    Came to see if we would have better success getting our trunk fixed at this location-and oh my goodness, what a difference between this location and the Springfied location. I can't believe we wasted months dealing with the Springfield location and the run around they gave us and the unprofessional staff-including their Management. Came into Paramus and it was a world of a difference. We didnt even have to wait long before they assured us they had the parts. They were able to completely fix our trunk when Springfield service center claimed we needed to go to a collision center after their botched up attempt to fix our trunk hinges. We dealt with Joseph & he was amazing from start to finish. He was pleasant and was able to get our trunk fixed without any issues. Thanks Joseph. I hope this review gets you the acknowledgement you deserve! If you're reading this, and you're debating which service center or location Tesla related- choose Paramus!

Less than 10 minutes after leaving the dealership, multiple warning lights came on. I immediately returned but was told it was too late in the day and that I would have to come back. I explained that I live over an hour away, work six days a week, and could not leave my car there for the approximately four hours they said it would take without transportation. I asked for a loaner vehicle but was told none were available, despite the dealership advertising loaner vehicles. The sales manager said he would look into a rental car, but nothing was ever arranged, and eventually my emails went unanswered. My mechanic also found that the protective splash shield underneath the vehicle was missing, leaving important components exposed. This was never disclosed at the time of purchase. I am extremely disappointed with the dealership's lack of communication and failure to resolve problems that appeared almost immediately after the sale. I am requesting reimbursement for the splash shield and an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience and poor customer service I experienced.

The finance department never answers, calls are not returned, and emails go unanswered. I spoke with Crista, who told me she couldn't help and would transfer me to someone who could. Instead, the call was disconnected. I also spoke with a woman at the service desk who was unwilling to assist or point me in the right direction. I've reached out to Sheila as well and have had no meaningful response. I also spoke to Wendy who directed me to her supervisor who also couldn't help me in the absolute slightest. It's frustrating when multiple employees seem unwilling or unable to help customers. A dealership's responsibility doesn't end once the sale is completed. Communication, follow-up, and customer support are all part of the experience, and unfortunately this dealership has been severely lacking in all three. I would NOT recommend this dealership based on the poor customer service and lack of accountability I've experienced. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.

Two weeks later the salesman had no answers for me and the manager never came to see or talk to me. I now see its back online at a higher price. The staff and service boys are congenial, friendly and very helpful to customers. During the day the Subaru is busy and packed with new customers buying snow-ready vehicles and racers. At night this local Subaru, which now services all of Connecticut, New Jersey and PA, is well-lit, especially brightly during Christmas and has a very patriotic USA flag display, lit up. My purchasing experience was fine service for a short time was good. Once my lemon of a car started having problems that all went out the window. I would never never ever recommend Subaru especially Liberty or Newton. I would walk the rest of my days before ever purchasing or putting another dime into any Subaru Irvin my pos Outback. Once there is a problem no one wants to know you. Doesn't matter all the business you brought them or that all your maintenance was done at top $$$ at the dealership. My 2019 Subaru barely lasted 3-4 years and that's with COVID! Nope stay away!
