She answered all of my questions, called me back when she said she would, and even sent me everything we discussed in writing along with an attached offer. Adel connected me with Nikki Barboni, who is one of their sales and leasing consultants. Nikki was a consummate professional, which allowed us to get through all the paperwork quickly. I've heard horror stories of people spending all day at the dealership but this was not the case. She really made my family and I feel at home. When it came time to pay for the vehicle and we couldn't make the payment the way we wanted to, she offered nothing but solutions, which I really appreciated. Lastly, the service I received from the business manager Luis Olivier was awesome as well. He was very precise and made sure all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed. Unfortunately my wife's car was totaled in a car accident (thankfully no one was seriously injured) and it put her in need of a new ride. She had a 2018 CX5 (in Red) Touring and absolutely loved the vehicle. Well why not replace it with a newer and more powerful and more feature packed version. Palisades Mazda just happened to have a 2022 Mazda CX5 Turbo (in Red), I spoke w a lovely salesperson named Arthur E. Sesiguzel who confirmed the vehicle was available and that it was indeed a very low mileage car (low mileage was important to us, my wife does a minimum of 15k miles a year). When my wife and I arrived to dealership we were very pleased with how lovely the dealership and their staff all were. Arthur made the buying process as easy as possible and we were able to come to a deal fairly quickly (we did have plans to go look at another vehicle). I would be remiss if I didn't mention Amberlyn who took care of the financing part of the deal, which once again was quick and extremely professional. This is a review only for the service department because I have never purchased a car here. The service here has always been very good. Every service advisor that I have worked with has been friendly, prompt, and direct (which I appreciate). Service is a bit pricey compared to non-Mazda service centers, but you're also paying for technicians who know your car and certified Mazda parts (instead of after-market that might not fit your car 100%). The waiting area is nice and modern, but it should be expanded because seats do fill up quickly. The drive to enter the service area can also be treacherous because there just simply isn't enough space to fit all of the people coming for service and its narrow width sometimes results in a game of chicken. To be clear, I haven't had any major issues while waiting in the drive, but there have been a few times when I have to move/maneuver in ways that felt dangerous so that others could pass while I was waiting in line. My hope is that these areas will be expanded to better serve the customers coming in for service. read more

I recently purchased 2025 mazda CX5 at palisades mazda in Nyack NY. I purchased the vehicle thinking it would be a good buy, since all the reviews seem to be good. I have had key fob issues from day one. Now they finally relented and replaced a faulty key fob after getting a mgr involved. I brought the car to the shop three different times. In the process they damaged my car. Now I have to wait a few more days for them to paint the car where they damaged it. Overall, my experience has been very negative to this point. Maybe if they took the issue seriously from the 1st visit, i wouldbt be so critical. I doubt I will purchase another mazda in the future. read more

Pros: - The car I wanted was available. - The price was reasonable. - The finance team respected my request not to be upsold. - Fees in NY were significantly lower than those in NJ, saving me nearly the amount of a car payment. Cons: - The inexperienced salesman quickly lost my trust, showing confusion and uncertainty about out-of-state registration and plate transfers. He asked me to sign paperwork confirming I had seen and inspected the vehicle they were selling me (handed me the tablet and walked away) before I had EVER seen the car - to my knowledge it was either not on the lot at that point or it was still being detailed. Either way, I had not seen the car at all. When I agreed to the deal, they didn't have my car on their lot and I was told it was on their sister lot in White Plains. The salesman promised an e-contract but only sent it minutes before I would have had to leave, and it was inaccessible. My request to reschedule driving to the dealership that day was ignored and instead, I was told my spouse and cosigner did not need to be present which ended up being false, come to find out later. The car had 23 miles on it when the paperwork said 12 and the salesman pressured me to sign off on that inaccuracy, telling me it was no big deal because it wasn't a lease. I would still love to know where the extra miles came from since it was double what I was told and what the paperwork said. When they brought it to the lot and I finished the paperwork the salesman suddenly needed to leave with it to fill up the gas so I was left to sit at his desk and wait once all the paperwork was signed. At that point, it's my car. I'd rather just deal with it myself and get credit for the tank of gas rather than risk something happening to it while some stranger drives it around now that it's in my name. They had already put more miles on it than was disclosed to me initially. - My trade-in was undervalued by $300 despite the evidence I brought to the contrary. I was given 2.5K and a rebuttal by the manager trying to say it was because of several accidents. It only had one that caused significant damage, none to the frame, and all was repaired immediately. I explained to him what the other two were. I also brought a report that I ran on my specific vehicle and VIN that included all this information with the trade value I asked for. I found my trade listed online through another dealer in Bergenfield, NJ for 7.5K. It already sold less than 2 months later. - After being notified on a Saturday 2 weeks later that the registration and mats were ready to be picked up, we drove back to the dealer at a moment's notice at their request only to be told when we showed up that the mats were locked away in the service department and no one could access them until Monday. We insisted they be shipped, which was agreed to in writing. However, the salesman unexpectedly texted me he would be delivering them himself late at night on the following Monday with an hour's notice, despite our request for shipping. The overall experience felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I would never return to this dealer or recommend them to anyone. They are just like every other car dealer. read more

