When one part on my car broke, instead of just repairing it and charging me, he took the time to call the dealership to see if there were any recalls. It turned out the part was covered under a recall, which ended up saving me several thousand dollars! Mike always takes the time to explain what's going on, never pressures you into unnecessary repairs, and wants to help. He cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Mike. He's kept my Honda running great for years, and I'm grateful to have found someone so dependable.

A very dangerous undrivable condition. When I went back to Matt, he said that was not an issue, and he was correct to give us the inspection sticker. Obviously it's not. I would have been better off finding someone not squeezing me in so we could drive the car today. And Response was so offensive he doesn't deserve our patronage.

I'm not a big car buff and regular maintenance, inspections etc always lead to me being slightly unsure about what the service entails, what it should cost, wondering if I'm being overcharged etc... in the few auto shops I've been to over the years, there seems to be an unwritten "no questions" policy -- apparently we're all supposed to be auto experts. All the above is why I was so delighted by my experience with United. I was able to schedule my inspection with a quick and pleasant call. They took me in on time, conducted the whole thing in under 10 minutes and had me on my way. They were pleasant and kind and didn't seem so in a rush like other auto shops I've been to. They're family run which is nice too. Go check them out, you'll be in good hands!

I originally thought the vehicle might be low on oil, but later it determined that was not the problem. Ron's Quality Automotive took the following steps: -Tune Up -Replaced the spark plugs -Tested the coils -Oil Change Total Charge-$581.51 Ron's Quality Automotive informed me that the Check Engine Light was still on and the vehicle was driving a little rough; however, Ron's Quality Automotive assured me that overall the vehicle was fixed. Upon driving the vehicle, I immediately determined the vehicle still could not exceed 15-20 MPH. I contacted Ron's Quality Automotive the next morning to discuss my concerns. Ron's Quality Automotive stated they would need to disassemble the engine to determine why it was misfiring. I was informed this could cost somewhere in the range of $3,000 to $7,000. I informed Ron's Quality Automotive that I would rather purchase a new vehicle then complete the engine repairs. Ron's Quality Automotive stated they might be able to find a person to purchase the vehicle for $1,000 to $1,500. I informed Ron's Quality Automotive that I would think about it and get back to them. I had the vehicle towed to another mechanic for a second opinion. After 30-40 minutes, the second mechanic had my vehicle operating normally. The second mechanic stated he did NO additional work to the vehicle. In addition, I was informed that all he did was clean the connections on the spark plugs and coils. The Check Engine Light is no longer on. The vehicle is operating as normal. Unfortunately, I purchased a new vehicle prior to the Honda being fixed because I needed a vehicle to get to/from work. I would not recommend Ron's Quality Automotive given my experience and the dishonesty of the staff/company. Good Luck to anyone who uses their service. I hope they don't take advantage of you as they did to me.
