They assisted me in trading in my previous vehicle for a brand new 2026 Camry SE. Heat steering wheel and heat seats here I come!! The salesman Gilbert, finance manager, Besian, Felix the sales manager, Steven from trade in, Anthony the service manager and many more aided me in making sure I was able to stick to my tight budget for purchasing a new car. They provided me many options and helped me find car insurance within my budget. They truly took care of me and I am happy to call Interstate Toyota my home base Toyota! Y'all are awesome thank you again for the help even when it got rough! P.S- They have a nice clean waiting area and comfy seating. I have a WFH job and they have secure wifi. I've worked from the waiting area plenty of times. They have many outlets for charging devices. There is a hot self serve beverage station available with Starbucks coffee and teas. There is a water fountain available which is also touch-less to refill your cups! On Saturdays if you know the right person or become friendly with a staff member there is a catered lunch! My previous car was a Toyota vehicle as well and I have been coming since 2023. My parents have been purchasing cars in this specific location since the early 2000s. read more

I had come in the day before Halloween to check out a hybrid RAV4 and was helped by Jason Pinos. He was very welcoming, accommodating and was never pushy with anything. He helped me to make the final decision to get the RAV, and made the process seamless and easy to understand. Jesus was a great help as well, as he helped me through the financing and understanding any add ons I chose to add with my purchase (GAP, Extended Warranty, etc). Both individuals made me feel confident in buying my RAV4. The dealership itself is spacious and very clean. All the staff greeted me with smiles and made sure that someone was helping me. The description of the car matched the listing as well, and the price was very fair considering the competition. The beginning i thought they are freindly and helpfull but after i got my Toyota Camry i cant get help anymore, the Agent that help me and its only after a week. So my Caf is not set up yet cause he was in such a hurry to do business he punch wrong number and promise me he's gonna fix it but its hard to get in touch with him after, and now its almost a month and still haven't got my Registration but i already recoeved my Bills. I bought my 2024 Corolla Hybrid a long ago and learned my lesson in a hard way when it was -15F outside and I had a flat. I called for help and then learnt that the vehicle does not come with a spare tire so I have to tow the car to near tire shop. The dealer never told me that the car does not come with the spare otherwise I would not bought the car . Now I a m helpless and have no option but to buy the spare out of my pocket read more

Just want to update this post. On top of all the other issues I had from Interstate Toyota working on my truck I finally got around to looking into a tick that started very shortly after I got the truck back turns out multiple exhaust manifolds are broken and my valve cover is also cracked where one of the bolts was tightened and the other side also is leaking (a few of the bolts weren't tightened completely). Having interstate Toyota work on my truck is a gift that just keeps on giving. I was so annoyed with the work that was done, I left the tick alone until I had time to look into it figuring it was a broken manifold bolt didn't think it would have been this bad. read more

8 days after purchasing a used car from Intertstate Toyota, we needed to replace all 4 tires.

Below is my original review which Yelp doesn't seem to let me amend. New Revision: I was going to change my review to three stars because the service manager Craig finally agreed to replace the tire under warrantee. So my wife made an appointment and had the tire changed. She was just this moment presented with a bill for $350! (No, not for all four. For one tire.) And they 'had no record' of this being changed on their dime. After much hub-bub, including a phone call to the dealership manager, they finally found the guy who said yes. BTW the GM 'doesn't take calls'. Really? That instills confidence. (Not!) What a horrible experience. I have had root canals that were more enjoyable. I can say here and now that this was the last car our family (of 6 people) will ever buy from this dealership. Actually it could now be the last Toyota we ever buy. Way to go Interstate. From before: Amazing: a few months and 1700 miles on the new car they sold us. When we brought it in for a bubble in the tire they rudely blew us off. OUR problem they said. Not only would they not contact Continental or Toyota for us they were rude in how they spoke to us. Ok, we'll contact them but you should know buying a car is not a clean deal. I was looking for a Toyota as my parents have a Rav 4 hybrid but will be buying a Honda. The sales manager and credit manager pulled a fast one on my father. My father purchased the car and he noticed that the credit rating was 580 on the loan application. My fathers credit rating at the time was above 700. So the interest rate was ridiculous, when confronted with the mistake and the lie that they perpetrated they had said oh your credit rating is so low. Toni, great guy spoke to him on the phone and didnt need to even step into the dealership I told him what car I wanted on the lot. tell me how much I can get for mine and what payment I wanna be and that's it. He said give me a few hours ill get back to you. didnt disappoint me at all, came back with a text with a solid trade in value and a solid monthly payment for a brand new Tacoma trd off-road . To begin with I started using Interstate Toyota many years ago when I was living in the area. I moved away (twice, farther and farther) and yet I keep coming here for my Toyota Lease needs because they treat me well and are attentive and responsive. About 6 years ago I had a great experience renewing my lease with Lou Gashi who was very nice and helpful. He gave me a good deal and in general treated me kindly and politely. 3 years ago again had a very positive experience (apologies I don't have the name of the associate). But this week (Oct 30th, 2023) was amazing with Lucas Scimia and his boss Anthony. He was extremely responsive and listened to my asks. He fought for a good deal, he answered every question, and he went way above and beyond making the renewal of the lease convenient for me. Also he took time out of his busy schedule to explain everything to me and give me a tour of the new features. Interstate Toyota is great, and I would like to highlight people like Lucas as the reason I keep coming back there even though I live pretty far away! read more

