I wasn't expecting it to be too busy, but I was wrong. There are three services to choose from: 1.) Touchless Automatic Wash 2.) Soft Cloth Wash 3.) Self-Service Wash and Detailing The touchless and soft cloth washes have different options ranging from $10 (basic wash) to $18 (platinum wash with multiple add-ons like triple foam protectant, lava bath, etc.) They also have monthly memberships and packages so you can save $$. You pull up to the designated lane, select your service, pay at the machine, and follow the instructions at the bay entrance. There are also self-service bays for washing your car's exterior and self-service parking spots for cleaning the interior. There's a time limit but of course everyone wants to take their sweet time. There are vending machines for different services like wax, soap, conditioner, rinse, tire foam, vacuum, towels, sponges, glass wipes, etc. Cost is around $1-$2.50 per service and you're paying for every 1-2 minutes. So you have to keep putting money in to extend time... You can easily spend a lot of money here if you're not mindful of the timer. Bring cash with you since most machines don't accept card. There's also a change machine. I opted for the touchless wash. The instructions are simple to follow. It'll tell you when to enter and stop. Once you enter, you put your car in park. The list of washing steps are displayed on a small screen to your left. A robotic arm surrounds your entire vehicle, washing, rinsing, and dispensing any products. The whole process is less than 10 minutes. After the wash is complete, you have 60 seconds to dry your vehicle with hi-velocity dryers... so DRIVE VERRRRRRRRRRY SLOWLY. After exiting the touchless wash, I parked my car in a self-service spot for interior cleaning. Some of the dirt was off my car, but it wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be... There were areas that still needed attention. I actually finished off the job at home lol. I guess I should have set my expectations accordingly for a touchless wash...it's probably better for in-between washes. I will stick to soft cloth or hand washing in the future. I needed to vacuum my interior, so I paid the $2 for 2 minutes at the machine. The vacuum barely worked and had horrible suction. So I got frustrated and just detailed my car at home LOL. I might try other services in the future...

I was getting my oil changed and everything was fine. I look at the SUV a couple of bays over who is getting an oil change and I see huge piles of leaves on under both sides of the hood. They finish the oil change and I know what is going to happen but hoping it doesn't, sure enough they just close his hood with these two huge piles of leaves still there. I guess if it is not on the price list it doesn't get done. But come on just get a garbage can and help the customer out. I hate when a business does not look out for its customers. Makes me less likely to want to go back even though their oil change service has always been fine.

Well, after the battery was installed I was getting an error message, NOT a check engine light (new cars and their computers - ugh!). So, I searched all night what this could mean. The new battery was causing the issue - it needed to be recalibrated with the car. I did troubleshoot a little on my own, following the steps I found on Honda forums etc. Nothing worked. I went back to the same Valvoline and Rasheed helped me. Sometimes being a woman who doesn't know much about machines and cars your talked to like an idiot. Rasheed was the exception. He was kind, he was polite & made me feel heard. He immediately checked the connections to make sure they were secured correctly etc. It was not the problem. He tried a few other things and shortly after the error message cleared! I so appreciated his professionalism, help, his kindness, his attention to detail and compassion when helping me resolve the issue. I would recommend this Valvoline and Rasheed 1000X!

Knowing that it had already been patched, I figured I would need to pay for a new tire. The tire wasn't in stock so I had to bring it back a few days later. Showed up on a Wednesday morning, they had me in and out in less than 90 minutes. Wednesday evening, I received a notification that my tire was again flat. As this Midas was 25 minutes from my house, I took it to a local shop to see what had happened. The lady confirmed in 20 seconds that the new tire was the front passenger, not the rear. I took it back to Midas and explained they changed the wrong tire. After an hour of looking at it, they realized their mistake. However, the tire they took off less than 12 hours before was apparently no longer at the store. Their offer to me was to "only charge me" the wholesale price of a new tire. I said that was unacceptable, as it was their fault, and they owed me a tire. One of the guys said it was his boss's call, and they would call me in the morning. They never called. I called back a week later. I got the same reply - it's the boss's call and he'd call me back. No call back. I called the Midas number to get a solution. They called the store. A few minutes later, the same guy called me and said...you guessed it..."it's the boss's call and he'll call you in 30 minutes." Never got a call. Once the workers realized their mistake, they were super apologetic and were actively seeking ways to help. They ended up patching my tire from the inside, and the guy who did it (I forget his name) said "it's good for the life of the tire, but that's not right by you" which was a pretty stand up thing to say. However, I still need a new tire as the light is still on. I have no problems with any of the workers at the store, as mistakes happen, and they owned up to it and tried to help. However, the owner of this particular store still has not provided any contact whatsoever, and his one offer to me was to buy another tire. I cannot recommend this place because of that, and will not be returning. If I those workers were not there, I would rate this store below zero stars.

I had used one of those cans of freon but the second time it didn't work. We had found GS Auto in a search and have to say Dave pinpointed the problem immediately. He's friendly, VERY detail oriented and even provided a webpage of visuals of his diagnosis. H**nda doesn't even do this! Dave fixed the problem soon after and I had to wait until now to review: the AC is FrEeZiNg! It worked during event the recent heatwave, even when the car was left out in the sun, the AC just kicked in and the really cool air came through in 5-7min.
