The greasy service department possible. The reason I was here because of coupon that I received for oil filter change & rotate tires for $239.00 with diagnostics. After 90min of service, service manager try to convince me to buy 4 new sets of tries, alignment, coolant flush & new wiped blade for over $3,000.00. Immediately I question the serious of each items & give me an details explaination before consideration. Then he back off and saying it is for better healthy of my car but not urgent. This was our go to servicer for our Q7 from early days of purchase for 8 years. They do what is minimum and nothing more. Asked for a tire check due to a signal before a road trip -- ended up getting a flat tire en route. Asked for a full check up and update recently; even after several thousands of dollars of update and clean bill of health, the engine had problems 3 months later. Would not provide a loaner for emergency towing when this happened, saying there would be no person at the center after 5pm, even though there were people and cars available when we arrived at 6pm. Finally swapped out our Q7 and Audi Nyack for another, very disappointed and with a bitter taste from experience. read more

I rated the business a 2 star only because I love my Audi. Unfortunately the customer service has been horrible. We live in Ohio and bought a certified used Audi from this dealership. My husband and I have bought several cars from out of state dealerships and never had an issue before. We paid cash for the car and asked for a bill of sale and the title but the dealership insisted they couldn't do it that way. Instead, we were given 30 day temporary tags and told that our new tags and title would come within the 30 days. Needless to say they didn't. We are now 2 weeks over the temporary tags expiring with no new tags or a title in sight. We have been promised a date when they would be sent to us (they weren't). We have had numerous phone calls, lies and broken promises by everyone we have talked to on the phone. We have finally requested that they not contact us by phone, but by email only. We also have gotten Audi of America involved with the complaint. I think the final straw was when we were told that we could drive the car with expired tags because no one noticed that anyway (encouraging us to drive a car illegally????). In summary, I love my AudiQ7, terrible customer service, paid cash for a car and have not been able to get the new plates and title despite the temporary tag being expired. read more

The service department merely told me that the regular warranty is no longer active (which was obvious), then told me that I should contact the dealership where the car was bought preowned certified to find out where there is any warranty extension due to the Audi preowned certified statues. Left a refundable deposit for a car in July and then after getting the runaround for two weeks from the Nyack dealership, I decided to lease the same car at another Audi dealership, which went very smoothly and quick. However, it's been almost two months and I haven't gotten my deposit back after countless emails to their finance person I had to call my bank to call in a fraud charge because the dealer was unresponsive in sending me my refundable deposit. We drove from NH to purchase a vehicle here. Everything seemed fine and the experience was pleasant leading up to us picking up the vehicle. Everything changed when we arrived at the dealership to take delivery of the vehicle. When we were going through the paperwork, they said that the CC deposit we made was still in 'pending' status. They insisted we pay the deposit again. I had them put in writing that they were to reverse the second charge as soon as the first one processed. It has been more than one month. They have not reimbursed the double charge. We paid for them to handle the registration. We still have not received the license plates. The temporary tag has expired. We have called several times. The finance manager and the general manager will not return calls. They are blaming a nationwide disruption of their processing system. The outage in the system happened 2 weeks after the transaction. Our refund should have been processed far in advance of that. As I sit on hold with them, they play an automated message that talks about honesty and integrity as their core values. There's nothing further from the truth. They are dishonest and shady. The fact that they refuse to take our calls and ask for their cashier to handle communication is unprofessional. I will never do business with this dealership again. read more

Worst service department of all time, they had my car about 3 to 4 months for a simple rattle noise, they wasted my time. The tech that went on a test drive with me told me that my car must of been "an auction special" , after the test drive the tech said he hears the noise, then after a few months I finally got my car back from them and was told the noise was fixed, as soon as I drove my car out of the dealer, I immediately heard the same noise. The Customer Service at AUDI of Nyack Service Department, newly acquired by the Pepe Group is TERRIBLE!!!! My first issue occurred when my car was in need of a brake job. I took it to service and Vincent (service manager) advised that I had to change the pads and the rotors, which is the required service when changing brakes on an Audi. I found this uncustomary, especially after only having the vehicle for 1 year as a Certified Pre-Owned car. I thought at best the pads may need replacement. I trusted Vincent and proceeded with the job. I found the price high so when I was in need of rear brakes I decided to consult with the dealership I purchased from, AUDI Brooklyn. They quoted me a price for just the pads. When I asked why they where not changing the rotors as well since Nyack said that was the standard brake replacement service, I was confused. The service manager advised that is only required if the rotors are worn and that it is not required as part of the brake pad replacement. My second incident: I scheduled a service appointment for a recall on the vehicle. I brought the car in first thing in the morning and was told by Vincent that they could not perform the service because they did not have the parts. He stated that there was a halt on ordering of parts since they just changed over to new management. I asked why no one called me or sent an email canceling the appointment instead of wasting my time. He stated that someone was suppose to cal. Vincent told me he or someone from the dealership would contact me to reschedule once the part was back in stock. He said if I didn't hear from him to go to another dealership. The call to reschedule the appointment never happened. I called and left a message for Vincent. A return call from Vincent never happened. I then called and rescheduled the appointment on my own. Going to another dealership seemed like to much of an inconvenience. On my appointment in December to rectify the recall issue, I advised Vincent that my car was making a whisking sound coming from the front end when driving. He said he would look into it. Vincent said the service advisor concluded that my tires where a bit worn and by Spring 2019 I would need new ones but I could continue driving. It is now February and the issue has worsened. I called to talk to him about my concerns and advised that I requested a second opinion from an outside mechanic and was told it was the bearings on the right side tire that needed replacement. Vincent then stated that mechanics will always say that a car needs something. He persisted that the tires were the issue and he was not going to check into the bearings being a problem until I had the tires replaced. So it went from me being okay with the tires until Spring to needing them now. He said if I pushed to have the bearings changed and then in fact that is not the issue, the dealership was going to make me pay for it. After all, I paid for an extended warranty that is still active. I found Vincent's response and temperament to be very abrasive and rude. I refused to continue speaking with him. I then called back and asked to speak with the service manager, Brian. He got on the line and simply stated that he heard the conversation I had with Vincent and was in agreement with his responses. He advised I bring the car in and change the tires, which would cost approximately $1200.00. Then and only then would the bearing issue be acknowledged or even addressed. At that point, I realized that Vincent and Brian are two employees in the Customer Service Department of a high end dealership that need to get out of the business. As a result of their treatment on February 6th, I decided to rid myself of such terrible customer service and never purchase another AUDI again. I sold the car on February 7th and decided to choose a dealership with a stellar reputation. Good-bye and good riddance to AUDI and there poor example of Professionalism!! He went above and beyond his call of duty, no high pressure sales tactics. His level of service post the purchase has also been great, he went out of his way to make sure my Audi connect worked, the lead tech team at Audi was unable to have my phone connect with the car and I spent over 2 months dealing with Germany before almost throwing in the towel. However, Kristian Assured me that it works and had be bring in the car to his guys look at it and somehow within a couple of hours they had it up and running. They had a snake oil salesman named Peter Buffoli reach out to me to try and resolve the problem and he's the most incompetent person working in customer service. Peter Buffoli is a complete fraud as he had given me a discounted price for the remaining repairs and I told him I needed some time as I had just spent over $8000 on this car. I save the money up and come back in at most 3 months later and this garbage human being wanted the full price which was $5000 after I was quoted at $2600. Id avoid this establishment at all cost and if you do end up in this dump hold on to your wallet when dealing with scam artists liKe Peter Buffoli. Guy can't even meet me when I drop off the loaner.
