 9 days long without touching it. I feels nothing unusual. ONLY after service, the problem came out. Again this is my SUSPICION. I showed the picture for others to judge. AT LEAST they can take pictures before dropping off their cars as a precautionary measure. 3. The vibration feels way major than rust caused frictions. "in fact you rudely barged into the service managers office while he was speaking with another customer and started screaming and cursing" I never barged into anyone's office. In fact I only noticed one closed-door type of office, that's the one where you showed me the video, and I didn't "barged into" it. A staff asked me into it while you are talking to another customer. I didn't even interrupt your talk. I came in slowly and said "hope I'm not interrupting. Can I come in". You said yes. Yes I cursed, but not to you and not in sequence of "barged into office" while "speaking to customer" and then cursed. I cursed when I drove back the car in fear and anger. When the WELCOME LADY asked what service would I like to do today, I said, exact words were "you gotta be f**king kidding me I just did my service and you almost got me killed on the highway." I feel bad to the lady 'cause she shouldn't be responsible to what happened. But thank you for describing me like a thug after me spitting out one f-word after almost being heavily hit on the highway because of brake fail thanks to your car service. I kept on telling you I was almost killed on the highway but you thought I was exaggerating and showed little to no empathy, thinking I'm just another customer with a bad attitude. What should I do? Pre-record my near-death situation just for the sake of argument and to win your empathy? Your defamation again showed no concerns for customers. Your showed a video of my car with half of it outside screen and 1 hour missing. I appreciate the offering but it doesn't prove anything. If you say you did nothing wrong by almost killing me, nice standards. You didn't offer no courtesy, you corrected what shouldn't be wrong, which wrong almost got me killed. Negative experience doesn't come from one isolated issue. It's a slew of bad experiences that made me waste hours leaving reviews. I have nothing against you before coming in. If the experience isn't bad enough, why would I waste my time here? Why would other people who rated one-star? I hope others can draw an unbiased judgement from my experience. I'm not a saint and they are not evils. Just be cautious if you decide to come here. read more

DCH Paramus Honda - My caliper after servicing car. 9 month-old car w/ 7000 miles. Light car user and car never flooded. - Car Dealers Near Me - Paramus, New Jersey

I have a leased vehicle here and I don't even know where to start. I left the service department today practically in tears.

Had some.issues with inventory due to covid. However, Andy was a really a really friendly and nice salesperson.

I would like to take this time to thank Terrence Persaud for managing the diagnosis of several issues with my 2008 Honda Odyssey. Although the recommendations included 11 different services(no exaggeration), I felt no pressure to get anything done that same day. I returned a week later to get everything done in one day(which I was looking to spend $2,700 with taxes). Terence was extremely patient and a tremendous help to review all my coupons and gave me a great deal of savings beyond my expectations to help bring the cost down. Although I was expecting my vehicle the following day, he pushed to get everything done on the same day. Doing this alone saved me additional two hours not to mention gas to return another day to pickup the vehicle. While waiting for my vehicle, Terence gave me great insight into the longevity of Honda cars with proper maintenance, cited examples he has seen personally from his long career at different service centers and educated me on a another vehicle I own that was not being serviced. He provided a few explanations to a compatibility issue I constantly experience and confirmed others drivers face the same problems. He didn't make me feel like a clueless woman and even complimented the age of my vehicle. When I expressed interest in getting a new vehicle, he talked some common sense into me and reminded me that the issues I have are due to normal wear and tear along with the age. He didn't make me feel scared to continue driving an old vehicle as long as I maintained it. I trust his recommendations and advice. I have gone to several other Honda service centers with this 2008 Odysssy since it was purchased. For example, I had bad experiences with long wait time at Route 22 Honda Hillside, had a service attendant accidentally back up my vehicle into a wall at DCH Edison Honda. I've brought my vehicle a few times before at DCH Paramus Honda and have worked with other Service Advisors that I had to babysit throughout the day for feedback/updates when my car was being serviced. Terrence called early, sent a follow-up text with instructions on how to reach him throughout the day with any questions and arranged my shuttle pickup. I've never experienced that level of personal service Terrence provided me. I appreciated the "real talk" about my vehicle from someone who sees a lot of issues daily. No one else has gone through my issues in such detail like prioritizing the order of importance to complete my repairs. He did not seem frustrated explaining the services several times to me and again later my husband. As long as Terrence is working at the DCH Paramus Service Center, they have my family as their loyal customer. Thank you Terrence for the going above and beyond my expectations and giving me a piece of mind with my repairs. read more

