Went on Memorial Day & leased a bZ LXE. Great dealership, very friendly and professional. Josh took care of me and set me up with Dylan, who is an amazing salesperson. Very sweet and caring. I didn't feel any high pressure, I was able to choose the car I wanted and take it home that day. I went back the next day to drop off some paperwork and they charged the car for me. All in all I'm very happy and I will be keeping in touch with them. read more

Don't bother. Had appointment to see a particular CPO and it was magically sold yesterday. Oh well, my money will go elsewhere. Not a chance, Mike. Especially since I received a Truecar alert that you've dropped the price of that car by $500 and they show it's still in inventory. You FAFO. read more

I leased a brand new 2025 crown Signa; the salesman didn't know all the features, and we were left to figure it out. Next, they had time to sell us the leased warranty package, but not mention that we would lose the ability to start our car on frigid mornings from the house after a year. That's a package u have to pay $25/month or buy it from dealer! Next, we brought our car in for routine oil checks, well after the second one, the mechanic must not have tightened the oil cap, and after a week, I had to bring my car to my local mechanic who found an oil leak, and I was down 2 quarts. Prestige, will NEVER right on the repair bill what they found, but only what the customer reported. This oil leak caused numerous blotches of oil in our newly black-topped driveway, which I told them about, and it fell on deaf ears. I have been asking them for reimbursement for the extra oil of $53.30, the 2 Quarts that leaked everywhere, and all over my newly paved driveway. They have rudely ignored my requests for reimbursement and to remedy our ruined driveway. I I WILL never recommend this dealership to anyone! Janet & Hector Rivera read more

An absolute HORRIFIC experience 4 months. Two vehicles returned not repaired, they returned the Camry vehicle after 1 week and their 17 point inspection with the check engine light on!!!! Then, they have my Tacoma Pick Up for 4 months (2 months did nothing - they said waiting for insurance company and billed me for their loaner) when my truck sat. Justin Behrends has made this an horrible & harassment experience My attorneys will be filing a law suit read more

These people sold me a lemon. I bought a car from them with an inspection report that stated everything was good. No reports nothing. I went to get my tires changed by a trusted mechanic only for him to tell me someone had worked on the car and installed the suspension wrong. I told him no one touched the car since the dealership. He said no way. Turns out the entire control arm is potentially bad and I've been driving on this At risk for years. I called these people back and they tell me since it's been 2 years they cannot do anything other than offer me a free diagnostic appointment which would take 2 hours. After reading some of these reviews no way I'd hand these people my car. This should have been caught when I first purchased the car from them. Damn shame considering I had a good experience with prestige's Lexus. Do not buy there cars without a mechanic to look it over. SCAMMERS read more

My husband and I went in from a recommendation of a best friend when I needed a new car and wanted another Toyota, my last car was 20 years old. In we walk to meet with Chris, who was on top of his game. Not only was Chris D'Onofrio so beyond helpful, I felt like we were old friends fast. He was patient, kind and knew how to deal with an anxious buyer. I laughed, I cried I overshared but will always remember how well taken care of and how I now have my dream car leased. Thanks Chris!!! You haven't see the last of me! read more

5 STARS ALL THE WAY!! Prestige Toyota is a great dealership to both purchase and service your car. We've been purchasing and having our cars serviced there for 16 years. But what makes Prestige Toyota really exceptional and stand out is Service Advisor Caroline Siderias. Caroline is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! She is so smart and knowledgeable about every single aspect of your car and extremely helpful in getting things done right! I can't say enough good things about Caroline since it doesn't get any better. She is literally worth her weight in gold and sets the standard for how every Service Advisor should be. Prestige is extremely lucky to have her! You can't go wrong with Prestige Toyota! They're the BEST!! read more

Prestige Toyota confirmed my appointment to see a pre-owned vehicle, in which I was very interested, on that morning of the appointment. I have been a loyal customer of Prestige toyota in buying previous vehicles , always a good experience. This time on 4/27/26 was the best experience as I was going in to purchase my dream car and not settle for anything else in color, features, packages and I didn't! I have to say all due to the most empathetic and all knowing, I mean anything you wanna know about the 2026 Camry fully loaded best safety features & more Chris D'Onofrio knew. The goal have me leave dealership with my dream car and knowing I was provided with comps on camry's on hand. Held my hand through initial way too smart car set up/especially phone and knowing I got the best deal and a top notch car in performance & safety. In less than a day left with my new car and old car traded in ! Was on cloud 9! read more

Sellers beware. The audacity of Robert Rago and Edmund Ruela to gaslight two grieving women, tell them their car is worth nothing and will have to be taken to scrap because it definitely can't go out to the lot, only to find it listed on their website not even 48 hours later as "NEW IN!!!" at 700% margin of what they "paid" for the car. I say paid in quotations because to add insult to injury, a measly payment of $500 bucks that was due to arrive the following week to our house (to be convient, of course) has still not arrived almost a month later. After multiple calls, and an email directly to Robert Rago, absolutely nothing. They pulled all the tricks, mined out the Carfax quote so they could lowball, said the car had all sorts of electrical issues when a diagnosis was run (which was rebutled immediately as the mechanic had just given the car a once over not even a week prior). Admittedly, my mother and I were exhausted, having just arranged the affairs after the loss of the patriarch of the family, and trusted these experienced "professionals". DO NOT LET YOUR GUARD DOWN!!! To think, we felt relieved upon first meeting Robert and learning of his 20+ years experience, and after we explained what we were going through. Surely, we thought, this reputable dealer and associate would be fair. Think again. Upon begrudgingly agreeing to terms, we didn't even get a copy of a bill of sale for our records. These people pulled the rug from out under us and we left dazed and confused. Don't be like us and allow for these men to make like bandits in a time of need. The person most hurt by the ordeal is my father's fellow UPS retiree and buddy who advised us to go to Toyota of Ramsey , "an honest" dealer amongst the rest. Please do kindly check in on our check, management. We expected it weeks ago. read more

