    Amazing service! Worked with Jeremiah Velez and he made the process quick and easy. Super friendly and might i add, BEAUTIFUL eyes! Definitely ask for him when coming here. No dilly-dallying at this dealership. It's straght to the point . NO fluffery. NO wasting time. NO BS. Jeff Sanchez, the "dealer"/sales manager was extremely helpful and willing to help meet us at our budget. Also, his crypto knowledge was on point (being topical here - BTC TO THE MOON )! HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Kia in the Bergen County area. I went to the Englewood dealership and it was a nightmare. Save yourself the time & energy and come to this location. Positive energy all around here.

    I leased a 2022 kia k5 Gt-line July 2021. Since then I had an engine replacement, trunk replacement, the engine shuts off when I shut off the AC and the car overheated on me twice! With a new car? That's two years old? CRAZY!!! I would NEVER BUY or SERVICE MY CAR or any car HERE AGAIN!!!!!! I already told my family and friends that own kias to trade them in else where!!! Liberty kia service has no customer service!!! The sales manager David or Dave is NO HELP! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Not the first time my k5 was towed to Kia!!!! Definitely don't feel like a respected or valued customer!!!

    Best dealership I've ever been to. I sent my friend Brendan here to purchase a kia after his trans blew and found myself needing a new car a year later. Tony was able to put me into my DREAM car a 2020 Stinger Gt. Made the entire experience a dream despite dealing with covid restrictions. I highly recommend seeing Tony as he was the best car salesman I've run in to!

    Just back from the Liberty Kia dealer in my brand new 2020 Kia soul! It could not have been a better experience. My salesman Jesus was top notch - friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The sales manager Jeff Sanchez made sure to come by and say hello and make me feel welcomed, and helped me get exactly the car I wanted. Bernadette the business manager was also a true pleasure to work with. All around this dealership is highly recommended for a pleasurable car buying or leasing experience!

    Such an amazing experience! My mom and I worked with Jay Fisher and he was so patient with us. I went to Liberty Kia not really knowing what I wanted, and spending a few hours there I fell in love with there Kia Sportages. Jay was a great help and told us everything we needed to know. Such an amazing beautiful car and for a good price. After shopping around other dealers Liberty Kia has the best deal and no hidden fees. Wonderful people working there. 100% recommended going there to look for cars.

    I walked in and didn't get approached for about 20 minutes of being there. I had to go and ask for someone. I was discriminated against. Stay away from this disgusting dealership. They do not value every customer.

    Horrible customer service. Manager Maryann is a joke. Stay away. Other Kia Dealers are more loyal to their customers but not Kia Liberty.

    If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would…read more I've been to Mini of Ramsey twice now -- once during the summer of 2025 and again just last week. Both times I showed up on time for my appointment, hoping for a good experience. I was greeted (not in the most friendly or professional way) and told to sit in the waiting area. I waited... and waited... and no one ever came to update me on how long the wait would be or whether anyone was even going to help me. Meanwhile, I watched other customers walk in, get greeted, and receive service right away. To be honest, I left both visits feeling a certain way. I don't like to think this way, but I can't shake the feeling that my ethnicity played a role in how I was treated. I never like to feel different -- America is everyone's country, and my money is just as good as anyone else's. It's disappointing because I drove 45 minutes each way to get there, genuinely excited to test drive and possibly buy my dream Mini Cooper. I even emailed the dealership afterward to express my concern. All I got back was an apologetic voicemail and email -- but no real effort to make things right. At this point, I've accepted that Mini of Ramsey just isn't worth my time or business. I'll still find my dream Mini someday -- but it definitely won't be from them.

I visited specifically to finalize a lease buyout with funded financing already in hand from Chase. Despite my clear and repeated instructions that I was only there for a buyout, both the salesperson and the sales manager aggressively attempted to 'steer' me into a brand-new lease. It was insulting to have my explicit requests ignored in favor of their sales commissions. When they finally provided the buyout numbers, the greed was transparent: $999 Doc Fee: They are charging nearly $1,000 in 'processing' for what is essentially a 10-minute paperwork transaction. This is pure profit masked as an administrative necessity. $409 Government Fee: They misrepresented state fees by trying to force a new 4-year registration on me, ignoring the fact that I am eligible for a $4.50 NJ Plate Transfer. It is a shame that after years of loyalty, this dealership treats its neighbors like targets for fee-padding. Capital One gives you the confirmed overall price for the vehicle so you don't need to negotiate the price once you get down there. After 2 hours of test driving and completing the applications they jumped up the price by $9,000 and claim that the sites listed price is how they get business in the door - false advertising! A $9,000 commission must be nice! A bunch of scammers! 0/10 I addition, no where on the site did it say there were any disclaimers. The sales manager also mentioned that he couldn't find your hidden information listed on Capital One Auto Navigator nor did the site bring me to your main website. He clearly said which I'll quote "this is how we get people in the door". https://www.capitalone.com/cars/vehicle-details/2019/Mercedes-Benz/GLC/300/WDC0G4JB8KV146083 You should be the one doing your own research and not wasting the customers time.     TLDR: Got a fair price on the car, and I would be willing to buy from them again. Good place to…read morebuy a car from, but add $1023 to advertised price to price-shop vs Carmax and Carvana. Car bought was in good condition. *5-star rating reserved only for dealers who add only tax and $175 doc fee to advertised price. They also should have changed the oil prior to sale, since it was slightly past due.* First thing people want to know: there is no bait-and-switch or time-wasting. You ask about a car, you'll get to see it and drive it. I purchased a used Acura RDX from them recently, and overall, I would say it was a good experience. The car was cleaned well prior to the test-drive, and they kept the appointment time. They were also accommodating for my arrival time change. The salesman was knowledgeable and attentive. The OTD price was very good. Having said that, the fee for nitro fill ($399, should be $0) and doc ($799, should be $175) is essentially mandatory, and that adds $1023 to the sticker price. For those who don't know, nitro fill is not a value-add (normal free air at Quickchek is 78% nitrogen, as is the air you're breathing right now). The doc fee should really be $175 (reference NY regulations on this fee). In their defense, almost all dealers charge these kind of fees in order to get to the bottom of price sorting searches, so competition pretty much dictates that they need to use these practices, too. I can understand the need to cover overhead, staff, rent, etc at a premium high-income location, but I would prefer that dealers operate like Carvana/Carmax and just build it all into the price, as opposed to tacking this on at the end in order to appear at the low-end of price-sorting on cars.com. ~1 month ownership check: No mechanical or other functional issues have come up. Car running great and as-advertised. I did need to change the oil, as the oil was last changed 1 year ago, and they should have done that prior to sale.

We made an appointment the day before making the 2.5 hour drive to see a specific model we've been interested in, and were very pleased that we didn't have to spend all day there. The wait times between the test drive and paperwork signing were minimal, and everyone we interacted with was super friendly and nice to chat with.
