Solid new option for NYC motorcycle maintenance, repair and upgrades. CycleLove is a 40 min/$10…read moreMetroNorth Hudson line ride from Grand Central and the shop is a 3 min walk from the Hastings station. The bike shop is under an auto shop/state inspection garage (you can get your state inspection sticker added to service appt) on the corner of Washington & Warburton. About as easy as the Manhattan-Brooklyn ride with little traffic and a much nicer ride along the river. John was responsive on email and got me estimates within a day. Got new tires, fork seals, oil and brake fluid, chain and sprockets. Asked about major bearing clean/lube (headstock, swingarm, hubs) but John put the bike up and reported no play, noise or stiction. On the other hand although my tires had some tread left he caught some early warnings of dry rot. State inspection sticker was added on. Rates are fair, parts and tires shipped overnight and he stuck to the schedule and estimate. CC payment easy through a link in the estimate email. Seems to know Triumphs well, saw Japanese and Euro bikes in the shop. Happy with the service and quality of work at CycleLove.

Small shop that's big on communication and transparency. John is a super chill mechanic who is responsive, honest and efficient. Slip on and regular maintenance job was done right for a fair price and no pretense. John's mellowed out demeanor makes it stress-free ... a real testament to the art and zen of motorcycle maintenance. Will be back for sure.

When looking for my most recent purchase, I came across these guys. They had handled my transaction with the professionalism I expect from a good dealer. They made me feel comfortable about my purchase. Their customer service and communication made the transaction seamless and efficient. I would recommend these guys, and especially Jack, he worked with me and addressed any questions or concerns that I had up front. I'm very happy with my purchase. Peter

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN!!!!!!…read more Let me start by saying that if I could give a negative number of stars to this review I would however Yelp doesn't allow that. This place is the most disreputable, unprofessional, destructive thing to happen to the Westchester motorcycle riding community. I have entrusted them with three of my bikes and each and every time I have done so, they have managed to do damage to my bikes or not do what they were supposed to do and then they make it out that you're to blame. I just went to pick up my 99 Drifter, a very rare bike that was in pristine condition until these monkeys got a hold of it. It went in for a clutch master cylinder rebuild, a new set of plugs, and a rear brake dragging issue. The bike now has a broken front fender that will cost almost $1000 to replace with the painting and pin striping, and of course the store owner; Rick and his three employees, say they have NO IDEA how it happened, yet offered to swallow the cost of my other repairs. He stated that he could have it fixed but "he doesn't want to ". To add to that, they busted my exhaust when they were checking the rear brakes because they chose to shortcut the repair by not removing the muffler to reach the rear caliper. The cherry that tops this, I was told yesterday that the bike was done and ready for pickup. I get there and I'm told that the bike wasn't test ridden and I would need to come back tomorrow. When I got there today at 4pm to pick it up it had still not been test ridden. The owner told me to test ride it myself. If you value your motorcycle as much as I do, and you value your safety while riding, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!