I tried to purchase a car from them based on pricing they had listed online. I received an email confirmation with the final pricing (MSRP + taxes + fees). However, when I tried to complete the purchase, I was told that there was a pricing mistake and they would need for me to pay them an additional $3000 or the order would be cancelled. I don't have a problem with dealerships asking for market adjustments during the current market conditions. However my issue is that unlike other dealerships, they weren't transparent up front and then pulled a bait and switch at the time to write the contract even though they provide an order confirmation with purchase pricing. If you have experienced similar fraudulent or bad practices, please make sure you report it to the Federal Trade Commission (https://reportfraud.ftc.gov). read more

Then they falsified my information & my credit application & got the company to approve it. They knew i couldn't afford the payments on the car & i tried calling the company for help & they did not want to help me. They took advantage of me as a 21 year old. Have been waiting for months and when the car finally gets closer to getting to the dealer I was told they weren't going to sell me the car anymore because there were going with the highest bidder. Do not do business with these crooks. All I needed was a new battery, they tried to charge me $4000 for a new catalytic converter I did not need. They held my car for almost a week until I would agree to the work, I did not need. I had the car picked up and brought to Augie's Tallman Auto Center where my car was fixed in under two hours and for only $180. Toyota should fire every last employee at this dump. read more

I must say, GREAT customer service is an understatement. Big shout out to Anthony Lekocevic for one, making my first car buying experience such a joyful experience & two for just being a down to earth guy with no hidden agenda. I've heard horror stories about car dealerships being super pushy, rude, deceiving etc. definitely not the case here. The service was extremely genuine & honestly meant a lot to me given it's my first car buying experience. I initially went to the wrong dealership in a cab from Manhattan, New York. I Had made a mistake with address. I then call Interstate Toyota & was willing to cab it to the correct location that was probably about 20-30minutes away. The manager Fabio Kola said no way he's gonna let me spend more money and take a cab from there & literally sent Anthony to pick me and my girlfriend up. Which Anthony then introduced himself & made small talk the whole ride with us. So as you can imagine I was super impressed literally before I even got to the dealership. Especially not knowing whether I would even buy or not. I've been in the customer service realm for my whole working career & this was hands down 5 star service. Anthony understood exactly what I wanted, worked with the prices that I was aiming for, super personable & definitely went out of his way to make sure I left a happy camper. He stayed well after his working hours & didn't rush the process one bit. He made sure everything was perfect and that I was happy when I drove off the lot. He even followed up with me through texts to see how my first drive home was. There are many different accents to their customer service that gives you that white glove service kinda feel. I wanna also give a huge shout out to the new manager Fabio Kola for playing a huge part as well and making this possible. Weeks before I had even visited the location, he was super attentive to Texts/Calls/emails & never once did he brush me off or seem uninterested in my business. He was in and out of the actual negotiations periodically & worked with the credit I have. Another super down to earth guy. Treated me and my girlfriend with respect and reassured us that we were in good hands. He basically reinforced what good customer service looks like hands down. Even Juan the final gentleman that I did the final signing and logistics with was a great guy. Made sure I understood the process and knew what I was signing for and getting myself into before anything was cemented. Once people find out about Intestate Toyota's new revamped customer experience model, they will for sure be long time customers. Good lucks guys I know Interstate Toyota will thrive! Omg this place is the worse of the worse. Bill , Steven and the whole staff are horrible. They put after market parts on the car and don't even tell you . It took me four months to get a refund and it was wrong amount. I had to get the corporate office involved. As I said they are the worse and unprofessional and don't even return calls and I had to call numerous times, only to get a check that was due us and they still cheated us. This our third car from them and it's obvious they have had changes in management. Oil changes used to take an hour... now two and half, minimum. Service managers do not return phone calls or follow through to close open items, but they have no problem harassing you with calls to come spend money in their service department. After calling Toyota corporate and numerous messages left, the manager finally called me back and I brought my 2011 RAV 4 in for the chipped paint recall. We got our car back in about a week and a half and it looked brand new inside and out. We got the car and on the drive home noticed that the antenna was missing. Immediately called the dealer and the secretary said everyone in the body shop left for the day. Called back, left messages no response until 2 weeks later. In between the 2 weeks we also noticed that there were other parts missing. Got a call from someone a few days ago saying they would look into it and get back to me. Today, we went to look for something that was in the under carriage compartment and it was missing. To say we are pissed is an understatement. read more

