I am a dealer. Purchased a truck from them. It is a dad and his son. I was told the truck,had no issues that he knew of. Bought the truck and when I received it reverse didn't work. Usually dealer to dealer are trustworthy. Not Gary Motors. I can only imagine what he is doing to the public. They are so dishonest. I wouldn't buy from them. Avoid at all costs. Drove over one hour to see a car they had posted online for weeks to find it "sold" and the guy apparently was picking it up the day I got there. What I found annoying was how when I walked into the main office, the two ladies at the front desk just stared at me until I said hello. Then I was asked "how can we help you?". No sales man around, I was interested in that one car and the girl just made a phone call to see if the car is available. I've never been to a dealer where not even a car salesman was visible. I've always had people come out to greet customers, but this placed seemed not interested in serving their guests. Very small establishment, no parking space at all, customer service that showed lack of interest in support; I even question if it's even a real dealer. It was completely transparent. Andrew made the car purchase a zero pressure, interactive experience. He explained everything about the vehicle, allowed a test drive, and the paperwork was clear, fast, and efficient. The transaction took less than 30 minutes. I purchased a 2018 Lexus LC500 from this dealer This was a 70k car I received the car and felt it was very poorly represented The salesman told me the car was beautiful and near perfect well..... The front end of the car and hood were completely messed up with chips everywhere From the front wheel back the car is beautiful but the front end was a mess The owner swears they weren't there when it was shipped to me States it must have happened when it was shipped Which would make no sense especially considering the placement of the car on the transport and the service qty o These are chips from driving in New Jersey traffic for a year The car also was a quart and half low on oil and was 1000 miles over due for a change I was told there was no service engine message ever But in fact Lexus cars store all alerts and messages and the service warning had come on dozens of times since sept of 2019 THe tires were 12-15lbs under inflated when the car arrives as well This company is not a stand up company and I would not recommend them at this point in time I have had the front end of the car painted out of my pocket for 3k and lexus has done the other work on the car It is now how it should have been when it was sold to Me Buyer beware and don't by anything based on the pictures on line They won't show the real story read more

Pre purchase inspection revealed a check engine light for a coolant system fault. I told Gary Motors I would purchase the vehicle only if this issue was taken care of. They told me the issue was resolved and shipped the vehicle to me. Within 3 miles of driving the same check engine light came back on and required a $1074.61 repair. Gary motors claims no responsibility for this even though i purchased the car under written communication from them that the issue was resolved. I would not recommend anyone purchase from a dealership that does not even stand by their written word on vehicle condition. They even continue to deny responsibility after a written complaint to the Better Business Bureau read more

I had been searching for a Jeep Wrangler for a few months when a carsforsale.com search turned up one at this place that matched the year and price range I had been looking for. I was looking for a 2005 or 06 to get one of the last ones with the invincible straight 6 engine. Most of the ones in south jersey had been wheeled under water and had evidence that there had been mud on the top of the engine. Not necessarily a bad thing, but just something that I was trying to avoid. I'll do it, not a previous owner. If they weren't Jeeps they would qualify for a damaged "flood title". Over at the shore many of the ones I looked at had extreme rust damage to the frame from the salty water. The bodies were fine, but the underneath rust damage was what I considered to be nonsalable, but yet they were still listed for $12,000. Then there was the lifted ones. Of the dozen or so that I drove, all were lifted incorrectly and had what is commonly known as "death wobble", from an incorrect caster angle. So I was trying to avoid those as well. Gary Motors had a stock blue '05 at a nice price so I made the 90 minute drive to look at it. It was in good shape with minimal rust and showed zero signs of being abused. A tiny hole in the canvas top was about it, and only a $200 replacement for the skin. I really was about to buy it when I noticed a red '03 lifted one in the lot. I was trying to avoid lifted ones, and most of the '03s had higher mileage than the '05 and '06s but this one showed only 67K miles and was in good shape. It amazingly showed no signs of abuse and when I test drove it it was lifted correctly and drove close to a stock jeep without any death wobble. Wow! The salesman, Giovanni, was helpful and polite and didn't use any type of pressure for the sale. I was able to finance it despite the vehicle being 14 years old and with me having a few outstanding hospital bills. Such a great vehicle! I took it to an off road repair place so I could proactively replace any worn suspension parts and do some preventive maintenance, but the guy there said it needed nothing other than a tire rotation. Other than some worn wiper blades and a small windshield chip oddly on the inside hidden behind the rear view mirror, this Jeep rides pretty tight and is almost like a new one. It's remarkable that this dealer had not one, but TWO Jeeps that met my standards. Hope to enjoy it for many years to come. Thanks Giovanni !!! read more

Buying a car online is always risky. I've been looking for a 2003 C5 Corvette Z06 and found a bone stock yellow one on their site. They did not haggle, so I bought the car for asking price. When I got it, it was filthy, the gasket had fallen off the driver's side window (I thought it was the delivery person, but the frame on the window is bent, so it wasn't that). It wasn't serviced before I got it and the oil was dark brown. The trunk struts were blown and the alarm malfunctions. In addition, it appears to have a blown main oil seal. The VIN and tire pressure posts are missing from the driver's side door, which means something isn't right. When I asked why it wasn't serviced, I was told that they were too focused on delivering it to me quickly. Not once did they say, "we'll try to get it to you quickly, but let us go through it first." I would have been happy to accept that. While they say they don't sell cars from auction, this one was bought by another dealer at auction in 2020, something they know from the Carfax. Lesson learned about buying online, but I wouldn't recommend these guys. I buy and sell cars frequently and this lack of ethics--especially for what I paid for the car--is surprising. These guys sold me a car and it broke down two days after. I will never recommend anyone here. I bought it in mid July and I've had it running for 4 days. My engine seized because my anti freeze pipes weren't attached and my coolant dripped out, causing my engine to over heat. The only good thing is that they helped me get a new engine.. I bought a lexus gs300 from andrew glaser and after having extensive mechanical problems within the first month i noticed that the mileage had been adjusted quite heavily. I took car to Ray Catena Lexus and it was there where it was clearly determined mileage had been turned back..,the car was serviced at Ray Catena Lexus on a quite a regular basis with more than 60,000 miles more than the car represents. Recently I purchased a vehicle And I noticed the car was overheating and sometimes the engine was failing to start also the Heat and A/C was broken. Before I made the purchase I warned them of the issue and they said it would be taken care of. I took it to "their" mechanic and he said the car was perfectly fine. I took it to my mechanic he said the car was misfiring in all 6 coils needed to be changed and I was loosing coolant. I bring it back to their mechanic and they change one coil thinking I wouldn't notice. Currently a college student and living an hour away I expressed to them I can't keep making a trip to their facility I'm busy preparing to graduate and work a busy work schedule. I simply needed a refund on the car, of course they denied me of the refund after I was specifically told I can bring back the car within a certain time frame if the car was that bad, and sure enough it was.