YOUR ONE STOP REVIEW OF THIS HELL PIT: So on May 20, 2023, at approximately 10:30 AM, my girlfriend goes to this hell hole filled with idiots and clowns to get her car serviced and inspected. HOWEVER, after filling out her service needs online 1) they can't find it and 2) they hustled her and what was suppose to bee $100 dollars and change turned into $500 dollars and change of unnecessary services, which may or may not have been done. So lets start with the service. The last service was a couple of months ago, yet it needed all these additional services?! No! I do not think so, especially on a brand new-ish car. Not only does a Mazda not need this much service to begin with, these clowns will try to hustle you if you do not know anything about cars. Next thing you know they will be suggesting premium air for $300 dollars a tire and a side of blinker fluid for $1000 dollars a blinker! Nevertheless, they left my girlfriend in tears. However, there was a lesson to be learned here and she understood that sometimes a baby bird needs to fall out of a nest before it knows how to fly. Now, not only are they idiots with service, they are lazy! They refused to make the customer happy and would always "forget" to wash the car or refuse to do it because it is raining. Was it raining? Sure. But who cares, clean the god dam car you lazy donut eating clowns! Rub that grime off. Rub that sap off. Rub that debris off! Who cares if it is raining, just get the grime off! So what is the take away. Not only are the people who work there bottom feeder scum, lazy, hustling, scamming, losers with nothing to do but scam my little marshmallow but they also have the audacity to make my little pickle wait three hours and say no we cannot pass your car's inspection and then force her to change the windshield with them?! NOT ON MY WATCH. One day before today they said folks at SafeLite would always mess it up and then they would have to fix it. However, with their performance, poor service, and pure stupidity on simple tasks, I doubt that is true, and the car would probs come back to those dropouts with more problems at the end of the day. Nevertheless, arrangements were made for her to get the best service available and for the best price on the East Coast. Avoid this money pit at all cost. Get a BMW, it is better. You're welcome. Will have to reach out to Mazda to discuss and investigate if this is a potential class action lawsuit pursuant to New York GBS (GBL) Section 349. Check back for updates. read more

Can't speak for poor experiences with the service department or other salespeople, but I have nothing but great things to say about Delvi (sales) and Kasey (business manager). I was looking at a new 2023 Mazda3 Turbo Premium Plus hatchback, which had me very wary as it's the end of 2024 and shouldn't still be on the lot unless there was an issue. Delvi and Kasey answered every question I had regarding the condition, features, warranty, etc because I was driving from 2 hours away and wanted to make sure everything was finalized before I made the drive up, and they even held the car for a week for me without a deposit. Also increased my trade-in value once they were able to see it in person even though they could've not budged knowing I wasn't about to drive all the way back home without making a deal and didn't push dealer add-ons besides listing them as options and asking if I was interested. Please do not buy a CX90 from Palisades Mazda. They do not have enough technicians trained in this model to properly fix it. I've been told they only have one tech who is trained to handle this model and they were not forthcoming about that information until they had our car for over two weeks. Our brand new CX90 (6,000 miles) had its engine light come on February 3rd. We called to have it looked at and they would not give us an appointment until Feb. 10th. By 2/12 we were told it needed a VVT motor and they needed to order the part. We asked for a loaner car and we were told we were on a waiting list. 2/17 the part arrives and we were told we would have the car back in a few days. We did not hear for 5 days. I called the service office several times and no one would pick up. I went there on 2/21 in person just to speak to someone about the car and was told that day that they did not have anyone on staff who could fix it. I demanded a loaner car and only then did I magically get one, 30 minute later. On 2/26 they text us to say they are sending our car to White Plains Mazda so their techs can fix. it. We then get no updates of any substance for days. We have texted with our assigned tech at Palisades twice this week and each time we were told we would hear an update by the afternoon, no word all. Today 3/4 I called for the general manager. His mailbox its full and I am unable to leave a message. When I called the service department they could not tell me the address or the number of the White Plains Mazda dealership. That should be pretty simple information to share. This has been a terrible experience. They have had our brand new car for close to month. It just about feels as though they have stolen it. I cannot believe no one has reached out to us to apologize and try to communicate better. I deeply regret buying a Mazda. read more