We recently purchased a 2017 Honda Civic Touring Sedan and Hamad Deeb was our sales consultant. He was excellent and made our experience flawless. I appreciated his patience with me especially since I am a difficult customer due to some of my OCD issues and bad experiences from other dealers. We also appreciated that the dealership did not try to tack on additional fees such as dealer accessories that other places automatically attach to the car when it arrives. DCH was the only dealership that did not do that. Hamad guided us through every step of our sale and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely return for future sales since we are a Honda family and I will recommend Hamad and DCH Paramus Honda to anyone I know in the market for a Honda car. P.S. I am totally in love with my car! read more

I have had mixed experiences with this dealership. Today I purchased my second car from them. Harold was my sales associate and couldn't have been better. He was phenomenal, knowledgeable, and perfect. I'd also like to specifically mention Georgia at the front desk. She was attentive and remembered me, my name, and the car I was interested in. Phenomenal. My issues arise with picking up the car. The car was dirty with spots all over, glue, and greasy. When I pointed it out, I was given excuses and had to fight to get them to clean it. (I compared it to the other cars nearby waiting for pickup and how pristine they were. They took it back to clean it. It came back even worse and I had to get them to clean it a second time. The manager was very apologetic and made sure to see the problem through and get us the car cleaned. We got it cleaned and no further issues so far. They were on track for a good review, but the fact they made excuses, it took them 3 tries to give me my car, and my prior experiences with their service department. 2 stars is fair. (Long story short for the service department, I went to get an oil change and had 2 service techs nastily tell off a female coworker and call her sweetie and uncomfortable terms. Bruce Laga the service manager as yet to return my call or reach out). Overall avoid this dealership for service, it's good for sales, go to mahwah for service. (If it didn't take 3 tries to get a clean car they would have gotten 4 stars) read more

