Adel connected me with Nikki Barboni, who is one of their sales and leasing consultants. Nikki was a consummate professional, which allowed us to get through all the paperwork quickly. I've heard horror stories of people spending all day at the dealership but this was not the case. She really made my family and I feel at home. When it came time to pay for the vehicle and we couldn't make the payment the way we wanted to, she offered nothing but solutions, which I really appreciated. Took 5 hours for a rear brake job that I had to go back for because it was not completed properly. Then, another two hours later, when they were looking at the brake job, they damaged my vehicle in the garage so it had to go to the body shop. They actually had the nerve to tell me that they dont have a loaner to give me after they damage my vehicle, I had to get a uber ride the next day to go to the dealer to get a loaner, and take time out of my schedule for that. They didnt take anything off of my brake job bill for any of the convienience or even an free oil change. Not that you should expect anything, but it is good business. Then I had a box in the back of my truck that had flares and small toolbox, that was missing when I got the truck back. The manager tried to make it right a little during the process, but overall, the whole thing simply demonstrated to me, they just do not care about their customer.

The first time I called, I was told someone would call me back to assist with scheduling. I never received that call. Today, I called again to finally use the service and was met with the same lack of support. Jada, the service appointment coordinator, told me appointments are not made. When I asked for a general timeframe, she said service takes between an hour and a half to two hours depending on how busy the shop is. When I asked if the shop was currently busy, she said she couldn't tell me because she is not in the shop. I then asked to speak with someone in the shop who could provide a simple update, and I was told no one was available. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I would need to wait for a call back. Given that I was already told this before and never received a call, I asked to hold instead. Jada refused and would not allow me to wait, stating she had multiple people on the line. At no point was any effort made to provide helpful information or a solution. The communication was dismissive, unaccommodating, and unprofessional. This is not how customers should be treated, especially when simply trying to use a service that was already promised.
