They don't care for loyal repeat customers. It has become a very Dirty, stinky run down place. Bring a translator and some hand sanitizer if you go to this shit hole in person.

Of course they will restore your vehicle to pre-loss condition in a reasonable amount of time as well. They also guarantee their work.