Prepare yourself for the extreme bait and switch if you dare to come and waste your time here. Yelp is giving this dealership a favor for requiring a minimum 1 star rating. This rating is based on my experience working with a High School "friend" Emily and the TOP SCAM ARTIST: Lenny, in attempts to lease a car. I should have known it was a bad sign when Emily backed into another car in the lot, reversing in full acceleration while I was in the passenger seat of the test driven car. (If you're just interested in reading about haggling and additional costs they aren't completely honest about scroll to the bottom) Pros: 1. They have a coffee machine with various options. Cons/Turn-offs: 1. Bait and Switch: The night before the deal my credit was ran and was quoted one price. By the time the deal is all written up I was getting less than I initially wanted (i.e. miles, additional coverage) and was paying over $20 more per month and $800 more toward the down payment. Luckily I had an issue getting insurance and walked away from the deal. I took the time to speak to Rosa Diaz from Paragon Honda to validate what I was being told at DCH, which mostly were lies/sales tactics. Rosa was initially referred to me by a family friend, however I genuinely wanted to give a HS "friend" the deal - but not at the expense of selling a kidney. The difference with Rosa was that she was extremely consistent in what she can offer me and very transparent. She even held the car I wanted with no catch. I will go to her for all my cars and continue to refer her to anyone I know because she remembers that a buyer/leaser is a human being at the end of the day and also keeps their benefit in mind. She doesn't feed off the souls of inexperienced consumers like the DCH Honda Sales Reps. 2. Requiring a deposit and giving you a hard time to provide a refund: Conveniently the night before I was coming in at 9am to close the deal Emily required I put a $500 deposit to hold the car, because get this....SHE was going to sell it to another consumer. This was guaranteed to be refunded and I'm here writing this 7 days after my initial refund request, with my money still being withheld. I showed up 5 days after my request, in hopes to make everyones lives easier and just walk out with a check...that didn't happen. Furthermore - the head Manager, Wyal, refused to see me when I asked to speak with him regarding my concern. Another team lead sat with me instead to say "We do so much business we don't need your $500 and I will follow-up with you personally on Monday to ensure you receive it"....if you haven't guessed, its Monday and I have no pending refund in my account and received NO CALL! I'm guessing they do need the $500...The worst part of the situation is that after I requested the refund, Lenny (Emily's "Manager" - which is actually only a Team Lead according to their website) calls me a day later and tries to ask why I want a refund and continued to sell me. This is the same person who said that regardless of negotiating MSRP to lower the lease price, he doesn't even know if I can get a loan from the bank with my credit score - which I found later was far from the truth. Regardless he writes up another deal for Emily to present to me......the catch is that he kept my $500 deposit without my knowledge, AND THEY SOLD THE CAR MY DEPOSIT WAS "HOLDING". This is after he claimed to be the person who issues refunds and even took my account information for the second time to issue this make-believe refund. Not to mention HE STOPPED ANSWERING MY CALLS once I found out he didn't issue the refund! 3. Scammers? Asking for a signed blank check and signed docs with your account information before the deal is finalized...umm how is this legal? **Additions that are automatically added to your lease to look out for: 1 - Secure Etch $299 - still don't understand the benefit of this because it didn't lower my auto insurance as Emily claimed 2 - Honda Care $829 - this is a plan that starts at minimum of 5 years according to the Honda Site so why would I want to pay for this on a 36 month lease? 3 - Documentation Fee $369 - In comparison to the NJ average of $335; In Paragon Honda this fee is only a max of $75 and many times is waived or offset in the MSRP of the purchased vehicle. **What they will try to sell you on top of this: 1 - Key replacement $400 - you only get 1 extra key per year which costs about $400 so why dish out this money up front? I hope in the worst case you're not losing your key more than once....however, they'll easily bring this down to $300 if you're interested. 2 - Excess wear and tear about $1200 - you can negotiate your dealer down to their price of $495 which is what they pay apparently. 3 - Road Hazard and Wheel Protection about $950 - you can also negotiate this down to about $495 maybe even less. read more

For starters poor customer service skills. We're standing online for at least 10 minutes and not one representative mentioned how they'll assist us or to at least give them a few minutes. I'm very big on customer service. Also, my friend is here to get a key made and there's plenty of people in front which is understandable but wee were told that they can't keep any of the customers updated about how long service will be until the line out front is minimized. I find this very stupid, I absolutely think the cutis era should be services first big at least get the customers out that have been waiting for hours. The goal is to get people in and out. read more

