She answered all of my questions, called me back when she said she would, and even sent me everything we discussed in writing along with an attached offer. Adel connected me with Nikki Barboni, who is one of their sales and leasing consultants. Nikki was a consummate professional, which allowed us to get through all the paperwork quickly. I've heard horror stories of people spending all day at the dealership but this was not the case. She really made my family and I feel at home. When it came time to pay for the vehicle and we couldn't make the payment the way we wanted to, she offered nothing but solutions, which I really appreciated. Lastly, the service I received from the business manager Luis Olivier was awesome as well. He was very precise and made sure all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed. He made sure we understood all the financing for the vehicle by going through the contract page-by-page. He never rushed us, and only asked for signatures once we were comfortable enough to do so. Then it sat for five weeks, because it had a New Jersey lien from a prior owner that nobody disclosed before the sale, and it blocked the title from entering the DMV system. No temp registration, no car. Here's the thing -- nobody at the dealership seemed to understand the lien situation well enough to actually explain it to me beforehand. I would have waited regardless; I really wanted that car. But I was told just give it a week and it'll all be figured out, and then the waiting game started. A week became two, became five. And good luck getting an update. Every follow-up call went to a robotic voicemail, or a very bubbly receptionist who transferred me to a voice mailbox that hadn't even been set up yet. I only found out about the lien itself on September 29, nearly four weeks in. The title finally came through October 10 and I picked the car up that afternoon. To make up for the delay, the sales manager personally promised me over the phone on October 7: a full detail and a full tank of gas. I texted confirmations on October 7, 11, and 12. Nobody ever replied. None of it was in writing at delivery. Then the small stuff: the spare key fob wasn't programmed -- I found out after I drove off the lot -- and three days later I was at AutoZone buying Armor All and towels myself. Now I understand everyone has to make a dollar, but the lack of communication and consideration for the person buying the vehicle is the reason I would not recommend Palisades Mazda. I nearly choked when I got a call saying my bill at this scam center was 300% more than I've ever paid. THREE HUNDRED % MORE. They are sneaky about it; they induce stress, doubt, and create scenarios that make you second guess if doing nothing impacts your safety. "Corroded" and "rusted" seemed to be trigger words they use over the phone to their customers. Adjectives used on my car that is serviced every 5k. Sure.. When I asked for further explanation of my statement (blonde service member), I was dismissed, she rushed off. She didn't come over to me to explain what was being done even though she knew I was staying, but rather chose to call me. A less confrontational way for her to manipulate and an easier way to get out of explaining this. Older male (ralph I think) also used these tactics ^. The 300% more service statement for both instances showed a measly time ACTUALLY spent hands on my car. I had called so many times asking to see how the services are coded and billed. There was also no labor rate noted anywhere on my statement. I cannot put more emphasis on the amount of deception occurring in this center, and the entire Lia auto group. Females be wary.

They did the oil change, however the next repair also would've needed a complete oil change as well to complete the repair. Instead holding off the initial oil change for when the second job was completed, I ended up paying for two oil changes within a period of three days. It was sloppy work, to say the least... and possibly purposeful negligence. Either way, it should never have happened. Very disappointing.
