Worst service ever. Avoid at all costs. Caught a flat in the city. Driver came by relatively quickly and on a cold night changed my tire roadside. Told me to wait in the car as he changed the tire. To my shock put the wrong size tire on the car. Got stuck in the city the next day and the owner refuses to change the tire now. Will be starting civil litigation. read more

April 2019 TLDR: 5/5 on availability. 2/5 for actual service received as technician was delayed over an hour after calling them multiple times. I am really split on this review. For the fact that they were one of the only places open on Easter weekend, I would give them 5/5 stars. Service: 12:20 pm - I needed two tires replaced in the Brooklyn area and called them. I was quoted that they would arrive to me in an hour. 1:25 pm - I finished my business in the area, called, and was told it would be another 30 minutes max as the mobile technician is finishing another job in the area. I asked if I can go directly to them but was assured that they would be there soon. 1:53 pm - Called again and was told that they were picking up tires at the shop. Asked again and was told they are on the way. At the time, I checked and it took 8 minutes to go from their shop to my location. 2:26 pm - Technician arrives, a full hour more than what was quoted and more than 30 minutes after I was told they left their shop. 2:49 pm - 20 minutes to fully change the two tires. In total I spent $300 for two Farroad 215/55R-17 tires. I can find these tires online at less than $100 per tire and even at $50 on a tire warehouse website. I was also quoted an extra $40 for them to come to me. In conclusion, if you are totally unable to drive or do not have a spare, have them come to you as the cost is not that much more. However, if you are tight on time then just go to them. I wish there was more communication on time as I would have opted to go directly to them to save the headache of the offsite people running late. read more

I wouldn't trust these guys. They offer service by driving to you to replace and provide you with a tire, but they are incredibly unreliable. I offered to drive to them to speed up the process, but they said we can't. Told me they'll be here in an hour but didn't show up and asked for even more time, making us wait so long for no reason. Unresponsive and unreliable, so please don't make the same mistake as I have and don't waste your time and energy. Best of luck to those who still wants to try this place. Am not car savvy! Anywho, I looked on my trusted yelp to find a solution and see who had great reviews and I found this place. The only place that had 5 stars. I see why now! They were amazing. I spoke with Daniel and he was so helpful ! He was polite, honest and gave us the best price. Was on time to come replace the tire and didn't even look for a tip when the job was done. When I had first reached out to Titanes I was given a below 30 minute wait time and a quote that exceeded $150 (which I would have paid due to the urgency of my situation). However, 45 minutes later I reached out to them assuming they couldn't find me and I was told that the attendant had customers and that he would call me back... as if I wasn't a customer????? When I clarified who I was they made another excuse and gave told me to wait another 30 minutes for someone to come. At the end of the day I would advise against using their service, I understand giving the benefit of the doubt to business during the COVID era, however, they are the ones that set the expectations (and I didn't push against it) and they couldn't meet their own expectations. Horrible service! I was told 3pm service time and got a call at 4:15pm to be told their warehouse had a mix up on placement of tires. I could have took my business elsewhere in that time and this made me late for work. I had a flat tire ONE BLOCK AWAY from the shop. Needed to get it replaced with a used tire. All of a sudden they only have "new" tires. Tried to charge me $100 for the tire and $75 for the mobile service fee. It's a rip off, because they won't allow you to come to them. They are just charging everyone an additional $75. Excellent response time and excellent customer service. They even brought a new tire with them in case mine couldn't be repaired. Unbelievable! Removed and mounted 2 new tires roadside at a price that would have been tough to beat at any shop. The whole process took 35 minutes. No tow, no tire shop, no overnight.
