    I just purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from this dealership. Had a very good buying experience. The sales team was straightforward and there were no surprises on arrival. Special shout out to John Pena, who was professional and patient throughout the entire process. The trade-in process for my 2019 BMW was also quick and efficient. Fair price offered. Very happy with the entire experience.

    Do not purchase any service contract from this BMW ( WIDE WORLD BMW ) , they all liers. I paid $1,400 for brake insurance for 36 months, and when I purchased this coverage, they never ever explained about miles limits, and the brake pad should be under 4mm when i signed. if I knew about this, I would not buy this coverage. My contract paper also shows that only 36 months have no miles limits, so i thought i could get service, but BMW service denied offering brake service because my car drives over 36000 miles. For 24 months, I drive 37000 miles, and my brake pad is still 7 mm. It is not gonna happen for 36000 miles under 4 mm brake pad, I waste my money $1400. Do not purchase a "service contract" from this BMW they are not gonna explain detail about important factors of services. They are just telling you, "You sigend it" that's it.!!

    Just to give you some perspective I have purchased two new vehicles from Schultz Ford over a period…read moreof 1/2 years. I have spent in excess o 75 k total for both. Please understand that this is not an indictment of any salesman on the floor but instead and indictment of dealer management. I am now in the market for a mid sized truck. I went back to the dealers web site thinking I was going to do business with them again. I saw three 2024 rangers on their web site all of which were very attractive to me. I also thought that being a 2024 it would be a better situation for a deal. On Jan 18th I inquired about one of the vehicles and at the same time requested them to send me the Window Sticker because the link was not working. The responses I received either said they were going to check with management or could not provide it to me directly. I addition I was invited to make an appointment by calling. Today I happened to be in the neighborhood and decided to stop by. I walked the lot and found two of the three vehicles I was interested in. I went into the showroom and asked for help. To my surprise I was told that two of the trucks were awaiting parts for a safety recall and the third one was just sold. I did stay to begin the write up of a new truck. When I left I realized that this situation could have been viewed as a Bait and Switch situation. I feel this way because I was never told up front that the vehicles were never available. Especially with the two that were not available because of recall issues which were known well before my inquires. There was no indication on the web site that these vehicles were not available. I feel I might have been mis led into thinking that I had an opportunity to purchase one of those vehicles.

Who knew that was even possible…read more After months of dealing with sleazy dealerships, hidden fees, and insultingly low offers for my trade-in, meeting the team at Volkswagen of Nanuet was so refreshing. They facilitated my purchase from 2 states away & were kind, accommodating, & even humorous for the entire process. They offered me a reasonable amount for my trade-in (RIP Shrek, I hope you found a good home for her) & diligently helped me choose the proper financing option for my situation. I got my dream car out of the situation! The team on my case: - Colin (general sales manager) - Tony (sales specialist) - Wendy (finance manager) I would highly recommend going out of your way (like, multiple states kinda out of your way) to work with this dealership. I was due for the first oil change and I had a warning light for low pressure on a tire. The desk person at the service desk, whose name I will not print, said to me that if the puncture is a sidewall puncture, it was going to cost $350.00 to replace (plus labor). This was even before anyone even looked at the tire. I told her that I was relatively sure that the puncture, if any, was probably a nail in my tread. Two hours later and guess what they told me? Yup, it was a sidewall tear and the tire needed to be replaced. I politely said thank you but no thank you and left. I then brought the car to Lenny at Duke of Oil, in New City, who has been serving the Clarkstown community for God knows how long and guess what. Lenny, who is a respected local businessman told me that it was a skinny little nail in the tread. Imagine that. I went to VW and told them my tale and the manager couldn't have cared less. Bunch of B.S. I am not a fan of deception and deceit and for what it's worth, the service tech that worked on my car should find another line of work. Shame on him and shame on VW of Nanuet, NY.

    Coming back here to update my review…read more Previously, I struggled to get in contact with Honda over the phone. But you really just have to get in touch with directly a Service Advisor or head over to their online appt portal for help. This has been a breeze. Note: there are multiple Joes working at DCH Honda, but they're all excellent from my experience! The original Joe I called scheduled me immediately for an inspection, oil change, and complimentary tire rotation. That removed a huge weight off my shoulders since I needed an inspection ASAP. The Joe who took care of me at the service dept desk answered all my questions and got me in and out of there quick. The person who worked on my car did a really nice job explaining the services in a video.

    Takes 9 months to schedule a recall rapair. I arrive, the service agent John confirms contact…read moreinformation, to which we all joke that the information the system still showed was my ex's number. He confirms that he changed it, and wrote it down on my papers too. Lets me know it is going to be a 3 hour job. I have to stalk after 1pm, 4 hours later, no one answered the phone for an hour. FINALLY at 2pm I get someone that says the tech will reach out shortly. ANOTHER 2 hours go by, and I call John back just for him to have all the audacity in the world and say "I called you back several times to let you know it was ready", I then remind him of his dumb joke earlier that day and ask what number did you call because I have no missed calls. He replies, it wasn't even your number, you can come pick up. Completely disregarding my request to have the tech call me to discuss an LKAS alarm on my dashboard, had no problem charging me the diagnostic fee I had originally planned to discuss with the tech when he was supposed to call me. Only to be disregarded by John when he let me know 'don't worry I could apply that payment to the repair when I returned to have the windshield camera recalibrated.' He then lets me know the laundry list of recommendations I need, including an oil change (The car was at 90%, I had a full tune up 45 days prior) and just dismissive. I was not going to argue, I paid and left. Thanks for asking! No more than 2 days after this recall repair and minimal usage, my car dashboard has had all the alarm notifications go off. I call him back to let him know and ask what happened during this recall repair appointment because this has never happened to my car and he was even more dismissive letting me know the errors I am seeing now have nothing to do with what happened at the appointment. To my surprise, I take it to a trusted mechanic who lets me know nothing looked new in their supposed repairs and it has been a long week worth of trips to the mechanic this week because the errors continue coming back on the dashboard. I wouldn't trust this dealership with a bicycle.