Big shout out to Jeff Cicero for always assisting me with my car service needs. Always a pleasure to deal with him. This dealership is far from where I live but I always opt to come here instead of the ones closer to my house because of how clean and organized this dealership is. They have couple of lounges with free beverages which is a plus to make those usual long wait time while your getting your vehicle serviced, a more pleasurable one. There is a free charging station for phones and different reading materials at the lounge. They maintained their restrooms well. They communicate through text and email on real time to update you on your vehicle status while it's getting serviced. read more

I've had many Toyota cars, and have had very good experiences for SERVICE at Prestige Toyota in Ramsey. Though, I prefer their former service facility, which was state of the art, the service advisors and experience is still very good. Service Advisor: Carolyn is top-notch, and she is the best of the best. I will bringing my Lexus here as well as the dealership just across is not the same. I value service, and that is what I get at this dealership. read more

We did it all over text, paid the deposit online and came back to pick up the car. He made sure it was fully gassed and drove it back to the house for me! Highly recommend to others!! read more

High Pressure, Intimidation Tactics are the rule here! With a total lack of transparency, as a simple question regarding when a vehicle listed for sale would be arriving and/or available for test drive could not be answered. Then, we were literally pressured to put money down FIRST before the vehicle arrived if we wanted a test drive!! This, after another vehicle that was listed as being in stock had already been sold...and was thus falsely advertised as available. There's no reason for any such false, deceptive, pressure tactics, or such vile treatment of customers--let alone senior-aged customers--who are simply looking to find and buy the vehicle they need without hassles or intimidation. Having experienced this horrible, unacceptable treatment, we will NEVER deal with Prestige Toyota again! read more

My car showed damage within four weeks of owning it due to a known recall issue. It is a certified preowned RAV4 with 18 K miles. The parts that connected the roof rack did not hold up and leaked (Roof rail garnish clips recall #t-sb-0016-23 . Water reached the tire sensor, which is very far from the original site. I'm reading online about how this roof rack leak could potentially have damaged the electrical components throughout the vehicle. This is a major issue with long-term consequences that I should have been made aware of before they sold me the car. it is now being repaired for what could look like 4 to 6 weeks or more. Great that I have a loaner, but I cannot drive it to work in Manhattan and risk it getting damaged in a garage. I need my own vehicle. Toyota- please don't answer this with an apology and the phone number to the Servicing department. read more

this dealership negotiated a deal on a vehicle, took a deposit and sold the car out from under me 2 hours later. I negotiated a deal, and was told they would send me a link to pay the deposit, 15 minutes later I hadn't received a link, they call and then tell me that would need to be to the dealer within two hours to buy the car or they were going to sell it to someone else. I told them I couldn't be there within 2 hours, the saleperson spoke to the manager and then told me the deal was still on, they then sent the deposit link (which I paid immediately) along with the purchase and sale agreement and copy of the title. I then proceeded to finalize my own financing, and add the vehicle to my insurance as the dealer said they couldn't let me leave the lot without proof of insurance. I then received a voicemail that the vehicle was sold to someone else. upon attempting to call the salesperson and then the dealership my call was ignored or I was hung up on several times. upon finally reaching a sales manager they fed me lies. Clearly they wanted me on the hook in case the other buyer didn't show, he also slipped and told me the other person was in financing, so they could have also sold out from under me as they were making more money off their in house financing. regardless I had left a deposit and had a purchase and sale agreement and the fact they sold it 2 hours later is ridiculous and shady to say the least. I then got to waist more time cancelling out the financing, returning checks, and reversing the insurance. Neither my insurance agent or bank rep had ever seen this happen before. I sent an email to the dealerships General Manager to let him know of my experience there and never even received a response. stay away from these people read more

Purchased our Highlander here, people are great but stopped taking there for service because the prices were insane. Took in for a recall and man then must be hurting because they recommended the whole enchilada of ridiculous services. Had the nerve to actually say we needed our battery terminals cleaned for $45. Are you crazy? Also offered to replace the lite next to the license plate for $47. Told me $170 to replace the headlight bulb which I always do myself. They changed it without authorization so marked that down. I understand you need to keep the place going but it's like the $18 beer at giants stadium, just price gouging. This is a garbage business run by misogynistic men who speak down to women. My mom is a 78 year old retired teacher, widow, who is battling breast cancer. She has been a loyal customer of Prestige since 1997 and they are treating her like garbage. She leased a new Rav 4 in late March, it smelled odd since day one, once the new car smell wore off it smelled horrible. She dropped it off in early June with just over 1800 miles on it. She was told she left the window open and it caused mold. She did not do this. If you search Rav 4s water leaks you'll find over a decades worth of recalls and class action suits about this problem. They wouldn't even give her an estimate of how much to fix it until almost mid July, and it's almost 5000 dollars! Insurance doesn't cover this and neither does Toyotas supposed bumper to bumper warranty. They are claiming it will take more man hours to fix than it takes to build an entirely new RAV4. It's pretty obvious the service department if taking advantage of a sick elderly woman who does not have the strength to fight back. Even if my mom did leave a window open (she didn't) cars are made so if you do leave a window open you get wet seats that dry the next day, you don't have to replace all the carpets from a little water. There is obviously a design or construction problem with this car. If this is how Prestige treats an elderly cancer patient who has leased six cars with them going back to when Bill Clinton was President how do you think they'll treat you? Avoid them at all costs. read more
