He basically told me "you can talk all you want on the phone and you won't get anything out of this" straight up direct he scammed me with a piece of shit that i paid a lot for. Of course he knows there's a problem with the car, and he sold it with only one month warranty and the problem happened only 10 days after the warranty ended. I called many lawyers and went around the city trying to get my rights and i couldn't have anything to be on my side. After purchasing used cars for 10 years and having tons of experience, This have been by far my worst experience ever. I went to fix the car at Audi for 1998$ cash cuz the car wouldn't event move, I had to tow it. After healing from this number i paid on top of this car, only 2 month after a bigger problem appeared. The engine burn oil and need an entire new engine for 10,000$. I sold this piece of crap and lost 15,000$ in cash in just 4 month With running only 4K miles on them. Adel connected me with Nikki Barboni, who is one of their sales and leasing consultants. Nikki was a consummate professional, which allowed us to get through all the paperwork quickly. I've heard horror stories of people spending all day at the dealership but this was not the case. She really made my family and I feel at home. When it came time to pay for the vehicle and we couldn't make the payment the way we wanted to, she offered nothing but solutions, which I really appreciated. Lastly, the service I received from the business manager Luis Olivier was awesome as well. He was very precise and made sure all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed. He made sure we understood all the financing for the vehicle by going through the contract page-by-page. He never rushed us, and only asked for signatures once we were comfortable enough to do so.