My 2008 Honda A/C blows warm air in the stop and go condition. The A/C function properly in all other conditions. I noticed this issue when I drove in the highway and met in the traffic jam. I took my car to the store twice for the same issue. I paid $1,939.59 in total. However, the problem remains. I called Honda America and found out that "The Honda service bulletin 07-062 applies to my car's A/C issue." When accelerating at speeds below 20 mph with accelerator pedal more than halfway down, the ECM/PCM turns off the A/C compressor. The shop needs to update the PGM-FI software with the HDS. Any repair performed after warranty expiration may be eligible for goodwill consideration. The store in its response claimed that the description on the Honda service bulletin is the opposite of my complaints. I disagree. Frequent (hard) acceleration and deceleration under 20 mph in the traffic or in the city is common. This is the situation that the A/C starts to blow warm air because A/C compressor been turned off. The shop offered me the third appointment as a resolution, but avoided my concerns regarding unnecessary repairs. To be honest, I am not able to trust that the store's assessment was fully honest and accurate, and that the costly repairs really were necessary. The key thing is the issue hasn't been fixed yet, and I have already spent almost $2 grands. The store claimed "we contacted Honda and they have no record of that nor do they try to fix cars over the phone" 1. How do I know the service bulletin applies to my A/C issue if not been told by Honda America. 2. Here is the case# 03956680 from Honda America The store claimed low freon and two leaks on the A/C unit Two symptoms if A/C leaking 1. A/C is not as cold as it should be 2. A/C does not work at all None of symptoms apply to my case. Here are the problems which written in the invoices. A customer states check A/C system doesn't cool when decelerating from 20 mph (first invoice) A customer states when driving from high speed to low speed the A/C starts blowing war air check and advise (second invoice) To be fair, here is the store's response regarding my complaints. You be the judge. The customer brought the car in on 7/9/15 the miles on the car were 135,481 with the complaints of check A/C system doesn't cool when decelerating. The technician found low Freon in the system filled the system to the proper level and added dye. The system is a closed system, meaning if it's low or empty there is a leak some where, which is why they added dye. The same service visit the customer approved additional work that has nothing to do with the A/C system for $996.64 only 177.95 was related to the A/C system for checking and adding dye. The customer was told by the advisor to bring the car in a few weeks to re-check the Freon level. The car came 7/24/5 with miles of 135,801 with the complaint of when driving from high speed to low speed the A/C blows warm. The technician looked at the car, and found the Freon low and used a leak detector and found two leaks one in the Condenser and a line leaking the total was $765.00 We have reached out and spoke to the customer and agreed to bring back for us to look at but they never showed up for the appointment. The customer claims he called Honda and they told them what the problem was over the phone, we contacted Honda and they have no record of that nor do they try to fix cars over the phone. The bulletin they are referring to applies to the compliant of when accelerating from a stop with the gas pedal pushed more then half down and below 20 MPH, this is the opposite of there complaint. We are more then willing to look at the car again and come up with a final resolution for there A/C concern. Thank you read more

Review for the service department: They say dealerships are always trying to rip people off. Is this really true? I never actually thought so but today I caught the Honda service department in a lie. They told me I needed a new cabin air filter when I changed it myself 4 days ago. Last time I was here for a servicing, they told me the cabin air filter needed to be changed and they'd do it for $75. I declined. Changing this filter is easier than changing a tire and even faster than going to a gas station to fill up your tank. The youtube video on how to do it is 30 seconds long. It really takes no effort whatsoever so I just did it myself. When they told me this time that it was dirty, I called them out on it and said I changed it on Tuesday and that it was impossible for it to be dirty already. They made up some BS about how the filter was gray so they thought it was dirty. The filter was not gray, it was white. Well, they said, it's an after market filter so they just didn't recognize it. Yea, right. Anyway, I complained of course, got the service manager, Bruce involved. He offered me a 15% discount on top of a 10% discount. He was really pleasant. Seemed surprised that the mechanic (unnamed) or salesman (Frank) would lie about this. I don't know who lied exactly and I don't really care. Bruce made it right so I'm not mad anymore. I'll still come back here for servicing. I can't say I'm not disappointed this happened though. After all, I had bought my car 2 years ago at this dealership. I've never brought it anywhere else to be serviced. Aside from changing the cabin air filter myself, no one besides Honda has ever worked on my car. People always warn you to be careful about dealerships because they're all snakes and liars. My boyfriend and friends weren't even remotely shocked when I told them that they lied to me. Like this is typical of dealerships and I was being silly for expecting them to be honest. Regardless, Bruce apologized to me personally about the incident and he seemed genuine so I will continue to be a customer. However, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. But let's hope it doesn't get to that. read more

After writing a review on here, on Google, and on Facebook. i was promptly contacted by the General Manager of DCH Paramus via Facebook. He asked me to contact him to discuss my problems. I have tried calling him (Brian Lam) 5+ times but he never seems to be available / or willing to call back to help. read more

I don't want to give even one star for this store manager with very poor working attitude. I have a good deal with another dealer and just asked here if they can match with my deal. They said yes and comy by here. I cut out my work to get paperwork. However they offered different price which is way higher than my another with another dealership. I understand they want to keep certain margin from selling a car but they should not lie to customer. They should've told me that that deal is not possible with them i just wasted my time stuck on highway traffic and they ruined my friday night. And i never recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to get honda. Maybe that's their strategy just making potential custimer to come and offer different price or with hidden fee. Never buy anything here!!!! read more

