    Had a horrible experience relating to the repainting of my car . Brought in a car that was one color but had paint chips . They recommend painting the entire front of the car to have pair blend into the doors . I got a car back that is now 2 different colors and sloppy paint defects

    My sales consultant, Nicholas Chauan, is outstanding. I'm now the owner of a fun-to-drive, CPO CX-9. Nick is sincere and positive. He worked hard !! and kept me in the loop as it's difficult to find this model. Communication was easy via text. The entire staff we met at Palisades Mazda was professional and personable. The dealership is clean and spacious. This was an unbelievably smooth, no-pressure experience

    Can't speak for poor experiences with the service department or other salespeople, but I have nothing but great things to say about Delvi (sales) and Kasey (business manager). I was looking at a new 2023 Mazda3 Turbo Premium Plus hatchback, which had me very wary as it's the end of 2024 and shouldn't still be on the lot unless there was an issue. Delvi and Kasey answered every question I had regarding the condition, features, warranty, etc because I was driving from 2 hours away and wanted to make sure everything was finalized before I made the drive up, and they even held the car for a week for me without a deposit. Also increased my trade-in value once they were able to see it in person even though they could've not budged knowing I wasn't about to drive all the way back home without making a deal and didn't push dealer add-ons besides listing them as options and asking if I was interested. Every dealer has poor reviews just like this one but I didn't experience any of them.

    I've now had multiple negative experiences trying to use a complimentary service, and it's becoming…read moreunacceptable. The first time I called, I was told someone would call me back to assist with scheduling. I never received that call. Today, I called again to finally use the service and was met with the same lack of support. Jada, the service appointment coordinator, told me appointments are not made. When I asked for a general timeframe, she said service takes between an hour and a half to two hours depending on how busy the shop is. When I asked if the shop was currently busy, she said she couldn't tell me because she is not in the shop. I then asked to speak with someone in the shop who could provide a simple update, and I was told no one was available. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I would need to wait for a call back. Given that I was already told this before and never received a call, I asked to hold instead. Jada refused and would not allow me to wait, stating she had multiple people on the line. At no point was any effort made to provide helpful information or a solution. The communication was dismissive, unaccommodating, and unprofessional. This is not how customers should be treated, especially when simply trying to use a service that was already promised.