I leased a new CX9 from Palisades Mazda using Roadster.com and it was as easy and simple as advertised. The pricing I saw on Roadster is exactly what I paid. I put the car in cart after selecting my "cash on signing" and selecting my annual miles. I then upload a few docs and with 30 mins most of the paperwork was done. I got an email notifications and saw the updates on my Roadster.com order page. When everything was settled I got a call to schedule pickup. I had asked for Delivery but they rep was not going to be in the following day to I offered to go pick it up. I got a call next morning that pickup was over booked and they offered to deliver it. Delivery was awesome, quick, painless and right on time. There was an error in the contract (that long pink slip) and they resolved it very quickly. read more

Let's start by saying they smile at you and greet you when you are there to buy or lease... the day you decide to go back to return/ sell your car, its whole different story. About 2 weeks ago we went back to see how much equity we have on our CX30, the girl on the front desk the second she knew we' re there not to buy but to sell, her reaction changed, and of course her response was "Not sure if there is someone available to help you, we're short staffed". Finally met with a sales guy who was ok. A little while later we asked for the manager... had to wait about 20 mins for him to arrive. Manager goes by the name Rich, he showed up as someone who is forced to be there, then we sat down at the desk while he's still standing one hand on his hip, finally he sat down leaning back in the chair. Hardly ever answered any questions, then we got frustrated and got up and left, he spoke and acted in a very rude and unprofessional manner, his sales guy was more respectful than him.... Within my family members we went through 11 cars finance and lease, not once we had such a horrible experience. We will never go back ever to this dealer again read more

Bought a 2021 CX-5 Grand Touring and I have 6,000 miles on it in 6 months. the hood is chipped very badly, and they won't help at all. They said it was probably because of the road I drive on (which is the same road they are located on) I drive 8 miles round trip to work. I was told to call Mazda Corporate which I am doing today. I got the deal I wanted when I leased a car from this dealership but that's the only thing good I can say about them. When things went wrong (I didn't get one of the accessories I wanted in the car) the only person who was helpful was Jaime who should be the head of the dealership. She seems to be the only person who understands customer service and responsibility. 'The buck stops here' doesn't exist at this dealership. One of the managers, Frank, was a complete waste of space and didn't even seem to know about an existing accessory on the car. To top it off, I brought it in for a recall because of problems with the lift gate and after they serviced the lift gate it didn't open at all. Don't they try out their repairs before returning them to the customers??? Deal with Jaime and hope for the best. read more

There were some communication issues and confusions, which were regrettable, but to me the key is that when it was all said and done the team handled me professionally and quickly and I was able to get the car I wanted at a better than fair price. We found the car on their website, they honored the price listed and we had an out the door price emailed to use before we even showed up in person (GASP!). We got the car inspected and a couple of small things needed to be fixed which they did. The car was ready within a week with final plates and all! They are lovely to deal with and a welcome change from the dealerships that just try to get you in the door with ridiculous internet prices and then charge you a bunch of nonsense fees. Just got back from the best car buying experience I've ever had. Most of this is due to Chris Kinder, who handled our 2018 CX-5 Touring purchase from start (internet inquiry) to finish (showing my mom and I exactly how every detail of the car worked after the papers were signed). I had exchanged emails with Chris over the last couple days, as my mom knew she wanted the CX-5 but has always gotten taken advantage of in the past when leasing or buying cars. Chris was 100% transparent from the start, and never once applied pressure. He helped us quickly arrive at a fair deal (which I researched for hours and hours before starting communications) and made sure to balance moving quickly with explaining the process as he went along. Chris never once tried to upsell us to a higher trim or package we didn't need, and highlighted the pros and cons of the different choices we were trying to make. Even the experience with the finance manager (John) was painless and fast, which was a big surprise since I've had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past at this point in the process. John politely went through the various add-ons we could select, but did not push back or object when we declined. This was the opposite of what I experienced several months ago at a nearby Honda dealership. The overall dealership was nice too; fairly small but clean showroom, and everyone appeared calm and friendly.
