When I called for an appointment but wasn't able to make it on time, they called me the following Monday to check on me. They offer to drive me back to my house and pick me up when they have my car. The owner did research for my vehicle to know what is recommended as far as standard maintenance. They don't push anything on you that is 100% necessary and give you a timeline for when it will be. They will also call around and try to get you the parts for the best price possible. They truly care for their clients.

The first time around the owners said that they couldn't inspect his car because the front side windows were tinted and that he would have to have the tint removed. The gentleman did just that. I thought the windows must have had a REALLY dark tint. Much to my surprise, the owner told me the same story--that I would have to have the tint removed from my car before they could inspect it. He claimed that the law was enacted several years ago and that the state was recently getting very strict about enforcing it. I didn't believe that for a second and went home to some research. Tinted windows ARE ALLOWED as long as 70% of light can pass through them. There is a hand-held gadget that checks this. These people are sick and absolutely despicable.