My current lease was up, and i was in the market for another Honda Accord from my Go To dealership, DCH PARAMUS HONDA, and salesman, MANNY. He provided and excellent service and was very thorough and straight forward. Product knowledge was an A+. He made my shopping experience not only fun, but easy. Highly reccommend him to anyone and everyone in the market. read more

My family and I have been customers of DCH Paramus Honda for about 15 years. My parents leased their cars through them, and now for the past 2 years I have been a customer myself. I leased my first car with Hamad Deeb. Talk about an honest, customer driven salesman... he truly is the best! I will only lease cars through him! I just leased my second Honda CR-V and I couldn't be more thrilled with it. Thank you Hamad!!! read more

This was my first time at DCH Honda of Paramus and it was outstanding! I had an appt at 6pm for an oil change w/filter and tire rotation. First impression was the service area was clean and was promptly checked in. My service advisor was Frankie Sanchez Jr who was very welcoming and professional. He set my car up for service and showed to the customer waiting area and showed me the refreshments and told me about the free wifi. My car was done in 46 minutes and Frankie went over the service order with me and showed to the cashier. The cashier was also very polite and professional too. Upon leaving Frankie came over and thanked me for coming on and said have a nice night. DCH Honda and their employees made a huge first impression with me and I will absolutely be back! read more

Beware of these people. Have a price in your mind. They will try to sell you car at a huge finance percentage of which they have a share. Once the car is sold, they will not even bother to talk to you. Just do not believe the positive reviews. They seem to be faked. read more

I'm writing a complaint to the BBB about these people. I feel I was taken advantage of, and am angry with the service department. They are not nearly as accommodating or professional as Toyota. I would not buy a Honda again. This was an awful, upsetting experience. When you see a woman alone, you don't bully the person into paying for exorbitant repairs that are not of an urgent nature. I hope Honda loses a lot of customers. Yes, I take responsibility for my part, but mechanics shouldn't engage in unprofessional selling of service. read more

Service review, bought the accord from you guys 6 months ago. So naturally I decided to come for an oil change in the service department. Set up appointment for after 6pm and arrived promptly, waited few minutes for service desk to be written up and then proceeded to wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. Seriously it's more than an hour later, car nowhere to be seen. What's the point of appointments and express oil service when it takes hours. read more

The staff is very friendly, however they tried to charge me 75$ to affix my license plate to my front bumper. 50 $ for the plastic mount and 25$ for labor! When I complained, the representative guilt tripped me about how the service guys wont get paid if I don't pay the full amount. Not a chance, can you imagine what they would charge for any real work, never returning read more

This is to be read in conjunction with my COSTCO review below. I used the COSTCO Automobile purchase system and quickly got a call from this dealer. We agreed to a price and I was to come the next day to pay. 10 minutes later, I got a call informing me of $400 in extra fees. Non-negotiable. I told them to forget it. BTW, I got the same price ON MY OWN at another dealer. No need for COSTCO then. read more

Terrible service in jersey. When I picked it up my car. I saw damage in my car. I told them. They told me we will call you. No body called me and Natasha Nedd never give me answer. read more

Such a pleasant experience! We live in Queens and were treated terribly by a Honda dealer on Long Island. We weren't even sure we wanted to continue with the buying process, but my brother referred us to DCH Auto Group. I dealt with CJ in Finance over the phone, and he worked hard to get us a great deal, and very patiently waited out my anxiety. A few days later we met with Anwar in Sales for delivery. Yes, of course he pitched add-ons and service contracts, but was respectful about it when we declined. We then sat with Jerrod in Finance, who made signing volumes of paperwork easy. Finally Anwar brought us out to the car, gave us a thorough orientation, and even synched the Bluetooth to my husband's phone. The showroom is huge, though we didn't get to see much of it as we had already chosen our desired model (CRV SE). There is a large waiting area in the back next to the restrooms, which were immaculate. I think there were some vending machines in the lounge, and Anwar offered us a variety of coffee drinks while we waited. Buying a new car is a stressful experience, but we definitely felt that DCH Paramus Honda took care of us, and valued our business. Absolutely worth the trip!!! read more
