I asked my network of friends and one of them recommended Rich (the owner) as a honest and qualified transmission repair shop. Sam the owner of the car shop did a test drive and checked my car thoroughly, and he identified the issue of the pipe right away. He is extremely experienced, and very honest and patient as well. It took Sam 3 hours to finish the work, he put my muffler back in place, ordered a small part needed, re connect the pipe, and making sure they stay still. I have a fully functioning vehicle at the end of the day - and it only cost me $32 ! This will be the place I go if i have any car issues again. Highly recommended!

The service writer was apologetic but also, don't say you will if you won't! Was told all of it would be covered for the airbag recall. Come to find out that the new sensors, in addition to another service I added, brought my total to over $200 with $55 in labor for filter changes. There is a possibility that a demographic may not be aware, but filter changes take virtually zero time at all. I understand that the technician needs to be paid (between my parents and myself, we have over 40 years combined dealership experience in the Midwest), but I did walk away feeling baited. I always try to get dealer work done, but I'm not naive. I will be calling in the next week to discuss my complaints with the service manager, especially considering they called me to arrange the appointment.

It ended up taking over a month to have the car ready for pickup, and communication was extremely poor. I'd send multiple follow ups without a response. Once the car was ready for pickup, it turned out that the car wasn't even close to being fixed, and had a fair amount of other issues that they failed to bring to my attention. Yet they still took $3000 dollars from me in cash. Moe claims that they stand by their work, yet i have video evidence of the horrible condition it's still in. Make sure you do your due diligence and read reviews, as it was my mistake to trust this place. they are extremely shady, even Ahmed told me to keep it quite about paying him $1000 deposit to start working on the car, i believe he wanted to keep this quite from Mo so he could make some extra cash. STAY FAR AWAY, DONT TRUST THESE GUYS!
