Okay first things first!! Riding two wheels on an open road…read morefeels very liberating and I recommend to anyone to give it a go. So anyway, I purchased my first motorcycle here at Paulding cycles many many moons ago, it was a smooth process. Nothing different from any other sales transaction. The reason for the poor review because when needed to get repairs done to the tank of my motorcycle, I got the run around on when to bring it in, when the technician was going to be there yada yada yada!! My tank was eventually dropped off, for about a week and a half, I haven't heard back from them regarding the status or for a diagnostic or anything. I eventually called and was asked to come in. When I got there, I saw my tank was still sitting in the same spot it was sitting when it was dropped off more than a week ago. I took my tank with me and left! I felt it was never looked at and that the explanation I was given the day I showed up was a guesstimate on the possible problem. I was not feeling that at all.

Couldn't be happier with the work and customer service by this place. I have received several…read morequotes from other shops for a bunch of work needed on my ninja. I took a risk going here and I'm glad I did. They gave me a fair price and worked with me on my budget. They did the work in a timely fashion and even stored the bike for a few days because I couldn't pick it up right away. The greatest part about my experience is when I brought my bike in, there was a crack near the indicator. When I got the bike back the crack was a fixed. I didn't ask them to fix it and only noticed it was fixed when I got home. They went above and beyond my expectations and I don't think I will ever take my bike anywhere else after this experience.

I am a newbie to motorcycles. Came to the shop to get a feel for the place, because...I'm a newbie…read more I need a place to get service done, to order stuff, have things installed, and winter storage. I won't be going anyplace else. Friendly, reasonable, good hours, a wealth of knowledge with a willingness to share (without talking down to the, you know...newbie), close to my home...I'm sold!

If I could give 0 stars I would. When dropping off my CBR600RR, I provided a replacement radiator…read moreand the only thing I asked was to get it running smoothly. It took them THREE WEEKS to complete rather simple maintenance on my bike and even still it wasn't completed. Cory had a TERRIBLE attitude and was a complete A hole through the entire process. They refused to give me a quote and charged me 1700$ for basic maintenance. The bike doesn't even run anymore and I have to take it to another shop. I have NEVER written a review for any establishment before until I came to this sorry excuse for a buisness. do NOT come here. You will lose THOUSANDS of dollars and time while dealing with people who have no idea what they are doing. When asked about my bike failing to turn over, he suggested I get new grips. There are not enough words to describe how terrible this shop is and I advise with the utmost urgency to avoid the place at all costs. In the time it takes for your bike to get back you could have fixed it yourself and could easily surpass the very limited knowledge this joke Cory has. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Everything! I've been riding for over 40 years and purchased more motorcycles than I can remember…read more In all those years, I never had the pleasure of dealing with a "family" of people like the ones at Brooklyn Mayd Motorsport. The customer service was EXCELLENT, they spoke to me like a person not a customer and followed up with me at every turn. Thanks Roseann & Shawn your a great example to your son who will surely be the next owner.

He's slick talking and he's always 'giving you a deal'. I had a small throttle cable issue on my 03 Bonneville that only required taking the tank off and adjusting the position of the cable. I couldn't do it myself because I didn't have the tools to do it. Sean said they'd knock it out real quick and 'give me a deal'. When he handed me a bill for $280 I reluctantly paid that knowing I'd probably never come back there again. Also, next time I went to take my seat off, noticed that both stock Triumph seat bolts were gone and they just threw on 2 different bolts that weren't even the same length. I did buy brake pads from them once and they didn't over charge for those. I did the brake pad replacement myself tho... So maybe, if you need parts, see what they've got but don't have them touch your bike. Don't get your bike inspected there either. They'll charge you double what it costs

I dont drive and was nervous about public transportation during the pandemic. I looked up ebikes in NJ/NY and found Revolve with a NY number and called it. I spoke to a nice man, Tony who took the time to ask me what I was looking for. The bike I wanted he said he was delivering the next day in JC if I wanted to see it in person but he didnt recommend that bike because he said it would be too big for me (Im 5'2"). He told me the "Alex" would be a good fit. If I liked it he would hand deliver it for me the next day and then offered a deal I couldnt refuse. Who does that?! So excited for my new bike he arrived on time. Stayed about 30 minutes to explain the features on the bike and I rode it a bit. This has brought me joy. It rides beautifully. I know its just a bike but I feel some freedom now that I can get around a little without thinking about buses and trains. Nice guy, great bike....I highly recommend.
