I was a bit concerned w/ dropping off the car and not knowing whether I would get a loaner and if so how quickly, so I was prepared to Uber. The Service hours of 8-5 was also a concern since I would usually like to drop the car off earlier and pick it up later. I arrived at 7.40A and was pleasantly surprised to see the service bay open already. It's a tiny dealership, so you have to drive around the back. The gal behind the counter could not have been more cheery first thing in the morning and she jotted down my requests and had me out the door with a nice new Giulia Sport in less than 7 minutes. They did call at 11.30A that day to say that my car was done, but I had a full calendar and couldn't slip away so having the loaner was convenient to be able to stop by at 7.45A the next day and pick up my car. Again 5 minutes in and out, different gal, same high quality of cheer and service, and even an offer of fresh pastries and coffee. The most positive service experience I've had regardless of car brand and location!

There were other shops with lower prices for the same car, but also less than stellar reviews. So we decided, based on these reviews and pictures, to go with Eston Auto, despite it being farther away from our home. We were very happy to experience such great customer service and professionalism! First off, I called Roman before I had checked the closing hours. Unfortunately, and unintentionally, I called him after the dealer had already officially closed. In fact, Roman was already home from work. Despite my objections that I didn't want to bother him on his time off, he brokered the deal to get me the price I was asking and then drove in back to work to complete the sale with us. Despite the dealership being hour past their posted closing hours, the entire staff treated us with respect and didn't make us feel rushed at all. The sales manager, Janno, was also fantastic to work with. Both he and Roman never made us feel pressured or awkward like you might expect when you go to buy a car. After we bought the car, Janno insisted he take the car to be washed (despite it now being close to 2 hours past their closing time) and spent time explaining all the details of the car. Most importantly, the car itself was in amazing condition for a 7 year old car. We have been driving it for a week now and enjoy every part of it!

We noticed that the AC Compressor was no good before buying, and Elvis pledged to have it fixed at no charge, though I would have to come back to do so. I live in NY, so this wasn't ideal, but then they were able to fix it same-day after all, and we were able to leave with the car that day. We had a disagreement on pricing based on the price being listed lower on Car Gurus than on their own site, but it was eventually settled and I got the lower price. All the while realizing that this was likely an (admittedly quite effective) strategy by them to get ONE of the listed sticker prices for the vehicle instead of haggling for lower, but regardless it was within the KBB range, so I was happy with it. Elvis is a friendly guy, and as far as I can tell an honest businessman, but at the end of the day he is still a used car salesman.

The Owner of this Cash for Cars Yard is named Ralph. He truly helped me out of a horrendous situation. He has over 16 years of experience under his belt & it shines through in how he treats his customers. This problem was created of my own stupidity, however, Ralph never made me feel stupid once. He even reassured me that this has happened to a lot of other car owners. He treated me with professionalism, fairness & without his help, advice & generosity...I honestly don't know what I would've done. One of their competitors (located very closely to Ralph's yard, I might add) wanted to pay me half of what Ralph agreed to pay for my car & was not professional at all! Put plainly, he was a rude jerk who hung up on me. In the meantime, I wasn't feeling very confident about how to resolve my stranded car issue. The guy that had my car & plates was supposedly buying it. The next day & weekend turned into a nightmare, wherein I couldn't get my car back & this guy now refused to drive it back to me, as originally promised. He also failed to tell me he lived in the Bronx, which is perfectly fine, except for the fact that I am a single Mom of 5 children that lives in NJ! Herein, lies the huge problem...as well as the amazing solution. This is when I met Ralph & his team. I simply called & then spoke with Ralph at least 5 times during this process from start to finish. He is upfront, honest, kind & oozing with personality! A rarity, I think we can all agree in this particular field of service. After everything, I went through, I felt like RCO might be too good to be true, but as the saying goes, "every cloud has a silver lining!" This is a fair, super fast & generously priced car purchasing & tow removal company. Thank You Guys & Thank You Ralph!

Since the reviews on Yelp looked positive, we felt confident bringing our car in and we couldn't have made a better decision. The staff; from the manager all the way down to the receptionist were very courteous and helpful. Having never been in an accident before, Sean carefully explained the process to us and was attentive to all of our questions and concerns. Leah (not sure if she was the receptionist) was also very pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Overall, the work performed on our van to repair the damage was excellent. The exterior of the car was very clean and spotless, making it easy for us to inspect the car. The inside of the car however was not given as much consideration and we noticed a considerable amount of dirt in particular on the upholstery and floor mats. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the body shop via email later that day and within a few minutes, I personally received a phone call from the owner (Frank) of the shop who was very concerned and eager to rectify the issue. I was very surprised to say the least at the overwhelming response I received from the owner. Not only was he gracious in acknowledging the error on their part, but he insisted on rectifying the issue and even offered to pick up the car so not to inconvenience us any further. As you would assume, all the dirt and grease inside the car were cleaned off when it was returned to me. I would highly recommend NorthEast Collision to anyone needing body repair on their car. Not only do they show excellent workmanship, but they also exemplify honesty and integrity that is often missing in a lot of businesses these day. Thanks NorthEast!
