Take a trip down memory lane at the Madison Hills Gulf station.
I don't usually review gas stations, but there is something nostalgic about this little two pump corner station in the residential area of Clark. The station has a two bay garage attached.
As I pulled into the station I ran over one of those old hoses that ring a bell inside. Out comes a grizzled, old station attendant to pump my gas. Of course, he had to take my credit card inside to run it - no pay at the pump here.
I asked to use the bathroom and was told - you guessed it - that it was outside. I walked into the smallest bathroom that I have ever been in. It was disgustingly dirty and the fixtures were ancient - I half expected to see one of those rotating cloth towel things that used to be all the rage in the 70s.