Rented a car for the weekend and car was in great condition besides a few stains. I had to return the vehicle by 11am and received a phone call at 10:50am asking where the car was. The woman was also rude and sarcastic. Since it was my first time renting a car I wasn't aware it needed to be back the same time I rented it but I quickly ruched to the dealership to return the car. On August 10th, 2020, I finalized the paperwork at this dealer for a car, my seventh from this dealership. The deal was sketchy since they didn't give me any paperwork to bring home and wouldn't finalize numbers. After two days of back and forth with staff and a promised lower APR which did not happened, I purchase a used suv with 6,000 miles, which the manager agreed to certified for me. After a few arguments with the finance guy MR Quinones, who turned out to be the biggest liar there is in the entire planet we agreed on a deal. He was trying to charge me 42,000 dollars on a 30,000 dollar loan purchased, by adding items I never knew about. Again a few converstations later I walked out with a 33,000 dollar loan with a savings of almost nine thousand, Wow that's a better deal. When I got home and looked at the paper work it came to my surprised that MR quinones had not given me a written agreement stating the 100,000 miles or 6 year on warranty that by law his supposed to to provide me with. Mr quinones checked the new car box stating he sold me as new car with 6,000 miles on, limiting my warranty from 100,000 miles or six years to two year or 25,000 standard warranty which comes standard with new Toyotas. This unfortunately was my seventh car from this dealer, they used to be more transparent, agreeable, and a pleasure to do business with. It is a shame to see them lie so much when they make a deal. I hope my experience helps your stay away from this predators and saves you money. As for me, this is the last time I ever do business at this dealer. So much loyalty for buying your seventh car with them, I'm tired of dealing with this type of theives so I'm cutting my loses, Stay away.......do not buy from this Dealer :(. read more

I have always been honest and transparent in my reviews so far and it's not going to change. Interstate toyota pretty much made everything right. They extended the warranty. They fixed my speakers. They didn't charge me anything. It took a long time but in the end I believe they 100% did the right thing. It's a good feeling. I am happy with the way things turned out. Joseph helped and it was a simple process getting everything done. If this is the way they handle things I have no problem bringing my car in to get serviced there from now on. To be brief, I came in for an oil change and this place broke my engine oil dipstick. They told us to purchase the parts and they would fix it. When we came to have it fixed, the dude caught straight amnesia. I mean a severe case of "WHAAA?" Please stay away from Tom Fontana the CROOK. He will promise you service and parts and not come through.He started to tell us to fix the situation would cost us some crazy amount of money. Mind you, we already paid for everything beforehand. Seriously, move forward at your own risk. Go to Prestige Toyota instead. It's bit out the way, but I rather drive the extra few miles than to have my hard working money spent here.
