My tank was eventually dropped off, for about a week and a half, I haven't heard back from them regarding the status or for a diagnostic or anything. I eventually called and was asked to come in. When I got there, I saw my tank was still sitting in the same spot it was sitting when it was dropped off more than a week ago. I took my tank with me and left! I felt it was never looked at and that the explanation I was given the day I showed up was a guesstimate on the possible problem. I was not feeling that at all.

So excited for my new bike he arrived on time. Stayed about 30 minutes to explain the features on the bike and I rode it a bit. This has brought me joy. It rides beautifully.
