Well I got went all out and got a new Mazda 3 Turbo Premium Plus hatchback AWD and I want to take…read morecare of my baby. So I don't want just any Joe Blow changing my oil. I went online schedule an appointment and slowed my face at Mazda of Lodi, I been here before years ago but they did a make over since that time and now they have more sales desks inside than cars. I drove into the service area and they verified my info and took my car to the bay while I waited in the lounge. About 20 minutes later they message me my car was ready, and sent me a video link showing they did a full inspection of the car while changing my oil and the car pasted all checks. The drop out and cashier lady were super nice and helpful. the best part was I that my last oil change and filter at Valvoline was $159, here it was $79 the total was about $105. I expected to pay more than twice that at a dealer but no Mazda was the real bargain deal.

(that was two years ego) i call today and ask for a quote on doing a service on my cx5 2018 (mind you am shopping around) the service is flushing and replacing rear differential and front PTU transfer case fluid(they both use the same gear oil.. ) called a mazda at rockland county they quote me $250 for doing both! i call here mazda of lodi trying to get pricing because of distance from my home and i get quoted $300 for not both but $300 each! for a total of $600! i dont know what is their business model here or what!? this is not how you treat people! people are not stupid! and they insist in treating customers the way them timeshare people try to get you to buy vacation packages. stay away if you value your time and money.

I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander from State Auto Sales. Bottom line is that I was…read morepleasantly surprised at how easy and straight forward it was to purchase a car from them. Here are the reasons why I'm leaving a very positive review for these guys: - Fair price up front without having to haggle or play games. - No hidden fees or any random "dealer fees" to unfairly drive up the price. - The sales guy actually knew what he was talking about (which I find to be rare at both new and used car dealerships). - Both people that I dealt with were very professional and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car. Now if only new car dealerships would work like this!

Brought a car about two months ago! It's an 04 Nissan Pathfinder. On the outside this car looks…read moreGREAT... Also has a clean interior. That's about all that is good with this car. I fully understand that it's "buyer beware" and "As is" when it comes to used cars. The low rating is more for how I came out in this deal. The staff there was nice. However there was something they said they'd fix which I don't think they actually did before delivering the car to me. Two months in and this car is in bad shape. I think I need a timing belt/chain replaced. Motor mounts are making intermittent noises. The transmission is also intermittently shifting hard on lower rpms. The right rear door some times sticks and does not open. I brought the car with no working radio as I fully intended to get an aftermarket radio anyway. So I'll eat that one (hopefully it's not the speakers also). I have yet to fix that minor issue because what I feel I'll need to focus my funds on the listed repairs. That's even if I do! I've been thinking this entire car my be a loss and maybe just get another car. Again it's "As is", I don't even believe the guys at the dealership knew about all these issues. But looking back at it.... Now that I have all these issues, I definitely overpaid for this car. I was given a warranty, but it doesn't seem to be helpful as it seems the components have to completely and fully fail before they cover the repair cost (hopefully not while I'm driving).
