USELESS went to have them repair and reinspect my older car for check engine light and they kept plugging in the tester and telling me drive a couple days and come back even when I asked to replace the sensors.... for over a month. Filled my low tire on Monday and noticed on Tuesday that it was bad again. Brought it to Maple Auto on the advice of my coworkers, and they had it repaired in no time! There was a screw lodged in the tire and they were able to remove it, plug the hole, remount the tire, and get me back on the road. Great, friendly service. Highly recommended. read more

First time customer. Very Good! I ran over a screw and tire was hissing. These guys were open so I flew over there. They were very busy. All bays were occupied. I pulled up, guy put down his tools, came over, told him I have a screw in my tire. Tells me " one sec". Plugged the tire. In and out in 10 minutes. Thumbs up! read more

This business is BOOMING! Traveling up and down River Road I have ALWAYS noticied that this shop is packed with cars. I was in need of new brakes so I decided to give Maple Auto Repair a shot. Being rather selective with automotive parts I purchased slotted high end rotors and brakes pads on my own. I then contacted the shop and spoke to Frank which agreed to install them and charge me for the labor. The rest is superior customer service, excellent work, and complete satisfaction. Frank is GREAT! It is without a doubt this man loves what he does, his business, and has upmost respect for his clients. The owners are good people and they take time to listen to you and then explain what they can and can not do. I have been going to the two brothers at maple auto repair for over 20 years. They are consistent, clean, accommodating and will do anything to make your service work for you and your schedule. Tom and Frank are the nicest mechanics ever. As a female, usually mechanics and car dealerships take you for a fool and will try to get you to either: A) buy more service, B) con you into thinking something is wrong or C) treat you poorly because you may or may not know automobiles. However, at Maple Auto, this is NOT the case. Tom, Frank and the rest of the mechanics are 100% honest. I have brought to them before notices of work from the car dealership and they have told me what parts were fine and what parts actually weren't. They're not expensive and their prices reflect their work ethic. I have had no issues with them and they always call you prior to doing work on your car so you know what the problem is and how much it will cost. They also call you to let you know when your car is complete and most of their repairs usually take one day. I am proud to support Maple Auto (even though it is a half hour away from me) and I hope that you will too! You will not regret it! read more

I brought my vehicle here because we needed a new alternator. After they put the alternator in the car, it started making a weird noise that it never had before i brought it there which was fishy. I brought it back to the mechanic after a week and he rubbed something under the hood which stopped it for the moment and said that if it kept making the noise to bring it back in and they would fix it free of charge. Sure enough shortly after, the car began to make the noise again. My wife brought the car and they told her it was the serpentine belt. After they told us that it would be fixed for free they charged my wife $160 for "labor" only as if they were doing us a favor. Eventually the noise would continue to get worse as time went on and i brought it back yet again asking about it. He plugged the diagnostics tester which is done from inside the car and no codes came up so he told me the car was fine and it wont die and not to worry. However, i went to another mechanic who told me that in order to test the alternator it would not come up from the diagnostics test inside the car and actually had to be done from under the hood. After doing so, sure enough he told me that the alternator was failing. I called maple auto and told them i got a second opinion and the person i was talking to said that he didn't't exactly believe someone else's opinion. He asked me what kind of test they did and i said they plugged the diagnostics under the hood and not inside the car. Long story short he told me to bring it in and did the test under the hood and said that it is in fact dying. Then he told me sorry that it was no longer under warranty which is only a year and i would have to pay for another new one. After this experience i can tell you that these people take advantage of innocent people who do not know much about cars and put their trust in this company. If they had done the proper diagnostics test a week after i brought the car back in, they would see that the alternator was faulty but they avoided doing that until my 1 year warranty was up and make me pay for another new one which came at the hefty price of $460 which is high for an alternator. Do yourself a favor and never bring your vehicle to this place. read more
