This mazda center has all the best amenities. The employees are very professional and friendly. No issues coming here today. Location: the mazda dealerships is located in Lodi, NJ. They have a new renovated showroom and waiting room. Very clean and they offer free coffee and water. Checkin: You have to drop off your car inside, then check in with the employee in the front. They will document whatever the problem is and will assist you to the showroom and waiting room. Employee: I was assigned to Nikita, she was nice and explained well what happened to my car. Definitely will do all my future mazda services here! They are fast and very professional.

Green ratings are irrelevant to the battery maintaining a charge. The battery health was 0 which meant the battery couldn't hold a charge.

Lord, have mercy. By far the most slimy dealership I have ever dealt with and I bought a car at auction. I purchased a used 2017 Cx-5 in 3.23 which was sold to me with a "bad battery". I called within a week of purchase and was basically told too bad, so sad. Posted a review describing my experience and all of a sudden they wanted to make it right and install a "new" battery. Yes the battery was new to the car but not brand new. They gave me a battery in poor health which barely lasted a year and at minimum a new battery should last 2 years. Not only was the service poor but the underlying insult was even worse. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Just disgusting, dishonest behaviors.

I took my car in for an oil change on 11/14/22 at the Mazda dealer at 130 Route 46 East in Lodi, NJ. The technician made some recommendations to have additional work done. I agreed that the extra work be done. My appointment was for 9:30 AM and I got my car back at 12:30 PM, 3 hours total. I got a bill for parts amounting to $319.26 and a labor price of $694.80. This is not including tax. I was told that Mazda labor charges are $159.95/hour. However, for my vehicle, the labor charges worked out to be $231.60/hour. I asked my service advisor why the labor charges were so high, and she told me that it depended on which technician did which specific type of work on the car and that each repair was 1.5 hours each of labor. Really? The only reason I agreed to the work was to save on labor and not have to take the car back in to do the extra work since they were already changing the oil, hoping that labor would be less. I am very disappointed with this practice. I was told that nothing could be done about adjusting the charges. Almost $700 for 3 hours of labor is extremely outrageous. Had I known Mazda would charge an exorbitant amount for labor, I would have taken my car to my local mechanic. Please be aware of this practice, I don't think it is right. Hope this help to open the eyes of others not to make the same mistake.

Revisited Mazda Lodi for tire rotation and oil change today. In addition to all great service and amenity space, Mazda Lodi added one more feature which is quite useful. At the end of your service, you can now take a look at not only an inspection report but also a full inspection video, taken and explained by a service specialist, meaning you can see 'what they see'. I like how Mazda Lodi keeps improving its service and having its space so clean and tidy.

Bought my Mazda CX50 for it's first oil change to Mazda of Lodi and the transmission bucking TSB. Decided to wait in the lounge area, thinking how long should an oil change take plus a software update.... Waited about two hours and noticed my car was moved out to the front, waited an additional thirty minutes from that and walked up to the service area and inquired about my car. Was told that my advisor Jim was finishing the paperwork and will call me when ready. Waited another 45 minutes and still didn't get called. Walked up again and talked to a lady and was told again that the paperwork wasn't done, I asked her if there is any way she can do it as I have another appointment. She did and I was on my way about 3.5 hours after I walked in....for an oil change, since according to the technician, my car was not eligible for the TSB....BTW, my transmission bucked again as I was leaving dealer's parking lot.... As if all that wasn't bad enough, I checked my oil level the next morning and it was past the MAX mark. Overfilling your oil can damage your engine, this is textbook Automobile Tech 101, I expected this kind of experience from Jiffy Lube, not a dealer. Went to Harbor Freight to purchase an oil extractor to remove the excess oil, pulled almost a quart of the excess oil from my engine. I could've done a better job myself with less mistakes. Wasted time, money and my weekend fixing Mazda of Lodi's mistake.

When I bought my Mazda a little over a year ago, Charlie and the sales guys totally treated me right.

I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander from State Auto Sales. Bottom line is that I was…read morepleasantly surprised at how easy and straight forward it was to purchase a car from them. Here are the reasons why I'm leaving a very positive review for these guys: - Fair price up front without having to haggle or play games. - No hidden fees or any random "dealer fees" to unfairly drive up the price. - The sales guy actually knew what he was talking about (which I find to be rare at both new and used car dealerships). - Both people that I dealt with were very professional and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car. Now if only new car dealerships would work like this!

Brought a car about two months ago! It's an 04 Nissan Pathfinder. On the outside this car looks…read moreGREAT... Also has a clean interior. That's about all that is good with this car. I fully understand that it's "buyer beware" and "As is" when it comes to used cars. The low rating is more for how I came out in this deal. The staff there was nice. However there was something they said they'd fix which I don't think they actually did before delivering the car to me. Two months in and this car is in bad shape. I think I need a timing belt/chain replaced. Motor mounts are making intermittent noises. The transmission is also intermittently shifting hard on lower rpms. The right rear door some times sticks and does not open. I brought the car with no working radio as I fully intended to get an aftermarket radio anyway. So I'll eat that one (hopefully it's not the speakers also). I have yet to fix that minor issue because what I feel I'll need to focus my funds on the listed repairs. That's even if I do! I've been thinking this entire car my be a loss and maybe just get another car. Again it's "As is", I don't even believe the guys at the dealership knew about all these issues. But looking back at it.... Now that I have all these issues, I definitely overpaid for this car. I was given a warranty, but it doesn't seem to be helpful as it seems the components have to completely and fully fail before they cover the repair cost (hopefully not while I'm driving).
