At no point was his behavior justified or appropriate. I remain uncertain as to his exact intentions, whether he intended to damage my vehicle, force entry, or otherwise harm me, but his actions were aggressive, erratic, and posed a clear safety risk. This incident occurred in the CVS parking lot located at 375 Queen Anne Road in Teaneck. Conduct of this nature is completely unacceptable, particularly from someone entrusted with operating a large commercial vehicle on public streets. I urge you to take this matter seriously and investigate it promptly. No one should have to experience this level of intimidation or danger.
